I would like to start out saying Dr. Andrew Palm is a very good eye doctor. Having said that the front office people are not been good to me. I called there onetime about complimentary eye drops and the person who answered said that they would be available. But when I got there a there was a different person who said that they didnt have any on hand and he looked at me in a strange way. There was a mix up in the past on my transition lenses also. The other day I brought my reading glasses to be adjusted. That was fine. However, they were returned to me dirty. I then asked for them to be cleaned and they were. It maybe it was a small thing but I noticed things like that. I got the sense that, as a customer, I did not matter to them. I was a little upset and disappointed.Tim

Sad to say, but weve got to go along with the many 1-star ratings. My husband and I came for our first eye exam today. When we called from the parking area we were told to stay in our vehicles until our appointment time because they had several customers in the store. We entered at appointment time to then be told we needed to complete paperwork, which could have been completed ahead of time, or in the parking lot. When we entered we were the only customers in the facility, giving the staff free reign to show us their true colors. For 20-minutes we sat overhearing their personal and unprofessional conversations, including listening to four different employees laugh while they talked about outrageous clients. In the meantime, not one of them interacted with us. Our appointment was 11am. At 11:15, I peeked around the corner to see the doctor playing on his cell phone in an empty office. I immediately went to the front desk (3-employees doing nothing) to ask what was going on, at which time the doctor who had followed me to the front said, Im ready for you right now. This might have been interpreted as a welcoming apology of sorts from any other professional, but if you had seen this so called doctor turn his back on us and walk off with attitude, rather than escort a client who had been waiting for 20-minutes AFTER their appointment time, you would have also been in shock! Im pretty sure if I had looked hard enough I would have seen an adolescent eye-roll too! I said to him, Who are you even talking to? as we each had an appointment. We didnt wait for his response as my husband was as livid as I. We told four employees standing in an empty store we were leaving and not putting up with this. Not a one attempted to ask what happened. I just thought some of you may be interested to hear how new clients are treated here. And if youre a repeat client, we likely heard about you today. We can only hope that someone starts taking these (several 1-star) reviews seriously and does something about the need for PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING for this team.

I don’t recommend. The staff needs customer service training as they were not very friendly when it was time to check out. The Dr. wasn’t very friendly either, I ended up telling him he has a lot of sass which was the nicest way I could put that while my son was present. I do hope you actually read your reviews and grow from them. We won’t be back.

Been going to Pearle for years, wont go anywhere else!

Will NOT be back. Optometrist Dr. Palm made my family and I feel discriminated. I’m not overly reacting, but he literally ignored us and treated us like we were not from this planet. I was not impressed by the service of the rest of the staff either. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going here for over 10 years. Wouldnt trust my eyes with anyone else.

If you are done with work after 5 you wont be able to get your eyes examed. Dr is gone by 5 but the clinic is opened until 9pm. Christine whom was on the phone was really rude and gave no options to accommodate my schedule as I was really flexible. I asked her Id have to find another place, and she said thats fine, thanks for calling and hung up. Im shocked and upset. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. Wont ever be going here or referring anyone from my company to go here. Just rude.

Horrible customer service. One of the desk assistants laughed at me because I didnt want to buy their $200 glasses. Walmart has better customer service than this place.

I love this place you get your glasses in less than 12 minutes you dont have to wait weeks for your glasses to be ready and they last a long time as well.

I will never go anywhere else. The doctor is very professional and kind. I have never had such amazing service. Thank you Pearle!
