Called to see if they to fix garage door after being recommended. Said yes he could and discussed what could possibly be wrong with it. Was to come out yesterday afternoon - explained that he had a big job but would be out afterwards. Waited all afternoon - he called at 5:30 to say he wasnt coming and that it would be next Saturday before he could get to it. Nice gentleman to talk to but worthless if you want your garage door fixed.

We were referred after purchasing a new garage door opener from Sears. The best people! So nice, so professional. We need help again for a different issue and they were our first choice.

Our garage door opener quit working so we called our home warranty company. They sent Southern Home Solutions out to fix it. Within 1 hour of us being told by our home warranty who would be coming, Jack called us to check in and see what the issue was. He came the very next day to install a new garage door opener. He was amazing! He did the job in an hour, then knocked to tell me he was done. He went over the instructions on how to use it and how to program it. There was not a sign of dust or debris to be found. I would absolutely use Jack again and would recommend him to anyone!!

My garage door was opening by itself and the garage door opener would not clear out the codes. Southern Home Solutions came and fixed the problem.
