GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!! Bought 2 tables, chairs, a bed and frame. They set it up and you pay for and enjoy your new furniture.

I would never rent from them! I got a bed set from them was told it was only missing the foot board by the manager. Ok cool. They knocked a little off. I wait Over 2 weeks for a bed set then it gets here there’s no frame included! It has half a headboard that’s propped against my wall and no frame. When asking about my frame they tell me I need to pay for it yet I’m paying thousands of dollars for a bedroom set that isn’t what I signed up for at all. They’re really rude. They have no empathy and don’t want to fix the mistakes. I received damaged dresser drawers and took me over 6 months to get those. I would never deal with this company again or refer anyone to!

Very rude staff from Eau Claire office, filed a complaint and Mr. Lebakken was just as rude. Never will I do business with them nor will I recommend them to anyone. The products are average, Shouldve saved and went elsewhere, thats on us for thinking we were getting a deal.

Great friendly staff. My wife and myself went here because of their payment options. Different budget friendly options and an easy return policy if you are moving or do not need the item you received anymore, as long as you do not trash the item you received. All questions are always answered and there are no hidden costs.

Been customers of these guys now for 3 years and they have been absolutely great people to rent furniture 75 4k smart t.v.s Xbox ones laptops and all in 1 desk top computers. And Im sure everything else is the same. Great friendly people as long as you keep in contact and dont hide from them.

Huge selection of items, everything from household furniture, to name brand purses, to electronics. What they dont have in store they can lookup online. Reasonable payment plans, first month trials, 90 days same as cash, and weekly to monthly payment plans. The employees are down to earth and super helpful. Wheelchair accessible.

Waste of time. they jack up the prices even if you pay cash out right. do not go here. its a complete joke. even when you do find something and set up delivery they will be over an hour late. yup i cancelled our order. I will not be back.

They may have put new management in place a year ago but clearly have not figured things out yet. This location and a number of others in the area are severely understaffed. And when they get new employees cannot seem to retain them.They work their employees like dogs. likdogs and then pay them less the more they work. Do not support this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Rented a bed, returned it. When they picked up the bed they took off the slip cover n tried to say it wasnt on there when it WAS. I wasnt able to be there when they picked it up and they were underhanded in order to take more $$$. I moved out of state and was told if I brought the bed when I moved it would be theft. I was very disappointed. I never missed a payment and they still played dirty. Shame on you Mike and all you guys that were involved with this shady business.
