Services are always explained in full detail before and after every appointment. Peter went out of his way to pick up parts needed so that I would not have to come back another day. Pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Very professional, did not have any issues taking my 2015 lexus is 350 to the shop, getting maintenance done and an inspection completed. All certified mechanics with better prices. If your tired of getting gouged by the dealer I would advise coming here.

I live in Eastlake and to my surprise this shop was very convenient to get to. I got my 90,000 mile service done here and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and I thought it was surprising that they actually stocked all the parts for my car. I like the fact that I was able to speak directly to the person that was working on my car. Ive never had the experience of them actually taking me out to show me what was wrong with my car visually. It put my mind at ease to know that they werent trying to up sell me something I really didnt need. Ill definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family who drives Lexus and Toyota vehicles in San Diego!

We have two Lexus Land Cruisers that Luxury takes care for us exclusively. No need to go to expensive dealership. They are close and friendly and always willing to help! We will use them till the Cuisers die! Highly recommended.

I had a co-worker of mine suggest this place to me. I always took my car to Lexus San Diego for my Lexus repair but decided to give them a shot and Im glad that I did. I was due for my 90,000 mile service and they were about 40% less than what the dealership quoted me. I actually feel more comfortable here than I do at a dealership because I can actually talk to the mechanic that worked on my car and he can let me know exactly what he saw on my car instead of a salesperson.

I have not used them yet but I will rate them 5 until I have a reason to not.
