The worst mistake I ever made buying a car from them. Two days after buying the engine light came on. Was told the vehicle was a AS IS vehicle. They are very rude and will not defer any payments due to us being layed off. It doesnt surprise me that they wont work with you. This place needs closed down. Bad business practices and consumer service sucks.

The blonde lady at the Kokomo branch is very hateful and rude. Bought a vehicle and had it less than 2 months and the transmission started slipping. Asked if anything could be done and she very awful to my wife and I. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from them. Its not just the vehicles but the lady at that branch is just a horrible person and the vehicles are way overpriced and do not run well at all. This place should be shut down.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Recently bought a vehicle there and just about everything you can imagine has went wrong with it. Ive spent dollar for dollar that Ive paid for vehicle (into thousands now) making repairs. AND not running right still! I have estimates of over 3 thousand more just to repair it. I contacted them and theyve never responded. To me its nothing less than someone mugging you on the street and stealing the money you work hard for. I am amazed the owners havent already been locked up for theft and fraud. Do yourself a favor. Bypass these crooks. I would encourage anyone who got screwed by this place to contact channel 6 as I have about predatory loans from here.

I personally have never had a problem with them but i make my payments every week and I agree the vehicles are expensive but for something quick and they work with trying to get you in a vehicle. Dorothy is my favorite I would rather deal with her than anyone else. Just make your payments on time and I havent had no issues.

I can tell you from being in the auto industry for 30 years, this place is a trap. Customers and employees alike fall victim.If you are credit challenged look elsewhere, if you want a corporation who wants to make $6000 +profit per vehicle, well go ahead and buy from them.Remember that at 1 day late they pick up your vehicle, and post it to your credit report. This is the final step in their 21% Apr trap.I am not a customer, I got a taste of this from within.STAY AWAY!

Have had the vehicle currently 5 months I believe, worst decision ever! Already have put more into it than its worth! But still owe 4 times what its worth! Made a payment less than 24 hrs late bc of this vehicle has put me out so much already! I had to wait till the next day!! I check my voicemail and I receive a threatening msg from DOROTHY about calling the HIGHER AUTHORITIES bc payment hasnt been received yet!!! Im at a loss for words and feel beyond disrespected as her tone with the voicemail was one of aggression and rudeness to say the least! At this point it would be better for me to mess my credit up than to deal with this place. I will be in before next payment to turn this vehicle back in...Ill eat the remaining $8,000. Thats how bad of an experience I have had
