Wonderful customer service. The owner assisted us with our check-in and went and drove the truck around for us. When we returned it a friendly, polite employee checked everything over and explained our total. We were in and out quickly and had a good experience. Highly recommend this location, especially compared to the Chapman Hwy. store.

Good service, except van we reserved wasnt available, only 10 ft. trucks and larger were available. But the 10 footer worked just fine. Fold your blankets.

Absolutely the worst service. So apparently U-Hauls online system will let you reserve something that doesnt exist, will send you a charge on your credit card for it, and have nothing for you when you come to pick it up. My wife and I had scheduled movers and friends to help us move out of our apartment and reserved a truck to do so. We did so well in advance and did all of the pre-check-in online things and had put the charges on a credit card. Show up to pick it up and theres nothing for us and not an ounce of empathy from the staff working here. We showed them the confirmation and the charge to our credit card and their response was a shrug and well, our system does that but we dont have a truck. They seemed utterly baffled as to why we had shown up with a reasonable expectation of a truck. We were left high and dry with no truck and had to rush to find other accommodations as days of planning and work to move were undone. Cant recommend lower than a one star sadly.

Ok, I did a review on the installation on a trailer hitch that I wasn’t happy with, So they deleted my review, so now Im reposting it. The cars insulation was hanging down from the car with a bigger hole cut out in the plastic underspending that was called for. The installation instructions.(4-1/4”x8-1/2”). I ask them to fix it and they said it was suppose to look like that. The site won’t let you post pictures or I would. Not only they wouldn’t do anything to address my concerns of water damage to my car they deleted my review. Beware of this U-Haul place.

Its a fine place except that I think theres only two people here. Ive been waiting probably 15 minutes and still have time to write this review... Update - there are quite a few people around I guess they were on break.

Got the trailer I needed and moved what I needed to move fast with no problems.
