I had the greatest experience at cube smart! I called early and reserved a storage space and got a great deal and got my first month free! Even though I only needed the space for a month it was still free. When I went in to sign the lease, a lady named Sue helped me and she was so sweet and helpful. It made my whole day. I would highly recommend this place!

Check in was quick and easy, price is very acceptable. Easy to get in and out with a trailer or RV. Units are clean and labeled well. Couldnt ask for more in a storage unit!

June was very helpful and proactive in getting me set up with a storage unit. She recommended the perfect size unit, got me set up with all of the paperwork and I was all done in about 15 minutes. Great unit in a great location. Well done, thank you June! :)

From the first time we went to CubeSmart Self Storage, we got warm reception and outstanding service. The two ladies we dealt with there were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Its nice to do business with people who seem to care about their customers.

Leasing from CubeSmart was easy. Found a great deal online which was honored at the property. Be aware that personal property insurance is required. This is not published online but this is true of any facility I have worked with in the past however this is clearly communicated during the leasing process and there are multiple options available. The staff was courtesy and very professional. Leasing was quick and easy. Clear language in lease and all expectations met. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

Kristi really worked hard to help us get a couple parking spots. I greatly appreciate her effort and would recommend this location to anybody looking to rent a unit!

The ladies running this location are amazing! They were super helpful even tho I was late, arriving at the facility near closing time. They did an excellent job explaining the rental policies and showing me to the storage unit. The place is very clean and well maintained. So far, this is the best rental experience that I have had and unfortunately I have moved a lot. I highly recommend CubeSmart!

My wife and I just moved our entire lives from Florida to Knoxville, TN and the managers of this store, Sue and June, were the best people we could have met. Not only did they meet and exceed our needs and expectations for storage, they went above and beyond in welcoming us to the area, sharing information about local attractions and things to do. Their facilities are extremely clean, very secure, and well maintained, the prices are hard to beat, but most importantly, the service cannot be beat.

Sweet Sue! What an awesome and friendly staff at this location. I rented 2 units at 2 separate times from this location during a recent move. Sue, and the rest of the staff, was so kind and accommodating that I wish I had more stuff to store, just so I could store it with them.

Everything was very smooth. From booking the unit, to check in, to move in, everything was very smooth and efficient. Staff was very professional.

June and Sue were extremely helpful. June and Sue are fabulous at what they do, you should have them cloned and used as customer reps on all platforms. I have never had such a good experience regarding customer service ever!!! They, June and Sue, should be elevated to much higher positions within this company. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. People see the whole moving thing as a period of dread and misery, this was the first time that I have not dreaded moving. I wish there were more like them working with the public.

Had a wonderful experience at this CubeSmart. The manager and front desk woman were both lovely, helpful, pleasant, and very easy to work with. They were patient and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was as easy as possible for me. Heres my review from a close friend:The rates are fair per square foot, if not a little better than Self Storage. I got the 10×10 that was $100 flat--fees and taxes included.They get an extra star from me for accepting my request for additional time to close out my cube. Hurricane Harvey & Irma made things complicated, so the manager gave me an extra week. When I finally closed my cube, he waived the late fee and returned my deposit for a perfect return. Very convenient and easy to deal with.

They were great! Appreciate the heck out of their staff and customer service. Helped us tremendously.

My son had to move from his rental home of 4 years as the new owners were replacing the kitchen and bath. One weeks notice! I reserved my unit online to take advantage of the discount, and drove to the facility 20 minutes later. Sue couldn’t have been more ready for us as we walked into the office. We toured the space, signed the paperwork and were ready to start moving within 1/2 an hour. We were also able to use their moving truck as a one time bonus! That administrative process went smoothly as well, and we had everything neatly moved and stored within a 24 hour period. Well, I am rarely compelled to write reviews, let alone a review for a storage facility. Some how June Spooner the GM had managed to offer me service that would not be expected. Not only is she super nice, she follows up, had great communication, and is a huge problem solver. Its rare you find such a well run business with such friendly management. Great job CubeSmart!

I remember self storage being a shadier industry from decades past and was reluctant to seek out a place. Very impressed with the straightforward process and helpful, professional people managing the place.Make sure your renter or homeowners insurance policy covers your storage unit and bring a copy of that policy with you, or you will be obligated to use their insurance, which is extremely overpriced.

The staff was right on target. Everything she said was as it turned out. June and Sue are extreme assets to the company and both should be promoted and given raises. I am disabled and was given a ride in the club car golf cart to my storage unit to check it out and back to the office. June even tested the gate code for me to make sure it worked so I would not have to walk any further than necessary as did Sue the first time I rented with cubesmart. I am a pleased and happy customer because of Sue and June and in the future will use your company again and again. Thank You 🤣

Employeee was very nice and knowledgeable. He didnt mind showing me a few different units and made the whole process very easy. He also walked through the fine print with me, because who actually reads all the paperwork when signing up for something like this. Clean, and security seems good, so Id recommend it

I was looking for a storage unit on behalf of an organization that had to close its doors and move a tremendous number of records on short notice. Christian and Corey were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful, and helped make a stressful situation a little less so. The unit is very clean and secure. I definitely recommend this location.

My office has had a small unit here for years, always smooth sailing and fair rates. We started inquiring about a bigger unit and got immediate, personalized attention - complete with next-day follow-up to make sure all our questions had been addressed. Availability for the size we had asked about was waitlisted, but June and Sue found a solution that worked great, and 24 hours after our initial inquiry, we had it all transferred over. Im thrilled with the ease of doing business here, and with their proactive service!

My husband and I had such a smooth and enjoyable experience with CubeSmart! I was super excited to find out they were open on Sunday too! You can tell that Sue Papin really enjoyed her job! She was so helpful and really knew her stuff. When she asked me if I had any questions, I honestly couldn’t think of any bc she covered everything with us. 🤗

Not happy with the pricing. I have been a renter at this facility since 2011 and the management was always great until Cubeamart bought it. They went up 16% on my rent their first year of ownership, in one price jump. And they pretty much force you into automatic monthly payments on your card by adding on fees if you pay online or by phone monthly.

Very professional and very courteous. Absolutely positive experience in dealing with management/staff who was very knowledgable and informative.

If you care about your stuff this is where you want to store it! Staff very friendly and efficient, 24 hour surveillance, clean, good safe neighborhood. Worth it!

I didnt really know what I was getting myself into when idnecoded to rent a storage unit instead of moving my stuff back home for the summer.Let me just say that June and Sue went above and beyond to make my experience easy and well worth my time and money. They were more than helpful, had great personalities, and always have a smile on their faces when I see them. The customer service from these two women is honestly unparalleled from any employees of any business I have had to deal with before.If i had to get a storage unit again I would make the extra effort to go out of my way to get one at this location again just because of these two. Tbh Im unhappy with the pricing. If I would have taken your word online for the pricing I wouldnt have shown up with enough money. The claim of it being 90 bucks looks nice. But its 90, plus a 24 dollar start up fee and a 12 dollar insurance fee. Thats before taxes and the 18 dollar lock they push on you because they dont put locks on or sell a cheaper one. I have no choice because its an emergency but the actual price should be advertised. Not just the price of the rent of the unit. Cuz thats nearly just half of the whole amount you end up paying. And I saw a comment response about the prices are too keep up with the costs of providing services and a clean facility. What services? Pointing me to my unit then proceeding to sell me an overpriced lock? A 24 dollar start up fee couldnt have included a cheap lock? Or even not charge 18 dollars for it? Since the unit costs what it does? And the fact that youre subject to rent increases whenever its seen fit? This is why I just usually buy new furniture. I dont like the idea of paying 150+ just to store something that I already had to pay a good chunk of change for. It should be cheaper. Ill never use a storage company again.

When I called off website I was told there would be a discount of 10% six months ( website stated up to 15% and first month free) but because of limited availability 10% was the best they could do, so ok. I should have recorded conversation, found APP that will do that and in Tennessee it is legal with only one party knowing there is a recording! I told the online guy I wanted to speak with onsite manager and he said they would call me the next day because it was after hours. They called and I ended up reserving through The onsite manager after we spoke. STUPID me because he reserved and made no mention of discount and I honestly can not say for 100% I mentioned the discount, but pretty sure I did. So I load up all my stuff cancel my other unit and am standing at counter when informed no I dont get the discount. Obviously I am going to have to get it anyway. What I really dont understand is I own a small business and would have been a long term renter, however after this experience I will be gone ASAP. After complaining for 30 minutes and the person there calling manager (for a conversation I was not privy to) they did give me 10% off first month.

We had a business account that had to have new contact info, payment type, etc...and we needed to use their truck to move in. We caused a lot of headaches Im sure but the manager June was great and helped with everything we had questions about and made it a breeze to get everything set up and moved in with no problems. Thanks June!!!
