The process was good over all. Financing took a bit long I thought. Plus I did not receive an owners manual with my new vehicle (2020 Audi TT). The sales associate (Vanessa Zickert) was especially nice. Very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and specifically Brandon Stroede. His responsiveness and helpfulness was beyond our expectations. We found ourselves in the market for an Audi and Brandon bent over backwards in a pinch to find us the right vehicle and Financing. All of this after a horrible experience at a different dealership. I looked at this store specifically for the Audi A5 Sportback, because the Audi store in Eau Claire was sold out. I am delighted with the car, my fourth Audi! I have had 2 A6 and most recently a 2017 A4 which I traded on this A5 Sportback. A superlative car, I can’t say enough good about it. David was my sales point of contact, a professional who took excellent care of me. Of course everyone wants to pay less/get more for your trade, but it was fair, and everyone I met was affable and a joy to deal with. Terrific experience!!

I highly recommend getting a second opinion on repairs if you’re not under warranty. I was told that both of my intake manifolds were broken when in reality it was some incorrectly indexed manifold flaps and a MAP sensor. Saved myself $3,000 by getting a second opinion.

I was looking for a specific RS3, kept running into issues at the dealership in Mpls where I live. Called Audi La Crosse and could not have had a better experience acquiring my dream car. Julie, Paul, and Joel were beyond helpful, I’ve never had such a positive and hassle free experience when buying a car. 100% recommend even if you have to travel, they also have a lifetime power train warranty for around $300 which I’ve never seen offered at any other Audi dealerships.

Stop your two different times looking at a particular car they had on the lot. The people inside would see me out there and wait for me to come in. Its a fine balance between being too aggressive and that being too passive.they need to acknowledge theres somebody on the lot ask if they need any help and then leave them alone. Unless of course they want help. I did not buy the car from them, though it was a pretty neat car. It appeared they werent interested in selling me anything as they ignored me both times. it wasnt like they were busy, nobody was helping anyone and they were just sitting at their desks.

Would not recommend buying any used cars here. They sold me a car with leaky valve cover gaskets, resulting in multiple cylinder misfires . Within less than 5 days, I now have a repair bill of $1600. Not satisfied.

Brandon did an excellent job before and after my purchase. He contacted me several times before to make sure they would be ready for my arrival and followed up afterwards. The only catch in the whole process was the odometer reading on the car was 7200 miles higher than what was posted on the Dealer website. All-in-all I am happy with the purchase process.

Be sure to get a second opinion before letting them buy parts! That 3200 dollar turbo they want to replace might be a 75 dollar crankcase pressure valve. At least they gave me a referral to a good mechanic, thats worth a star.

Good: Brandon S was great. Worked with us from over 500 miles away to send us all the info, videos and answer all the questions on our vehicle.Bad: When it came to the financial manager, we were less than impressed. We were mislead to believe that there would be 2 keys (the car was less than 1 year old and there was no mention of the missing key), we called and the manager who laughed it off and said “I’ll see what I can do” and a week later we still never heard anything back. Called them back, no return phone call. The car was delivered to us and the interior was dirty. There were water spots on the inside, when we moved the mat covering the spare tire there was hair, dirt and leaves. We spent a total of over $35,000 on a vehicle and it arrived with 1/4 of a tank of gas.Had I known that I would have to spend an additional $600 on a second key, I would have spent that extra Money on a car with fewer miles. Buyer beware, you may have to make sure your vehicle is going to come with all 4 tires, you’d hate to end up without them.

That is my biggest problem with most dealers, after shopping around and listening to many aggressive pushy salesmen all day Saturday around town it was refreshing to go somewhere laid back and willing to just let me do my thing. I purchased a vehicle . Was overcharged a $1000 needed an oil change 3 days after I purchased the vehicle then $600 worth the tires 7 days later and then $900 for the front end to be fixed a month later and then $600 worth of breaks. Rather than that the salesman was nice.

Good buying experience, not so great owning experience overall but they did end up being very good at damage control. Still some issues. Long story. So...I bought a used 2013 Audi Q5. Loved the car. Buying experience with salesman Dan was great. Straight forward price and no pressure. That was good. There was weird sound on the tires as it came with winter tires and I bought in the summer. They recommended I buy new tires. So after buying the car I immediately spent $850 on new tires. Engine light would not turn off. Brought it in for 3 extended periods and it persisted.2 months in I was informed that the Audi needed a new engine, and this had been documented at another Audi dealer, so they should have known. They took responsibility for missing that important nugget of info and credited the money I already spent towards a different new car. This was handled fairly and well. I was impressed by the sales team, Dan and Melissa (sales manager), and Rick the service manager. All worked hard to fix the situation, a lot talking to the GM and then I would talk to one of them. After a long time with a loaner, I did get a used BMW and am happy with it. So those folks and the sales culture there was actually pretty great. But...The GM never spoke to me, which would be fine if I had come out with no losses. As far as the $850 tires, that are now useless to me, the GM (who I had to go back and forth with through sales manage Melissa) would not allow a credit or anything. This seems absurd to me. I spent about 10 trips back and forth over a month and my original car being in the shop for 3-4 times (weeks) before I knew it needed a new engine, I wasnt credited the money for the tires that had been recommended! So, I wont go to the service department there and what could have been a 5 star rating is 3. I have an $850 set of useless tires. I would consider them to buy my next car, maybe (would have been my go to had the tire situation been handled properly). Honestly, I think its petty to refuse to refund the money for tires on a car that was sold to me on deaths door (tires were also recommended by them). To be fair, my understanding is that this is on the GM. So good work by the salesman Dan, Melissa the sales manager, and the service manager, Rick. They all certainly put a lot of work into a tough situation. They resurrected this to 3 stars. I recommend working with them.But I lost a lot of time and $850 seems like a very minimal cost to a dealership. Maybe its not, I dont know. But it certainly seems a really low cost to cement my business for decades into the future. I guess the GM didnt really care about my business that much. So I will consider them to buy again (if Dan and Melissa are still there), but they wont see another dime of my money for service.Ted

I drove from Grand Forks, North Dakota and Danny ( and the car ) made it worth the trip! Danny was AMAZING!!!! Process at dealer was very slow. What should have taken maybe an hour in total took 3 hours due to salesperson being tied up even thought we had a 2:00 appointment. We then had a huge delay waiting for one person to process sales agreement due to others in front of us even though we didn’t even finance (wrote a check)..

There was a time that I feared I would forever be doomed to the sputtery foofs of boring mediocrity. My old beater was little more than a glorified baby carriage, more adept at lulling passengers to sleep than inspiring the driver (as the driver, I can tell you it is not good to be lulled to sleep). Ill never forget this one time that I was driving with my girlfriend (who is now my wife, btw). We saw this neato car up ahead of us and she wanted me to catch up so we could see what kind it was. Floor it! she said - and I looks at her and I says - and this is FOR REAL - I says, I AM flooring it. But we were not going very fast at all, or even accelerating at any sort of noticeable pace - Moral of the story: We didnt catch the car and there was no knowing what kind it was, and Ill never have the chance to see that car again so it is pretty much a mystery even to this day. I mean, lets put it this way: If I was in a straight jacket AND I was using a dog sled - but imagine that dog sled was being pulled by about 30 snails or less, AND the dog sled was superglued to the ground using a good bonding chemical like JB Weld or Tightbond (which I have used before to adhere loose pieces of trim to a window, and trust me, that sucker is not coming loose anytime soon) - That would still be more exciting than driving in my old car and probably faster too.So anyway I shows up looking for a car and Im all like, hmm hawww I dont know what I want? and Kris basically takes my pathetic budget and uses some sort of wizardry to transform it into this super dope car thats also ultra legit on top of that and oh so totally cool (it was a Jetta). Hes all like BAM! I got heated seats. SHAZAM! I got high class luxury stuff. SKIDADDLE! I got bluetooth connectivity to my whole playlist so Im rocking out to The Wiggles soundtrack (perfectly eqd) while Im cruising. And then guess what? RING RING! Whats this? Im chatting it up with my fellow gentleman Kris at the very same time that my body is being warmed by the pleasant soft leatherette heated seats at 65 mph. My new car is a 3000lb extension of my cell phone and I didnt even have to take my hands off the wheel.So what do you want? Do you want to go to some scammy second-rate car dealership full of pushy and brutish cronies who are only concerned with scheming their grimy little hands into your wallet? If you like being prodded into a sale like a cow being forced into a milking pen then this is one dealership you had better steer clear of, but lets face it: No you dont really want that. You work hard to bring home the bacon and now its time to butter your bread. You made it all the way to the end of this review and now youre thinking, I want some of what this guy is smoking - and guess what? Its my tires Im smoking - and Kris at Morries put me behind the wheel. (Im not actually making my tires smoke because that is a good way to reduce the life of your tires, but you get the idea, Im a happy customer)10/10 - would buy again

Traded 2013 Jetta Hybrid SEL for slightly more practical (my work) 2012 Tig S. I like the Tigs ability to tow a small utility trailer (< 1250 lbs.) The SUV is high and comfortable. I have seen over 30 MPG in 2.5 tank fills.My 3 stars are generous; I was subject to sitting at the salespersons station for OVER three hours due to issues with software and paperwork. For that amount of time I might have driven out with a complete NEW Golf Alltrack. I thought I could make-up some haggle room due to Morries no haggle bottom price. The dealer allowed me slightly LESS than I had hoped for my trade. Next time I will find an other Dealer for VW...

Horrible place. They will run multiple credit checks without your permission, and are extremely aggressive. Just going for a test drive turned into a nightmare. If you do business there do not give any personal info they will run your credit without permission!
