Been a long time customer of Verizon. Yesterday I went into Verizon because my phone did a factory reset on its own. The person that asked me if I needed any help not only did not help but did not even touch my phone after over a decade of me being a loyal customer. Instead suggested that I go to Imechanic to get my phone fixed so I am going to do the same because Im mechanic was capable of giving me a service that Verizon should have been able to after over a decade of being a loyal customer. I am now looking for a new provider.
Karon was outstanding. He was the only one that made an effort to wait on us. I purchased a new phone because Karon was very knowledgeable with me for my purchase.
This particular location has very attentive, friendly, and capable staff. They were able to resolve my issues quickly and answer all my questions. Thanks
My first time going into a Verizon store and the employees were very helpful and helped me understand the problem and ever put plenty of notes on the account, which Ive not ever saw with other Vendors. Pleasantly surprised
The representative was less than helpful. Took 5 tablets in to be activated, only 4 were actually activated and those were activated on the wrong plan. Resulting in hours on the phone to not only get the other activated but to also fix the several hundreds of dollars that we were billed extra for them being put on the wrong plan.
Very pleasant experience. Helped us get the best deal.

Friendly people, hard to hear and understand the salesperson do to several others doing the same thing beside you. Would be better to have more private conversations. Were out of the phone we wanted. Some of the display phones were on a 6 security cord, up on the wall, and at arms length. Basically useless other than a static display.

Go to a full fledged vzw store. Like this one. Dont waste time at little franchise resellers. The kids there are pleasant but cant help you any more than Google. The main store has long term employees with the knowledge and clout to fix the issues.
The salespersons are great but for a corporate store if you have an issue Verizon they have a bunch of 1-800s # to help. I dont want to call a 1800# I want local service. 5 months later I still need to call someone who cares. No costumer service at local level.

Something was going wrong with their system, and most of the workers didnt know why things werent working properly in trying to switch from sprint to verizon. However, they got it figured out, and they were friendly and hardworking the whole time.
I had an overdue bill several months ago. I paid the $5 overdue charge on the following months bill. When my account was brought up it did not indicate that I had paid the overdue charge. COMMPUTERS DO MAKE MISTAKES! I paid the extra fee once again because I was not going to win that one. 🤷
Got my questions answered and going home to order my new phone.
Can’t answer the phone if their life depended on it. If you need service. Best to just get on in there and wait for an hour or 2 again.
Sunday 8/18/19. Placed order online. Instead of waiting to be delivered. I seen this store was open and selected Kokomo Verizon because I drive an hour there every Sunday to take my kids back to their mothers. Got to the Verizon store in Kokomo and wouldn’t you know it.... it’s not open on Sundays as it’s listed on google and on Verizon....

Worst upgrade experience ever! I was initially gave a phone that wouldn’t turn on then I was lied to by the representative about the cost of an item. now I can’t activate my new iPhone and I’ve called Verizon and apple and no one has helped me.

If you have an issue with your phone, paying the bill or filing an insurance claim do not go to a satallite store. The personnel at Kokomo Verizon will work with you to resolve any issue you may have. Joey and his crew helped my son and I immensely with a situation we could not get resolved at a satellite store or by calling Verizon directly. The wait was well worth it!
Was there with a relative who had a problem with their phone. Staff was ok, couldnt understand much being said as they mumbled and talked to fast to understand. Phone problem was not resolved.

The WORST Verizon location. These people are ignorant of their items & push hard on selling items. If I could go back one year & reconsider starting a relationship with with this location, I would. If a problem occurs with your device, these people figure it out 5 mins AFTER you realized it. Horrible.
