Shawnee was a tremendous help especially after calling ATT and holding a total of over 7 hours. Shawnee was GREAT and she is the BEST part of AT&T!!!
The La Marque AT&T store, Jon was outstanding sales consultant. I was heard, helped and left fully satisfied by an expert. I entered the store frustrated and disappointed but Jon educated me on improving with less cost and more available resources.I highly recommend we visit this local AT&T store.
Donnie was phenomenal. I ended up walking in with roughly 15 mins til closing to do business after finally getting all my previous phone plan info, ended up staying much later than hoped, and Donnie was super helpful in assisting me not only do what I had intended, but went the extra mile and presented his time when he didnt have to with great enthusiasm. I am absolutely grateful for my experience with Donnie making my initial AT&T experience fantastic.

I went in to drop my phone off for a trade in. My husband did the trade at another store that was an hour away from my house and they assured him that I could take my old phone to any at&t store. I brought it to this store near my house so that they could send it in for the trade. Kristina was totally rude and told me I wasn’t an authorized user on OUR phone account. I went to my app and checked, I was. Then she kept asking me if the order had already been processed. I told her “I don’t know”. In stead of just checking, she got an attitude and was totally rude and didn’t care that she was telling me that I would have to drive an hour to drop my phone off. I called the other AT&T store and they told me that she’s being rude and yes she can take my phone and give me the trade in receipt. To send my old phone in. She wouldn’t tell me or the other AT&T manager I was speaking to her name or AT&T I’d. Coincidentally, I got her name from another bad google review and my receipt. I can’t believe the attitude she had. Totally unprofessional and lazy.
Greeted my family as soon as we walked in the door. He gave me and my wife answers to my problem. He showed us how we could save $220 just by changing/updating our plan. We will update our phones next week. Thank you.....GREAT SERVICE.......RON SMITH
Don’t wast your time!! If I could give no stars I would Christina the manager wasn’t helpful at all in fact she had an I can’t do anything for you attitude!! I was having trouble accessing my att service due to my phone saying no SIM card anyhoo ms Christina didn’t even offer to sale me a new SIM card! Horrible customer service just go to BAYBROOK att. Better service there anyway and now my phone is working great again.
I called for information about the internet service for my tablet and the store manager was able to answer all questions. I came in the next day and she remembered me, already knowing what I needed, she assisted me in a timely manner
My wife and I went into the store to upgrade our iPhones. The manager,Kristina, helped us and was able to upgrade our plan during the process. I had difficulty trying to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one and had to return just before closing time. Kristina stayed 15 minutes past closing to help me out. Very kind and professional. Thanks.
The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions knowledgeably. I left the store after making some purchases with better plans for my wireless AND tv.The store was clean, the staff wore masks, and I felt well taken care of.

Went to determine if my phone could be fixed. After referral to a repair shop who couldnt help, returned to get a new phone.New phone was set to my wifes #, so now calls to her come to me and her phone is useless.Calls to me go to voice mail, no contact possible.Store is currently closed, doesnt answer the phone, and we have to make another trip when the store is back in service...just to get what we visited for in the first place.AT&T...

I have been dealing with Leena since the kioskat Bay Brook Mall. My wife’s phone was lockedby Apple. Leena was very courteous and helpful. She even called Apple and set up an appointment for us. When we decided on new phones, we came back to Leena, and have been dealing with her ever since. She has excellentpeople skills and should be the face of AT&T.

We have been faithful AT&T customers for many years. We own multiple businesses and use many different wireless devices. One device in particular is our wireless camera systems that we use in San Saba Texas. To say these cameras are somewhat troublesome would be an understatement. During one of our many camera system failures I couldn’t find any AT&T rep (not common equipment or service) that would invest the time or effort with my ongoing dilemma, until we met Leena. Leena not only corrected our camera issues but has proven herself invaluable across all spectrums of AT&T’s services. Leena is a major factor as to why we continue to use AT&T as our wireless provider. As a faithful customer, business owner and someone who knows something great when he sees it, I would recommend that Leena becomes part of AT&Ts business model. If AT&T were able to do so, they too become the tip of the arrow!
When we came here with doubts, but that was not the case here. CHRISTOPHER Qwas an amazing guy who took the time to explain everything to us. We will be returning for all our ATt

This place is amazing!!! I walked in a was interested in DirecTV Now. I was speaking with Zack and we went over DirecTV current promotions and I was thrilled with the knowledge and the friendship he brought. Very educated on the product and he ended up not selling me DirecTV Now but DirecTV. I got 3 rooms and a gift card. This place is amazing and the staff is wonderful. I will only be coming here from now on. Im so glad I have ATTvservice discount:)

Great experience. Way more hands on then one of those huge store. Had everything I needed and i ended up saving money every month.
Good attitude but they didn’t know what they were doing I was only trying to pay a phone bill simple and easy they were very difficult with technology.
It always seems to take an excessively long time here, and many employees are always hiding out in the back. That said this last time was better than the times before.

I show up at 550pm and waited for 20 minutes outside of this store because an employee decided to go to lunch ONE HOUR before closing ( 7pm ) So you can’t help any customers you just come back in time to close the store? Horrible and lazy customer service, very inconsiderate. This visit was so important after 20minutes I had to leave to drive 6 miles away to the next at&t store. I’m livid
