Best service possible the store on reed wasn’t open and was having a stressful day and i came in to great service the young lady i believe her name was emily helped me. I would definitely recommend this store she had definitely made my day.

I’m shopping around for new phone plans and stopped in the Boost store in Maple Crest plaza. I was promptly greeted by sales person who was so friendly and welcoming (I think her name was Elena). It was nice to see good customer service for a change. I’ll be back!

Ive been a Boost customer for several years. This stores customer service has went downhill over those years. Tonight was the WORST Ive ever encountered! All I needed was a replacement phone & leave to activate at home. All the female wanted was to charge me & raise her commission check. Went to Walmart, bought the phone, activated it online, & it was working within 15mins. Didnt have to pay $25 for an activation fee plus any other silly charges she was charging. I wont go back to that store!

Im sorry I felt like I was rush into a review.I feel like that was more important than customer service.Alaina was.rushing setting up my phone .JUST THE GOOGLE..and I was so upset when I got home nothing was setup.The phone was just on.So I Paid $25.00 for Me setting it up.IM SORRY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING............

I don’t understand what the problem is but the workers in the store keep messing up my accounts. I use Xfinity internet and the prepaid tv packages. For about the last 3 months they have ordered the incorrect packages. I’m not aware until I get home and the store is closed that they failed to apply the correct packages and now it’s too late to call. I’m sick of XFINITY and I’m getting sick of boost mobile. Same mistake made seems to me to be done on purpose.

Service hasnt been very good recently

I needed my iPhone 6 replaced. Ali and Yossief were so awesome! They were funny and helped me get what I needed. I definitely recommend them to people. Boost impressed me today! I am a very happy customer!

I just want to say the experience at the Boost Mobile on Washington in kokomo was amazing. The two men working were extremely helpful and generous while setting up my sisters and my phone. Yossief T. and Ali M. They were so funny and again, GENEROUS.I told them about how much ofa budget I had and they went above and BEYOND. Screen protectors, cases, and a speaker! They blew my mind! They transferred my service in less than 5 mins. There isnt a single thing to complain about... Im so happy that the process was easy and the two men were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I got to this store at 7:40 pm. 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close. When i pulled up there was a woman sitting in a chair and she must had walked away because when i got to the door she was gone. The open sign was on and the sign said they closed at 8 but the door was locked. I got in my car and drove away for a second just to see if she would come back out. What do you know there she was . Now the time is 7:47 pm door is still locked but the open sign is off and all the inside lights were off. These are the people who shouldnt be working retail, she obviously had better things to do than to sell 4 phones.
