I love the staff and I always love what they always recommend. I needed help finding my color foundation and the eye-brow color and Brand when it was a little into the covid pandemic and the Staff was able to help me pick my Brands and help me match my colors to my face for my products that worked for me.Even tho most of my make-up products came up to $40-$50 it still works in Me 8 months laters.Another Great rating was that when my 2nd oldest sister needed help finding her moisturizer product and foundation product the staff was a great help.Me and my sister have totally different skin types so the staff was able to recommend her the things she needed the staffs are always so nice.

I have shopped a number of Ulta Stores before. The La Crosse Store is head and shoulders above the others. Staff are attentive, helpful but not pushy, professional and know their stuff. A number of times if I can not find a product online is offered and assisted. That makes it nice and easy.

Went in with a list of things and they helped me find every single item!!! Such a fantastic experience and super quick!!!!

Just as the rating suggests, its okay. Over priced makeup that barely lasts you more than a month or two. At least some of the workers are nice.

I love this store, it has a wide variety of makeup and is very organized. Most of the makeup prices were pretty decent. I love the workers and they were very helpful. I love their makeup palettes and all of the morphe products. This is one of my favorite makeup stores.

On Saturday I placed an order, had a $15 off coupon and at the end when the order submitted the browser closed for some reason. I checked my account and my card was charged for the order, however the order was not on my account and my items were still in my cart. I called the customer service hotline and the representative informed me that there was a problem with my card and it refreshed my order...? How would my card charge if there was a problem with it? He then proceeded to delete the items out of my cart without my permission and told me that it would take 3-5 days for my card to be refunded. And he could not replace my order. He barely spoke English and did not understand a word I said. He was reading a script and probably not even from this country! I was going to replace the order online myself and wait for a refund but the coupon said it was already used! Worst experience I have EVER had online shopping! I will NEVER shop at Ulta again, Sephora is were I will be going for all of my future purchases!

I am never returning here for any type of waxing, Bridgette did a absolutely horrible job on my Brazilian wax. It was 2 hours of absolute pain. I had been getting waxed for about a year straight at this point so waxing was not a new experience what so ever. She obviously was not as experienced as she should be to be doing work like this, I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what her issue was. If she wasn’t comfortable doing me she should had said so. That area was SWOLLEN for days, hurt SO bad. And at the end when I explained my concerns to the lady that checked me out she didn’t care at all, and said nothing about it.

I love this place! Ulta has everything you need for beauty supplies. For all ages. Myself and my teenage daughter. One stop shopping. Cant go wrong with Ulta!

Ive had my makeup and hair done in the past, and its been great. Today, I had a facial with Ashlee, and it was outstanding.She made me feel very comfortable and calm. She explained each product she used, and what it was for. She even helped recommend a new moisturizer for me!She was very knowledgeable of what she was using, and would stop every now and then to see how I was feeling.I walked out feeling refreshed and happy! I will definitely be stopping in again!

I had Adrienne she overall did good but I was not happy with sitting for 4 hours to get a baliage touched up and lightened and then having to leave with wet hair because she had a client waiting to get her hair done. Overall I will probably continue to go back to Julie that works there because I have never had to sit that long or leave with wet hair!!!!

I love going to Ulta at the Valley View mall! The staff is so friendly, and always greets me with a smile! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they have available. To make the experience even better the store is always so neat and organized; making it so easy to find what I need! Overall this store is great and the staff is fantastic!

I see Bridget for facials and love it!! The staff there too is completely knowledgeable and willing to help. I have never had a bad experience with them. This is my go-to beauty store.

I had my hair cut and styled and they did a beautiful job. I have received many compliments on my new hairstyle. I moved here 4 years ago and couldnt find anybody to give me a decent cut and style, my search is over! Thank you Ulta!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute facial. However, the sheets, towels, etc. were pretty discolored and spotted. A new supply or a little bleach could have really brightened the experience.

I got my first haircut here this week after years of using other shops in the area. My experience was excellent! I had a stylist named Jen who went the extra mile to make sure my experience was 10/10. When I was done she helped me pick out some hair products that I will actually use. Overall, the customer service experience was great, and I would recommend the salon to anyone.

They have such a wide assortment some prestige brands as well as many others everyone is always very helpful

The store was a mess, went in to get some things and couldnt find anything. Nothing was where it should be, everything was gone, makeup on the floor. Then our cashier told us the amount and then I picked up a 20$ item, and the total shot up. She didnt say anything to me until I asked about it, and she said the first time she only scanned 1 item. Then she didnt say anything to me about my available point total I couldve redeemed. Overall not a good time. Totally disorganized and bad customer service!!!

I will never have my hair done here again. I had long beautiful hair when I walked in the door. When I left I had a very uneven bob cut. And the worst part is it was 5 inches shorted then the picture I showed. I went back to get it fixed. I said I didnt want any layers. So guess what I got....thats right I got layers. Oh and after all that my hair is still uneven!!!!

I love the variety of things you have to offer at your location!!! Most of the time your workers a friendly, there have been a few times I put things back and leave because of this... If you want something you will get it, I love the hemp products the most and yes I cant afford them all the time but somehow I keep coming back... Price and Staff are the reasons I have problems at your store otherwise a full 5!!! On a different note, I cant wear makeup and it amazed me how much of a selection you have... Not your fault... My skin it just Uber picky...

I went in there with my neices Christmas list not knowing what any of it was. I went straight to the front counter and said while want to help me with this Christmas list?. The person helping me was very nice, and we went through each item on the list so I could see what it was before I made my selection. Thank you Ulta!

I had a friend come here to get his hair cut and i waz amazed. Not just by the fact that the lady did an amazing job, but by the look in his face. Immediately after she was done and he had the opportunity to check himself out in the mirror he was glowing. He was in selfy mode taking pictures and absolutely happy. He was beyond satisfied. Plus my girlfriend was looking for some lipstick that matched her complexion and boom! Another success!

None of the employees are willing to help and just seem annoyed by your presence. This happened with 5 different people. Any other makeup store Ive been to has salespeople coming up to you right away, offering assistance and answering questions. The employees here are just standing around, talking to their coworkers instead, and dont care about the customer. The employee at the checkout interrupted me when I was asking a question to ask her coworker what holidays she had off!!! I felt so stupid and unimportant standing there. NEVER going to Ulta again, Sephora are never snobs like this and they actually WANT to help people.

This place is a makeup Kingdom for any girl looking to find that special makeup to eight any beauty flaw you have this is the place Ulta has the best makeup Selections in the best lines of makeup for decent prices if youre a woman and you love makeup you need to go to the store and Im sure youve been there already if you havent whats wrong with you

Employee was super helpful and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with both products I was looking for.

The service was not something Id go telling people about, because I wasnt all that impressed. They didnt have what I was looking for, which I understand...but there were no suggestions for other items I may try instead, no follow up questions, no offers to help. I had to press for any other information. At best, this was borderline ok and I dont see myself visiting this store again.

I went to the salon with something very particular in mind that I wasnt sure how to explain. Steph J helped me out and we went through pictures of hair styles and she explained what she would be doing and how she would do it before we proceeded. I was so happy she explained everything and even more pleased when my hair turned out exactly how I imagined. I couldnt ask for a better experience thanks to Steph J at the Salon!

Was ready to spend a little but NOT one person said hi or approached me. I even tried to catch their attention but nope, they walked up to another customer. Will not come back. I felt like I was not welcomed

I went to the La Crosse location an saw Steph!! She is absolutely amazing!! I had a major screw up from a previous stylist! She made my hair healthy again an best of all it looks amazing as well! She got me in right away an is very good at managing time! She truly cares for her customers I will now be going to her from now on!! I highly recommend Steph!!!
