We had our 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid serviced at Pischke Nissan. They were prompt and polite in customer service. They accurately quoted us an expected finish time, and were transparent in what they were doing and what they found.

Whole experience was great. Even filling out paperwork was fun due to personality of the Pishke employees.

The young lady that took care of me was able to fit me in even without an appointment and really helped me on a week I was starting up my new busy so life had been hectic for several weeks. I really appreciate her taking care of me.

Aaron was a great sales expert. I had researched the Nissan Rogue in advance among a few competitors cars. Aaron did NOT exert any sales pressure (something that would have driven us away instantly), but patiently explained the features and researched, where he didnt know the answers. He took his time with us. He also respectfully pulled his mask down after I explained that I read lips, because Im hearing impaired.He also followed up with us a week after the sale and offered to find out more answers for us. That is awesome sales strategy and great customer care!Other than Aaron, I really have not dealt with Pischke Motors before. The future will tell.

The worst experience with a dealership I have ever encountered. Brought my car in for repairs which ended up being a new throttle body which I had replaced less than a year earlier. Said they test drives the car, 2 minutes after leaving the car died completely on me again, only worse as I lost all power steering a braking. Throttle body wasn’t the issue, wasted hundreds of dollars on that. Got it back to the dealership. No calls or anything for months, 6 MONTHS later I was fed up and started calling asking what the heck was going on because I hadn’t heard a word. A couple weeks later they finally said it was fixed. Received my car back working, but sounding off, with a massive crack across the windshield. They then said it was already there when I brought it in. It most definitely wasn’t there. After a couple weeks of arguing they finally agreed it was their fault and they would fix it. Car is still having the same issues, seems they only decided to do a temporary fix of sorts. Sales team may be fine here but the service floor is a complete joke, waste of time, and waste of money. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Next time I’ll pay for the tow truck to Rochester Nissan as it’ll probably save me months of time without my vehicle and frankly loads of money.

I needed routine service kind of right away and Josh took our Rouge2016 for oil change, purchase of new tires, alignment in no time. My wife and I were given a ride home. Everything was done very efficiently.

They treated us well and Im happy with the service but their compliance with mandatory masking left us wanting. Staff were wearing masks but many failed to wear them properly negating any effectiveness. Multiple staff were wearing their masks below their noses. We spent a significant amount of time waiting to complete our purchase and we didnt necessarily feel safe. Jonathan was fantastic in every way. He tried to speed things up and wrore his mask properly at all times. He did an amazing job and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The rest of the staff interactions were less impressive.

My experience in purchasing my new Murano went smoothly. Jonathan was a fine representative of Pischke Motors and Nissan. The only hitch was on my trade-in when on the day of trade my old vehicle was discovered to have a rack/pinion leak. Fortunately I had purchased the extended warranty and the repair would be covered. Great service department, Josh and his team are top notch! My transmission went out on my Rogue and it was a dicey situation as it wasnt worth fixing. I price checked Nissan with other shops and their pricing was the best to replace the transmission. Even though I didnt end up replacing the transmission Josh let me keep the loner over the weekend to make the decision and didnt rush me to move my vehicle from his lot. Really helped a guy out during a rough time.

The only issue I have is not being able to select that a shuttle ride is necessary when I have my vehicle serviced.

Josh and Marty were friendly. My oil change was fine. Josh informed me since my tires were all the same 5/32, they didnt need to be rotated, so that was nice to save some money. The rattling problem was not resolved after discussion and a test ride. After the test drive and explaining the issue, they then both stated their own family has the same problem and Nissan says that is normal and nothing can be done about it. It has something to do with the CVT and gas mileage. I dont agree there is nothing that can be done. My new car has 33,000 miles on it and should not have this annoying rattling noise, IT happens about 1200-1500 rpm when the car has warmed up. I will contact the dealership I purchased the car from and see if they have any knowledge of this issue. If it is in fact normal and nothing can be done by Nissan, I will remain VERY disappointed in Nissan and look to trade for a different brand of vechicle.

Great experience - AGAIN today. I had something that was hanging down by the back tire on the passenger side of the vehicle, I was not sure what it was and was VERY concerned. I called and was able to get the vehicle right in. Thankfully it was a protective piece that needed to be just clamp back into place. Still love my PATHFINDER!!! Thanks Michelle, Josh and Rick!

Nissan service stepped up and went over-and-above with scheduling my new transmission and offering me a loaner during that time-frame. I also got to test-drive the more-recent Rogue and got to compare that to my older model Rogue. Nissan fairly handled price-sharing on the transmission costs, given their high failure rate and mileage I had on mine.

We purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from Pischke Motors with the assistance of Jacob Ludwig. Jacob was in considerable discomfort due to a knee injury but that did stop him from going above and beyond to help my wife and I find a car for her. We test drove no less than 4 different models on a Saturday afternoon and by end of the day we had given up all hope and Jacob was writing down all the things my wife was looking to have in a vehicle, and when he entered all that info into his database, he came across one more vehicle he thought we should look at. They listened to my requests, and didnt try to charge me for extra work I didnt ask for. They were able to find some rear floor mats for my car, even though they didnt match in color. A positive experience from a newer customer.
