I been with Boost for a while, and did not always have a good expirience at this location until today, I met Mr. Juan the sales associate at the store I bought an iphone 7 plus and he went above and beyond for me, helped me log in to my icloud account and was very professional friendly and understanding, I recomend Mr. Juan to anyone needing help withbtheir boos device....Thank you Juan-BP

I talked with a man named Seth and he was the first person who is able to help me after I had made a call to the customer service and sat on the phone for about 20 minutes. Great customer service.
Lots of times I’ve came by and they were always at lunch. Don’t like that phone upgrades have activation fees. The phones are already active so a fee shouldn’t be charged. I’ve been to other boost stores that do not charge the activation fee and that have $20 upgrades on phones for if your child damages theirs.. I would not come here to purchase a phone. It’s much cheaper to go to the Leesburg mall and get a phone.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile by a young lady named Tiona. She asked politely can she help me, when I told her I wanted to port my number she instructed me to drive to Leesburg because she was getting off in 30 min at 7pm. I asked Tiona how long does it take she said over an hour. I told her my account was clear and the carrier was waiting to port the number over immediately due to time sensative medical reasons. I asked if we can get the process started and see how close we get. A bunch of times she was stalling by trying to make time pass, calling her mananager Stephanie, to get approval for her to do the port. I asked Tiona what are we waiting for because she hasnt asked me for much as an account number yet. She looked at me and said I wont be able to do it today and asked me to come in the next day when her co worker was there. I told her NO I will not. I have I deadline that the number needs to be ported or a new billing cycling will start the following day. I guess at that point Tiona called her mother to the location. Tionas mother sat in a chair behind me. While Im still waiting thinking shes accessing the program. Then Tiona says to me again that she cant do the port because she needs her manager Stephanies approval. I asked Tiona to stop being lazy and please port the number I am a cancer patient and it cruitial this line is active. Tionas mothers mother got up from the chair and invaded my personal space by getting in face yelling so close that I can tell she smoked cigarettes saying how she was going to drag me and making other kinds of physical threats to me. I told the mother she needs to mind her business because this is what her daughters job consists of . Im not asking her to do anything she not authorized or capable of doing. This is part of her job. The mother threatened me demanded me to leave the store and when she saw her threat tactics werent working the mother called the police and lied to them saying I was screaming at her daughter and trying to fight her. My toddler was there sitting on the bench crying at what was happening. The police arrived and accessed the issue and shortly left. And so did Tionas mother. Tiona, embarrassed actually apologized to me and said she should have just done this from the beginning. You know what? The whole porting process took 17 minutes. I making this post today because I am a cancer patient who only needed to get a number ported over and this is the abuse I got as a customer.
