This is a relatively new store.Its always well lit and kept clean.There is a bakery in the front. And a large deli and meat counters in the back of the store. And they have recently added a Hispanic foods ilse. 🥑The workers are both helpful and cheerful.And theres postal services available at the customer service counter.

The freshness of the produce is fantastic as well the meats & seafood. The shelves are well stocked, and having helpful staff not far away. Very refreshing!

The Village Festival is so friendly! Nice people, but, aside from sale items, pretty expensive! Julia, the cashier, was so nice! I was in a lane that has the customer bag and I asked her (jokingly) if shed bag my groceries. She was going to until I made it clear I was kidding!

Grade A food and service. This place charges premium prices too though. Didnt drop a star for that because you get what you pay for. That being said I never fully shop there just pop in for the occasional deli and meat items.

Probably the nicest food/grocery store we have been to in the Lacrosse area. A good selection of goods and a very good bakery and deli.

Festival has nice selections if you are a stuck up cook or like to spend as much money as possible on your groceries. Im giving them 4 stars only for their ability to make their items in the deli, meet center and bakery look like heaven and then you get them home and they arent even half as good as they looked.

Lovely store, friendly staff who are always very helpful. We used the click and collect during lockdown last year and that was fantastic, so useful. We use it now when we are really busy too. Festival usually has a great variety of foods, the fresh produce is excellent and the meat counter is great. The deli counter has a big range of products to choose from, and offers every day on various things. Great place!

Sizable location but also the busiest of the area. Prepare for crowds if you plan on shopping here.

The deli is awesome with an excellent selection of delicious items. The staff were friendly and checkout was easy. We need one of these stores back where I live in Illinois!

I really want to like Festival Foods, but I cant. Not a good enough variety of products and just too much prepared products for my taste. Mediocre bakery despite appearances. I do appreciate their produce displays.

Great store appearance and items but they are pushing for self checkout and self bag. I do not go to the store to wait on self. It was very busy and only 3 check out lanes staffed with only one of those as a we bag. The line to that was very long. They need to pay a bag boy!

Employees were like inattentive robots. No engagement (fine by me) but they also werent paying attention and got it the way it didnt move out of the way of shoppers often. In the middle of a remodel so high stress i guess, but overall i wasnt impressed.

Good people, not a big fan of the self check out. My husband says it talk to much.

I enjoyed shopping at a real store with psople and cashiers that interacted pleasantly with me. I found everthing I was looking for and was able to get to the store and home in less than an hour. Thanks Festival Foods.

Layout of the store is typical. People are super helpful and friendly. Price of items can be a little on the high side. Only place I can find pink lady apples.

Employees always friendly + polite. Willing to help if you cant find an item. Or with whatever you need. You will always get service with a smile.🙂

Ive never had a bad experience coming here. Customer service is always very strong. I used the Click-n-Go shopping option for the first time yesterday and picked up today. With the exception of one substitution made (mini chocolate chip cookies instead of mini brownie cookies), everything else was completely accurate. Even the produce ripeness was correct. They even threw in a few free complimentary goodies! Will definitely keep coming back and will likely continue using Click-n-Go also!

I went in early today which is something i dont normally do and despite everything happening in the world right now i was greeted by a happy, smiling cashier working this morning. Tonight we waited in line, in the liquor department to pay for our one item. When we finally got the the cashier (older guy), he got a phone call. He then took off his mask and proceeded to talk on the phone. Then without a word to us, he headed off and disappeared into the cooler in back, leaving us standing there. We then had to go to the other checkout and wait all over again..real nice. Apparently people on the phone are more important than real live customers. I expect better than that.

Only thing that I would improve would be the price, but you have to pay for quality ;)

Over priced and always packed! I will say the meat and deli department is nice just very pricey.. the produce is always fresh which is great but again pricey..

Expensive Go to Walmart

If I could give it a negative rating I WOULD. Placed my click and go order 24 hours ago, told to pick it up at 6 p.m. the next day. I arrive on time, wait for them to come out after 10 minutes to tell me that they didnt have time to do my order and wont have time. I am confused on why it takes longer than 24 hours to fulfill an order...I understand that staff are slim during this time, but why do you offer such a service if you cant comply? I am so disappointed in Festival Foods. I guess I will continue to do my CLICK AND GO through WALMART where they dont charge for pickup, they dont cancel your orders and are always on time. Shame on you Festival Foods.

Fyi *This is the one located next to the old kmart!!* Great service but as to be expected from any of skogens festival foods great selection on meat, bakery, and deli products as well as all other home needs store isnt usually too busy being its kind of in the middle of lacrosse.

Really disappointed in staff at Festivals today. They definitely need reminder training in service dog etiquette. Had numerous staff make kissy noises and dog noises to Darcy as well as pace behind us while I was using self checkout.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful and the store is bright and clean.

I love festival, the workers are so nice and helpful. The coupons are always a great deal and the products are a great quality. The store is always clean and welcoming. I would only shop at festival if they had everything I needed. Unfortunately they do have some limited options but there is still a lot of variety. Some things are more expensive than competitors but I think the experience that you get at festival is worth it. I love this store!!

Great customer service even Kate in the evening. Many items were really picked over and no inventory due to panic buying. An associate went out of the way to see if any had arrived on last shipment. No joy, but very caring young person, well trained!

I love that this store is open 24 hours. I like going early in the morning to beat the crowd. The staff are friendly and helpful.The only complaint I have is it needs more handicapped parking & they need to be the wider ones.

Great store, clean, great staff. Prices are a little more expensive than local competition. Baked goods obtained from the case are often stale.

I was very disappointed in my meat purchase, new packaging chow mein meat more like hamburger.

Has a very decent selection of items to choose from, even has food for people with stricter allergies.

Large grocery, plenty of helpful workers with good attitudes. Fair prices with great specials.

Honestly, this is a above average festival. Most festivals are good, but this one takes it over the top. They have a bakery that you can order fresh baked goods from. They also have a wine and spirits section. They tend to be more expensive, but never have bad products. Overall, I would say that this is a great alternative to that one national food store.

Nice fresh produce and excellent meat department. The bad thing is unless you have a coupon, the prices on everything are too expensive. Woodmans has a better selection and better pricing on everything.

The selection its okay if your shop by the very small ad they have anymore used to be really good but since Covid the ad got very small theres very few deals in the store and where are you used to get deals every week and different types of toilet paper or paper towels now that they have no deals at all anymore the price at least doubled if not tripled for all paper products their meat products are through the roof also I know paper products and meat have one up slightly everywhere but theyve doubled tripled at Festival I seen a half a ham in there for $75.84 for a half of a ham I didnt even look any further I turned around and walked out of the store and I will probably not go back
