I was just a bystander in the office waiting for someone and a young man came in with what seemed a serious eye issue. At that particular time they had no Dr. In because she was at lunch. The ladies called another eye Dr. In town to try to get the poor man help. I was so impressed on how they sacrificed potential money for the health of someone and to help them out. I wish I knew the ladies names but regardless they were angels in my book for the way they handled that situation. 🙏🏼❤️👍🏼

I called to set up my first appointment and talked to Hannah. She was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable, helping set up my appointment and giving me price quotes since I do not have vision insurance. Thank you Hannah!

Dr. Cutler is wonderful. He’s extremely knowledgeable and he cuts to the chase. His staff on the other hand, needs improvement. They did not tell me the prices of any of their products so when they totaled up my bill it was a huge slap in the face. They really need to learn how to communicate better. I am giving the doctor a five star rating but his staff I am only giving 3 stars.

I have used Heartland for several years. I never leave without my questions answered or unhappy! They are patient and professional. My most recent experience I had a routine exam, and got new glasses with the help of Hannah.I wouldnt go anywhere else!

UPDATE:My sweet new puppy chewed my glasses ear piece. So I took them in to see what it was going to cost me to get fixed and since I had purchased the warranty I got a whole new set got, lenses and all. They said it would be a couple weeks to get them back bcs mine have the tint and the glare resistance and bifocal and all. Iwont go anywhere else.got my glasses about a year ago I think but forgot to post review. I love the staff and the doctor. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, professional but also made me feel very comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere and very sweet staff. I love them

I questioned a bill that I received and was insulted by tne office staff. I took the bill to the benefit rep who called Davis vision and they pulled my records and said I had 0 balance and to take the bill back to them and tell them to resubmit it and the same girl that I spoke to over the phone proceeded to insult me again only in person. I liked the Dr. who was nice and funny but Melissa needs an attitude adjustment. They have lost my business.

The girls in there are so nice and helpful. I just got new glasses and I am having issues to have them fit just right. Arial has been so nice and great to work with and always tells me to come back if I have any problems. they make me feel like they really care. The optometrist is also very good and great sense of humor. I will always stay with Heartland Vision

This is the best vision place I have been to yet, the staff is always super friendly, they go above and beyond to help with any issues I’m having. The Dr is phenomenal, great personality. With good service being so hard to find these days I would recommend this place to anyone!

Had so many glasses to choose from. They do accept davis vision, not very many glasses were the size I look best in. Staff was very friendly.

I had recently made appointment with Heartland Vision, Kokomo In. I was very impressed on how organized they were in getting you in fast and gave great informative and advise. The Doctor was professional and friendly. He took time to answer any questions. The manager ( Melissa ) was very knowledgeable and made you feel relaxed. I was just impressed with all the staff.

The entire staff at the Kokomo Heartland Vision is wonderful. They are very helpful and friendly. They have a variety of frames and are very knowledgeable about their products.

Kaila was awesome at being patient with me. I probably had 75 pairs of glasses I was trying to pick from. All the girls had an intervention therapy session and helped make the decision. The glasses didnt take very long to come in and I was very happy with the way they looked. The Doc is very nice and has a great sense of humor. Thank you for a great visit!

5 star experience. The office manager Jen was one 9f the sweetest people I have ever met The entire staff had positive energy. The Dr was so kind and a great conversationalist. I felt like I was hanging out with my best friends! Such a smooth process. And thanks to the doctor the flying color CD.

Another great experience! Optometrist was great with my teen,made his appointment comfortable and personal. Then went to pick out glasses and the girls were so helpful.
