I contacted neighborhood wrench to get my alternator replaced. The place we usually went to was booked and this was a place I drove by on a daily basis. I was very impressed, not only did the owner get back to me to give me an estimate, but also was able to get me in right away. When I came to pick up my vehicle he even took the time to show me my old part and explain to me what had been wrong. Great experience, thanks again!

My car had a slow fluid leak. It was too cold for me to spend much time in the garage trying to figure it out. Were new to the area so I searched online and found the Neighborhood Wrench. I took the car over and Mike had a look right away. Found the leak and took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening. He didnt try to sell me a bunch of other services (as the dealerships do). Instead, he looked the car over and said everything else looked good. When the required part came in, I took the car back and Mike had it done in 30 minutes. Quality work and a very fair price. Will definitely go back.

If your having car problems, this is the place to go. Mike is a great mechanic and answers all your questions. Shows you what is going bad with your vehicle and lets you know ahead of time what you need to have done in the future. I left feeling real good about going there and having Mike fix my having no heat. He was very honest and caring.

Wow. So its 6pm on Black Friday, Im an out-of-stater driving through on route 90 and my Honda Odyssey is misfiring. After calling 7 other shops in the area and getting answering machine or rejections, I found The Neighborhood Wrench on Google, called, and Mike said, hey, Im just wrapping up for the day, so come on in. I went in expecting to find someone with an attitude akin to, why in the world did I pick up that phone call instead of closing shop!? This customer better not take much of my time... Instead, Mike is friendly and engaging, diagnoses the problem, explains it to me, gets parts delivered, and gets the job done (all-new plugs) on no time. And this is all after hours on Black Friday. What a shop!

I was having some wiring issues, I called mike he had me bring my car in the next day he was very honest and isnt like other mechanics just trying to make money and not actually completing the work he is honest he is fair my friend referred me to him and I will never go anywhere else he will forever have my business and I will refer others to bring their vehicles to him as well .
