Julia was so sweet! My eyebrows were a mess and she brought them back to life. She spent time teaching me how to fill them in with a pencil. Explained using a cream to get them to grow. I told her I was a 5 minute girl to get ready with hair and face. She totally understood. Highly recommend Julia.
