Awful experience trying to get our wedding envelopes printed. Fiancé went in in the morning to have them done with pre-formatted files for the exact envelope sizes in PDF and Word, with a spreadsheet containing all addresses if neither format was what they could use. The girl at the desk said they couldnt print envelopes and suggested labels instead.Labels were purchased, went home and adjusted the files of the above three kinds for the label sizes. Went back at 1 in the afternoon and their was 1 customer at the desk talking to the same employee. The employee gave a glance like it was horrid that she was going to have to talk to someone else and continued chatting for 30 min. After finally acknowledging her presence, she said she didnt think they could print labels either.Worst customer service in recent memory, and youve lost a long time customer.
My first visit to this store on 06/15/20 from 11:40am to 12:20pm. Had some business to take care of over in the printing department. I was very pleased with the person who greeted me kindly and helped me do what I needed to do. She was very professional, and I was relieved with the safety precautions being taken with staff wearing masks throughout the store and sanitizing the equipment I needed to touch, even after I sanitized my hands. I also was wearing a mask for courtesy so it was nice to be in company and feel safer.After completing my business in the printing department, the lady who helped me asked if there was anything else she could help me find and answered the questions I had. I also had another staff member ask if I needed help later on as I was just browsing, and he followed up a bit later to check in. I eventually did have a question for him and he was right where the product was.There werent many people in the store during my visit. Overall I would say it was excellent. The store appeared clean and again I appreciate the precautions being taken by the workers.The only thing I will mention was there was a sign outside the store in regards to the reason that brought me there. I was unable to reach anyone with my cell phone when I pressed the number for the department I needed after the prompt, so I ended up just going in and thankfully found where I needed to be in the printing department. I would suggest perhaps making it easier to contact someone if trying to inquire about something over the phone. Didnt work for me for whatever reason.Anyway, got what I needed. Thanks to the staff there during my visit for the professional service and mindfulness of safety.
Great prices and helpful service
I have shopped at Office Depot and purchased office equipment & supplies for years, this past Friday I needed 3 ink cartridges. The store Manager, Richard, who knows me ask me to wear a mask, I told him I have a medical condition. He said, ok I wont be standing close to you, I said fine. He showed me where the ink cartridges were that was for my printer. After a brief discussion, I said Ok I will purchase them. His gloved hands were resting on his hips, he just stood there & expected me to pick them off the shelf & carry them to the register. I did. While walking to the register a female employee looked at me as if I had a disease. The lady that checked me out was the only friendly person that waited on me.After spending $330 there I felt I was treated very poorly because I didnt have a mask on. I have a medical condition. It is harmful for me to wear a mask. This is the second time I have been disrespected by the team there at Office Depot. I shop local and support all local stores & restaurants. I have decided to return my purchase of $330 & purchase them on Amazon plus I saved $60. To the management team at Office Depot..... You just pushed away a good customer!
I came in today looking for a chair, and the one that I had decided I wanted was out of stock. So Larry the general manager asked if I was thinking about any other chairs or if I wanted to have it shipped. I was set on the chair, so I decided we could have it shipped. But we ran into another problem in which the chair wasn’t in stock at their warehouse. So Larry, asked me if I’d like the display chair and I was hesitant because of some wear, like the armrests having some play. So Larry said I totally understand and took it to the back and tightened the arms up for me. He also knocked the price down for me and was generally a really good, hardworking gentleman that knew his stuff. Very pleased with my experience thanks to Larry!
I recently got a new desk, hutch, and chair from here. Troy was super helpful with taking care of our order and checking us out.

We went tonight, a Tuesday evening starting at about 5:10, with gold Amex in hand, ready to buy an office chair and possible a high capacity printer. We were in the store over half an hour. Most of the time we spent sitting in chairs and comparing the features listed on the tags. My husband also made a foray over to the printers. There were three employees in the store. Nobody ever came to ask us if we needed help and when my husband went to the front to ask for help the employees continued their conversation and ignored him. As we left without purchasing anything I interrupted the conversation of the two at the checkout and asked if they worked on any kind of commission. Laughing, they replied no, to which I responded, yeah, thats pretty obvious. Office Depot lost our business, potentially hundreds of dollars in one night, and who knows how much more as we furnish and equip our dual home offices to work at home. Corporate should take notice of the low level of customer service at this store and get some new management and employees in place if they want this location to be profitable.

Helpful staff, that always asks if you need any assistance. Office Depot is a very good place to stock up your home-office. They stock everything I would ever need, anyway. The parking lot at this particular location usually has choice parking spots available, turning my shopping experience into a quick grab.
Excellent service in mailing and print area. The manager there takes very good care of my needs and has great attention to detail. I appreciate being able to get great service!
Had to wait awhile for them to get our tax software out of the back room. The new young man had a smile on his face the whole time, while apologizing when he needed help with coupon etc. I told him he was doing great (second day) and the smile (probably nerves) made the wait for my husband and I a lot easier. Good job!

We went to change and return some things we ordered on black Friday. The clerk at the counter though looking like she was worn out from a long grueling day was very courteous and professional. She made me feel like I was the only person that mattered at that moment. When she could not help us with some technical issues she got other people that could. Who were equally helpful and nice.
With so much to prepare to launch my business, I had so many decisions to make with furniture and supplies. I went to Office Depot to purchase desks and office furniture. Richard and Jaren assisted me, and I probably looked at furniture for 40 minutes. They patiently waited and explained all of my options. They even told me how best to purchase and that if any of the sales prices released on Sunday showed lower prices for my purchases, that I could come in and get a refund of the difference! After working in customer service for over ten years, I was blown away by the patience, professionalism, and insight I received. I will definitely recommend them and their employees! Excellent!

Disappointed! Went in looking for a new computer bag and was discouraged from buying for 2 reasons: several of the items were missing price tags, and when I checked the price at the register I realized they were $20 higher than Amazon. Id rather shop local but $20 on a $56 items is significant. I would have looked past the inconvenience of having to walk up for a price check.

They do not keep stuff in stock. I went there 3 days ago and they said come back in 1 or 2 days it sould be out. Went back still not out. Think might have to go somewhere else for my stuff.
