Very professional. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is helpful and responsive to messages. I received personalized care and recommendations for all of my eye concerns. Dr. Garbrecht went above and beyond to help me get the best eye glass lenses for my vision issues.

Dr. G is the best! Always thorough, takes her time, answers my questions, involves me in decision making. She is very patient & kind & knowledgeable. She has been my doc for several years. Had Ryan in the optical dept work on my glasses today & he is sharp, could see the issue I explained & knew exactly how to correct it. I am finally able to wear the $650 glasses Ive had for several months. Hes a keeper, dont lose him, you need him! Many of the others need to be trained by him.

Best Optical Eye Care place in our area. I call for an appointment and tell them whoever is available! I have seen all 4 doctors and love them all. I have worn glasses since I was a child and this is the best eye care place you can go to. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU and YOUR EYES!!!!!!!

Great experience! I got in very soon after checking in. Very short wait for the doctor. I received a thorough review of my vision and eye health. This revealed a minor issue that will soon be corrected.

I have gone to a lot of different optical stores and clinics over the years and this one is one of the best. Very nice store with lots of helpful employees and doctors to help you get just what you want. Large selection of glasses and contacts available so there is something for everyone in all different price ranges. They are there for you with questions, concerns, advice to help each person get the best for them and their eyes. The place is clean and fancy looking, well kept, and well stocked.

I went in for a complete eye exam for the first time at this office and it was the best eye exam experience Ive ever had. Everyone from the front desk, to the doctors assistant, the doctor herself, and the tech that helped me with glasses was incredibly friendly and put me at ease. I didnt have a regular place that I have eye exams done, but I do now. I set my appointment for next year before I left. I would definitely recommend Optical Fashions to anyone.Update: Its been more than a year since my original post, and I would have to reiterate my original thoughts. I just had a full exam in December, but started noticing some change in vision over the past few weeks, most likely related to another health condition I have going on. Dr.Kendra was again, fantastic. She explained everything very clearly, and gave me several options to work with my changing vision. The tech that started me out was awesome too, but I didnt catch her name. If youre looking for a friendly and thorough place to take care of your vision, this is it!!

Dr Holly is a great doctor and a lovely person. She took extra time to explain my eye situation and options. She’s personable and truly cares about her patients. Her staff were all as nice as she was. I definitely didn’t feel like I was just another appointment to get thru. The facility is clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

I went in here to get an eye exam and the optometrist was the best Ive ever had. He explained several reasons why my contacts would be irritating my eyes, and how to treat them. I also go here any time I need prescription safety glasses for work, they have a nice selection that doesnt compromise on style with the side shields. This business is usually busy because its so popular in the area, but it is always staffed well and there are reasonable wait times.

My whole family is seen by Dr. Wedig. She is so great with my kids and does a great job explaining differences in vision from the previous year to current. The new imaging machine was very neat and worth the $25 to get a thorough diagnostic of your eye care. I also really loved the addition of the kids corner and the assistant was so accommodating having to juggle two appointments at the same time with a toddler in the mix.

Holly was wonderful with my daughter. Im so glad we started coming here! Shes had issues with dry, itchy eyes for years and we finally got a clear answer after switching to Optical Fashions.

Called to schedule an appointment and was informed that I owed them $180 form my last appointment from a year and half ago! Apparently my insurance didn’t cover the costs. I was never called, emailed, or mailed. I would have solved this immediately if I had known. Blown away that a business wouldn’t put in the effort to call me and ask for a resolution. Never going back.

I have a very sensitive prescription...blind as a bat with trifocals. Very hard for me to adjust to knew glasses. Joyce has been a Godsend to me....I would come every week for over a month ..she always had a smile on her face and was a great help to me!! you have a gem in Joyce!!!
