The employee are helpful and know the policys well. My issue a new customer (as in spent NO money with Cricket) can come in and get a better deal than a long time customer (as in has spent LOTS of money already) of over 6 years. Why cant I as a long time customer not come in and simply purchase a phone take it home and switch out my sim card and go pk about my day? I didnt need a new sim card kr pay any other fees with the phone I got off of Ebay. So why should I buy one at Cricket? What is the advantage?
