We bought a car from here a few days ago and the staff were really great to work with. Cale was great in making sure the vehicle we were interested in was there and setting up an appointment to test drive. Riley was the salesman we worked with and he was awesome. He explained the features of the car and made sure that if we had any questions. he answered them. The finance manager Ashley was awesome too. She walked us through the paperwork and signing of papers. A top notch group and we will definitely recommend to family and friends and do repeat business with Dahl. Thank you, we love our car.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Cale, the Customer Care Specialist at Dahl. He had great communication, answered all my questions, and even sent me a personalized video walk-through of the truck I was looking at; Cale sold me on the vehicle! Dave, the VIP Manager, wasn’t the friendliest, but Zach, the financing person, was helpful and efficient. I would buy from Dahl again.

Absolutely 100 percent would recommend Dahl. They not only stayed late to accommodate us but made sure we didnt leave with any questions unanswered once we had found the SUV we wanted. We worked with David Briggs and he was amazing. Day 4 with our new vehicle and had a problem with the battery and they got us in right away and a new battery in. The whole team was amazing and friendly. We had great customer service at their service shop and Dave even poked in to say Hi. We will definitely return to Dahl and continue to recommend them. This is the customer service we all want when making any sort of large purchase.🤍( I would also like to add, we arent always the easiest because we have an autistic daughter who can be a handful at times but each and everyone of the staff was great with her.🙂)

I just recently leased a car for the first time. Kyle Dulek helped me with the purchase of my very first financed vehicle and has now helped me with my first lease of a 2020 Mazda CX-5. He showed me all of the exact numbers on what my monthly payment would be instead of rough estimates. He and their financial team also were great with helping me trade in my previous vehicle and made it a seamless and stress-free process. It was a great experience, and I will be back in 3 years to lease another new vehicle.

We stopped by Dahl Hyundai on a Saturday morning after a short hike in LaCrosse just to see what they had. We saw a brand new Santa Fe Calligraphy edition SUV and fell in love with it. Ken, our sales rep handed us the keys and off we went. The drive experience was awesome, this is a Fun vehicle to drive, especially when you have it set to Sport mode. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles you could think of and more.The facility is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The lobby is comfortable with TVs and fresh coffee along with other drinks to choose from. They even had a ping pong table for the kids.Ken, our sales rep was friendly and courteous, he did not push us at all and was extremely helpful. The manager at the time was nice as well and gave us a reasonable deal on our trade in.We were in and out in a couple of hours. We had a good experience and highly reccomend this place when purchasing a vehicle. I reccomend the Santa Fe to anyone who is looking for a fun mid sized SUV.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Dahl Hyundai!! I first purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from them a few days ago, they made that purchase super easy and as stress free as possible. Buying a car can be fun but also super stressful, they make the process relaxing! I decided the Tiguan wasn’t the car for me. Heath Lauden made the exchange process smooth. He’s super accommodating and transparent as a sales professional. Ashely in finance was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the numbers reasonable for my payments! I’m now a proud owner of a Nissan Rogue and I couldn’t be happier! Dahls exchange program is one of the many reasons why I will always work with them for all of my automobile purchasing needs. They treat you like family here and that’s hard to come by at dealerships nowadays!

I was very impressed on how easy they made everything. Corey my sales consultant was amazing. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the car that I wanted. The other Corrie the financial guy was so easy to work with and made my experience painless. Thank you for the great car and great service. I would go back in a heartbeat. Update. Unfortunately for us we had to go back to get another car due to my wifes car not being serviceable anymore but thankfully Corey was there for the rescue again. He had great patience with us and was able to put us in a certified used 2020 Subaru forester. This was a hard task for him since my wife was set on getting a third row vehicle and we never even considered the Forester. We worked with Gino (excellent sales!) and from the first time we arrived on the lot looking at cars (a Thursday at close) until we drove off the lot with a new car (following Monday), they have gone above and beyond to work with us and get us a deal (and car) we love. The people at Dahl Hyundai Service department go above and beyond to help their customers. I came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Unfortunately, they had some service people missing because of a funeral and illness and were short handed. Other service technicians came from another department to help all of us who were waiting for service. Alice in the service department could have turned me away and told me that she couldnt help me but she went above and beyond to get the service I needed. I will definitely be returning to Dahl Hyundai.

Good dealership, and the sales staff made my experience somewhat low pressure - got a great deal on a new-old-stock Mazda3 and I love this car to death! The parts dept screwed up several times trying to get my roof rack in on time for me to leave for a big trip - so I had to go buy one and do it myself.

UPDATED review: after my last visit, I was left unhappy in regards to part of the service/vehicle.I was then contacted by the Dahl service team, who offered to come grab my car, and get my issue resolved ASAP. The response time was surprisingly positive. Within 24 hours my car is now fixed. I was given a loaner vehicle and asked to share more details on my issue. I also received an update as my car was worked on. This was a very pleasant experience.Keep up this level of service Dahl!

I have taken my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Dahl in LaCrosse for the last few years and have always been satisfied, their service is thorough and professional. I can find no reason not to return for service if needed. I do have some concerns about the recent campaign for engine failure for my vehicle but that is not a Dahl problem as much as a manufacturer one. I trust that Dahl is doing their part and has been monitoring my vehicle and have been checking to make sure that my vehicle is not in need of those major engine repairs or replacement.

Purchased an oil change agreement. The agreement was they would pick up my vehicle and get the oil changes done. They said they could not do his any more. Canceled the agreement and the would refund me the difference. Never happened. Buyer make sure its in writing. Will not do business again with dahl.

Found a car on their website that was what we wanted. Went to their dealership to take it for a test drive. The vehicle had the check engine light on. ( And that the reason Im giving them only three stars. ) Told the salesman we would NOT buy a vehicle with this light on. They took the vehicle to a manufacturers dealership and had the problem corrected before we made the purchase.As word of caution. Make sure you take the time to thoroughly read all of the documents presented to you. And that you understand exactly what transactions are taking place before signing. I did find one service fee I wasnt expecting. And a couple of address errors and omissions that they did correct.

I bought my first Subaru Forester from Kyle. He came highly recommended from friends of mine. He lived up to their high praise! He was very personable, highly knowledgeable, and treated me with respect and kindness. He answered all the questions I had. He was not a high-pressure salesman, which I absolutely do not like. Instead, he was patient and professional. When I was in town, I swung by Dahl Subaru and he took the time to help me some settings on my radio that I couldnt figure out. I would highly encourage anyone that is considering shopping at Dahl to read this review. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with ~30,000 miles on it from Dahl. We were told by the salesman (who treated us very respectfully) that we would have a 4 day return on the vehicle if it was not up to our standards. We took the vehicle home and noticed a small spot of rust that initially had not factored into our purchase, although we probably should have vetted the car a little more thoroughly before buying. This was obviously an issue for us and I called Dahl to have it checked out. I scheduled the meeting for 4 days after the purchase date because it was a more convenient time and I thought I could still return it. However, the actual Dahl return policy is 3 days and when I showed up they estimated that it would cost over $1,000 to fix. Initially they were reluctant to fix the rust spot and they said I could exchange the vehicle, but I would lose money from the amount of miles I had put on it. However, after talking further with the sales manager he agreed to cover all the costs of fixing the rust, which will include sanding off the rust and re-priming and repainting of the entire affected panel. They were very kind and respectful and overall we got a great deal on our car (~$2,500 under blue book value). I will update this post after my car is fixed if there are any further issues. Otherwise I very much recommend Dahl automotive as they are highly willing to work with their customers and have great deals on used cars.

Buying a new car can be exceptionally stressful. My experience recently buying my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with Kyle was anything but stressful. It was fun! Kyle is very knowledgeable when it comes to Hyundai’s. Any and all questions I had were quickly answered. If for some reason Kyle didn’t know the answer, he went and found the person who did know.The best part of my entire purchasing experience was Kyle himself. Kyle is the definition of what customer service is and should be. I never felt pressured. I was guided toward the vehicles I had come in wanting to look at. Kyle was always courteous to me and this courteousness was something I observed with everyone he came in contact with. Kyle embodies providing the best service to everyone, every time. The only thing I’m sad about is that with Hyundai’s being as great as they are, it might be another 13+ years before I buy another car. Hopefully Kyle will still be with Dahl. I purchased a $25,000+ used vehicle from Dahl Mazda over a month ago. I have had two check engine lights, and multiple flaws with the vehicle. The 169 point inspection is a joke, I truly believe they do not even do the 42 point inspection mandated by the state of Wisconsin.As their website claims a used car advantage the only advantage they have shown so far is taking advantage of their customers. I have never had such a horrible post car buying experience in my life. Heath Lauden and I quote said when you buy a car from Dahl you pay a little more for the customer and dealership service. At this point I have wasted over a thousand dollars with this company.After talking with a service tech, I was put on hold. After being put on hold I was told I would be called back. I called them three hours later, and no response. So I tried four hours later, to be put on hold. At hour five, finally someone mentioned that Heath was supposed to contact me hours ago (and for a follow up on that, Heath has not called and it has been five days).My experience with Heath was a joke. I was treated with disrespect throughout the entire sales experience. Heath took three personal phone calls on our test drive, and ditched me for prior customers while at the office.What I found to be most insulting is how dumb Heath Lauden thought I was, and how he treated me during the negotiation process. He was trying to find my magic number, and when I gave him the first number he was appalled, even though the number was well within reason (because thats price I paid for the vehicle). He then tried to tell me to work with him, and that it was an unreasonable figure. After his chat with the sales team, oh wouldnt you know it but those figures did work out. He tried to sell it like he was going to bat for me, and somehow created a miracle but in reality it was simply the fair price.Overall I would like to express my disappointment about Heath. Three words I would use to describe my experience so far would be rude, unconcerned and arrogant.If you chose to go with Dahl (which I will never do again), I would recommend you stay away from Heath Lauden.

Friendly staff. Know that all the new vehicles are located on the left side of the lot if your looking at the entrance of Dahl Hyundai Mazda. There is also a small place for small children to play with little toys and coloring books. This is a plus as kids are a part of the experience and can quickly become disinterested and that area is helpful for families.

We had known for a while that we needed a bigger back seat for our daughter and her car seat but, I have purchased many used and new cars and trucks and have always hated the experience. I have always felt they are taking advantage of me or trying too. I have said I would rather have a cavity filled than buy a car. NOT SO with Kyle Dulek. I got a wonderful price with just a phone call and decided that not only will I drive an hour and a half to purchase this car but will be back in the future. I have also recommended him to all that have commented on my new sweet ride. I have NEVER been so happy and satisfied with a price or our new car. He spent time showing us the features and explaining everything we needed to know. My daughter even colored him a picture for his wall! I walked into the dealership with financing approval already in hand, all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line mind you.The salesmen (Dave?) I worked with was very polite. I would work with him again. I suggest asking for him. Dealership advertised a car $2000 more than the same car with more options at same miles at other dealership. I brought this to their attention and offered $500 above the comparable cars price due to wanting to work local. The car in question was disgusting on the inside needed ALOT of cleaning, the outside had scratches/ chipped paint everywhere, paint transfer on rear.. it was not a perfect car. The car was a base model touring, it didn’t have any add ons that warranted a higher price. The car was at dealership for 50 days. I asked for $1000 more on my trade (had service history for vehicle for the last 50k miles, VERY well maintained) and for them to match the competitions price and I’d pay $500 on top so I won’t have to drive to other dealer and I would make a deal. The used car person sat down and started off by saying they can’t do either and that just because my car is a nicer version for the year.... I cut him off and said thank you and walked out. Told salesman “they don’t want to work out a deal with us” and left.I came in with numbers of comparable vehicles to validate my statements, with financing already so it was an easy sale and they still wouldn’t make a deal. Would make the same deal if they called me Monday. We shall see if they like selling cars or if they just like to advertising cars.

Somehow my review was removed...This place is terrible, but some key points to keep it nice and sweet:- told by several la Crosse residents to stay away because this place is horrible. Still tried and paid the price.- lied to by the service department. I had to call in to check on a part that had been there for a week that they had no clue was there.- lied to by the parts department. Instead of ordering two interior clips for $4 total they claimed I had to order something that cost almost $400- mechanics are slower than slow. Took 2+ hours to do something that should have taken 45 on two occasions.- neither job done correctly, had to take the car to Madison to fix their screw up.- The owner called me and pretty much tried to sweeten me up. Only thing that he cares about is making money... after an hour long phone conversation this is what he says ...we need to know how to spend your money.

Alex is an excellent salesman. He helped me get into the most SUV that fit my lifestyle and family needs. Alex is very knowledgeable and confident in his work. He was able to answer all of my questions in full detail without hesitation. He assisted in setting up my Bluetooth, which my car came equipped with, as well as recommended me to an excellent place to have an extra entertainment system installed (at an excellent price I must add) to help keep my 4 little ones entertained. I am not sure if the techs that work on the weekend have less training than the typical techs here. I have taken it for oil changes 5 times, and 2 of those times something else was messed up after leaving. The first time was an undercarriage guard that was not put back on all the way, and came off when I was driving. The second time was the AC ceasing to work after an oil change and engine air filter change. It was working just fine when I took it in, and then when I tried to use it a few hours later that day, warm air was coming out. This is the fifth Subaru that I have purchased. I bought my last one, a 2015 Outback from Danielle when she worked at Don Miller Subaru in Madison. I was very pleased with her professionalism and friendly manner when dealing with her there. I needed to purchase another car after mine was totaled on 12/08/17 from a rear-end collision. When I found out Danielle was working for Dahl, I contacted her and agreed on a sales price over the phone. We then drove from Waunakee to La Crosse to finalize the sale and pick up our 2018 Outback. She was most helpful in finding the model with the package that I was looking for at a fair price. I would definitely work with her again!

Worst customer service ever, especially over the phone because they sure know how to make you wait for a phone call. I had to go over there just to actually get them to get off their seat. I highly do not recommend. Label of dealership dont mean nothing. They will try to scoop any money they can off of you. They couldnt even figure out what was wrong with my car which wasnt even major like what they thought they said. Dont let my review scare you though, find out for yourself and youll know what Im talking about. But Im done with them.

Last night I got in my car after work and found the low tire pressure light on. I drove it to Dahl around 5:15. Brian stayed after his shift and was late for his personal plans to make sure my tire had a patch put on it. He was super friendly and didnt make it feel like a hassle. To top it all off he gave me the tire patch free of charge. Because of Brian I will continue to use Dahl for my service needs.

Wasnt taken seriously. I was with a more experienced sales, then given a new salesman that didnt know what he was talking about after I told them my age and career (19 and professional bmxer). Yes I am only 19 which I understand they probably dont take any 19 year olds seriously but that made me go elsewhere. Went to an Audi dealer, was treated like a king and bought a beautiful s3 instead. Dahl has lost my business.

I just purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Dahl, and it was the easiest, no pressure, vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! I told Geno the options I wanted, and within the day he had found me a black Crosstrek with a moon roof and the other options I asked for. The car arrived two days later from a dealership in Sheboygan. The financing and purchasing process was super smooth with Tony. I cant say enough about how great my experience was with Dahl. If youre looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Geno as the salesperson! He was awesome and I will be buying from him again.

Great personalized service!I was actually looking for a used Subaru as my son would soon be inheriting the car I owned. My husband had purchased a used Subaru Outback and recommended I look for one also. I noticed that one of my friends was drving a new Subaru Outback, and when I asked her about it she indicated she had gotten it from Dahl in LaCrosse and if I was interested I should ask for Jeff. I called on Friday to see if Jeff was working on Saturday, he was. My husband and I went to Dahl, met Jeff, and within an hour I had purchased a brand new 2014 Subaru Outback. Even though they were both inexpensive vehicles he treated me like I was buying a new $30,000 car. He took the time to show me how everything worked in the the car. He also showed me the service department and went over my service schedule for both cars. I got exactly what I was looking for and more.
