Drove a half hour to get to this corporate store only to find out that they didnt have any cases or screen protectors for my new phone. Not a single person working in the store seemed like they knew what was going on. The employee at the podium when I walked in didnt even know where the cases were and said I think theyre over there and pointed across the store. The gentleman I spoke to about the cases and screen protectors had no empathy or decency to apologize for not having any of the products I needed. Do not go to this store. You will only leave with a headache

Bruce the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. He didn’t help my friend and I when we went in the store. He actually ignored us after “checking us in” and stared at the front door for 20 minutes instead of helping the 3 customers that were waiting in the lobby. And when I asked what the problem was he stated that he was “waiting for his 9 o’clock people” which I understand but he could have had a 5 minute conversation with us and solved our problem but he didn’t because he ignored us. I would never return to this store and I would not recommend anyone come to this store. If you do for some chance have to come to this store, Andre was wonderful so ask for him if you need help.

These guys saved the day! My XS Max crapped out on me right as I was leaving FL. (It’s awful when ALL your travel arrangements are on the phone.) Hats off to Anthony for making this a fun experience. He also had me fixed up and on my way with plenty of time to catch my flight. Kudos to Mike too with the “continued” tech help, lol!

Well laid out and spacious store. My first trip there. The store manager was very busy yet went out of his way to try to help me. I will definitely return and make this my Verizon store.
We went into this Verizon store for the first time Thursday October 13th 2021 and as we stepped in the door we were approached by the manager who was stood doing check ins for the duration of our loooong wait, he asked for my number, we were told we could be waiting 1 and a half hours, we wernt to pleased about it but understood the shortage of staff having owned our own business, what we didnt understand was the way your system worked, why have the manager stood at the front of the store not doing anything except check ins? You could have a system of people writing their own names and arrival time on a sheet as they came in like at a doctors office.Time slowly plodded on as people came and left, complaints were made, people left very frustrated and over 2 hours later we left also, very frustrated.I think the system needs tweaking to lessen the complaints and help fustrated customers. Its just not managed well enough.We wont be back.

We drove 45 minutes to get to this store. We first made an appointment because you cant call the store. When we got there the man at the door asked if he could help us. My wife stated that we have an appointment at 2:30 wouldnt you know it, it wasnt in their system so we were told we had to wait 45 min. When it was finally our turn we were assigned to Mike. MIKE DIDNT HELP US AT ALL!!He asked what we were there for.We came in to get the upgrade to the new 5g phones you know the one that Kate McKenna talks about on Verizon commercial. He asked us why we wanted to upgrade when there is nothing wrong with our phones ( we have S9s). Then he tells us we would have to pay for them. But thats not what Kate says. We told him we wanted 5g phones so he tells us that 5g is a gimmic to get you in the store.Now Im thing Kate has lied to us. We have been with Verizon for 18+yrs.but NOW IM GOING Across THE STREET TO T- MOBILE!!!!NICE JOB MIKE AND VERIZON.... Im done.
I was the 1st customer in the store the morning of Friday 9/11/20. I was assigned to the rep that was at the first station to the right as you enter. Im telling you this because I have misplaced the reps name, but I believe it was Morris. Very tall & very knowledgeable as well as patient and kind. Even with a mask I knew he was smiling. My problem was not with my phone, but with an errant app which he corrected in nothing flat and treated my problem as an important matter. He is worth his weight in gold to your business because he knows how to treat a customer and keep them happy. I am eager to spread the word to everyone that your store is the best in the region. Service is the answer to a satisfied return customer and this rep is the reason I am referring everyone to him. I hope you might be able to verify that his name is Morris.
Not helpful at all with transferring my deceased wife’s account into my name. Even with a certified death certificate refuse to transfer even after instructed from Verizon customer service.Said I could cancel both phones and lose the numbers I could not transfer those to a new account. Doesn’t make sense.Went to another Verizon store everything was taken care of within 20 minutes.Went back to the store after transfer into my name. The same store manager said they did it wrong.

Long wait to get into the store. Salesman couldnt give us a precise $# of what the monthly bill would be with fees included. Obvious Verizon billing would be able to share that information with sales associates based on customers zip code. I wasnt going to sign a 2 year contract without that it..
Ive been personally robbed by this store more than once now. The staff are all incapable of doing the simplest of tasks and they absolutely do NOT care about their customers. Seriously avoid this place at ALL costs. Take the advice and drive the extra 30 minutes to another store. Unless you just enjoy bad business.
If you buy a phone and know nothing about technology this is not the place for ypu their knowledge is so bad they can even transfers contact on a flip phone 0 stars for this place

Verizon does its best to be make it difficult for the customer whether it be insisting on a pin number that you never need or logging into your account. Password is never recognized. Try getting a live person to help. If you do they promise you one thing and do another. Make it even harder if you switch carriers.

After COVID you could not go to the store unless you had an appointment. You could not reach a store rep by phone. And even when you make it to your appointment on time you have to wait outside over an hour before receiving a text to come inside. Very poor service!!!!Update. When I got in to the store i had excellent service from Ron!!!
This is the most unprofessional service place I have ever seen.I get that there is social distancing required.But we were asked for our number and to sign up outside in the rain.Then go back to your car and wait.Well we spent $700 here yesterday and increased our monthly bill now.And we still do not have the numbers for the two new lines.So I would expect a little higherlevel of customer service.This is making me want to switch service.

Typical Verizon. The employees are very nice and Andreas addressed our options for a different phone plan. However, as most of our cell phone providers in the USA, Verizon offers nothing for the smaller 2 to 3 gig per month users. Seems like they want everybody on the ultimate plans like we watch television on our phones every night. Problem is, theres no place else to go because theyre all like.
Most are knowledgeable, they rarely have what you want in stock. Some salesman are nice but some are indignant with you. (If you work with public and this is your job, you better be nice.. bc me buying your product is the ONLY reason you are there!)Some are helpful, some just want to get you out of the store.If you drive all the way out there and sit in your car for an hour or two, its bc you need the help.Facility is clean and nice. Easily accessable

Please NOTE to those that use VERIZON store next TO WALMART and ARBYS ON CR 466 in Oxford Fl. that has VERIZON BIGGER THEN DAY ACROSS THE TOP OF BUILDING IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!!! IT IS A 3RD PARTY RETAIL STORE. They have very little there and what they do have seems to be phones they need to unload for inventory along with some new inventory. DO NOT GO TO OXFORD STORE ON CR 466 NEXT TO WALMART IT IS BEING FALSELY ADVERTISED AS VERIZON. I REPEAT THEY ARE FRAUD IS NOT VERIZON. I came here to purchase a new phone for my wife, the products of Verizon are what we all expect and have no reflection on the store its self. My experience with this place has always been the same and Ive bought several phones from here. My only complaint with this store is that the customer service here is rude. They over talk you and try to rush you through the purchase and sell you things that are beyond what you really need along the way. All my experiences here have been the same here.

The experience started off good here...we walked in and the manager took my name and said that he would get someone to help us in a few minutes. I was more than happy to wait as all of the sales people were assisting other guests. I walked around looking at phones for about 15 minutes and a few of the sales guys freed up but instead of assisting us they grabbed customers as they came through the door...ok maybe they weren’t the right people to assist me with what I came in for, so I sat down and decided to wait there until someone came to help...no one ever did I waited for another 20 minutes and I finally decided to leave when the manager and 3 sales reps were just sitting in the front talking...in the 40 minutes I was there the only time I was ever spoken to was when the manager took my name.
Feb 13th, 2020, approx 11am. My husband and I went to the store in lady lake, to pick up our on-line purchase of 2 phones. We were greeted by a young female with no name tag. She retrieved our phones and gave us a piece of paper with info to explain who to call to activate our phones. The reason we went to the store is so that someone could help us activate our phones and then to transfer our data from our old phones. She was very rude and had no intention of helping us. The manager also was abrupt and visited so briefly that I did not see his name tag. He instructed the young female to help us and she was obviously not happy, but she went through the actions with my husbands phone. She gave me her phone with another rep (Amber) who was able to help me. Amber was very pleasant. If I could give this store a negative star I would. We are older and though we have trouble with new electronics, WE ARE NOT STUPID. The treatment we received at this store was ABHORRENT!
I was on the phone with Verizon for more than 3 hours total but they couldn’t get one of the lines activated. Went into this store and a very friendly rep got the line working in less than 5 minutes.

We had a fabulous experience at Verizon today. Their Customer Service Representative, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention very nice. He made our experience of purchasing a phone a very pleasant one.
After having to sit in my car for an hour and a half before I could go in the service was so bad I left and went with T-Mobile
I went in with a problem after talking with Verizon per phone. They made notes and said the store could access those notes to see issues I them explainEd my issues and yes the one issue did not do it at store. Ron said I am only here for sales. Make sure you can get and receive calls and messages. Said he could not get those messages Verizon put in. He was not willing to help look into issues. I know would have been hard not doing at time but he was not willing to listen to problems and said those are apples issues. I bought my phone their and had very good service. Makes me wonder about the service provided at this location. Ver disappointed. Also think he was orientating someone. Very poor example for that person to see.

This store is great! The people are lovely and well-groomed. Im sure they all shower daily. The store is very appealing. Its tidy and clean, with a hint of wild jasmine hanging in the air. It is usually busy, but the service is worth the wait! If you can get a gentleman by the name of Ryan, hes the handsomest one and hell treat you right. They do take appointments, so thats the best route.

I go into this store which is very busy as always. I’m greeted by a man with an iPad. I don’t sign up because I’m just there to purchase one over the counter item. I find my item, looking to pay for it...but I’m unable to do so!! You know why? Because I I have to wait my turn and sign up with the greeter ! You’ve got to be kidding me???!!! I walked out! Poor customer service!

If I could give no stars I would. I went into the store to buy an Iphone-a replacement for my Moto. I have been a Verizon customer for over 5 years. I knew what I wanted but when I came in, I told the service person that I could not transfer the data and contacts from my old phone to the new one and that they would have to do it for me.The young man brought out the phone in a box, took my credit card and charged me $70.20 and was going to hand me the box with a slip of paper. He told me I would have to go on line and transfer everything myself.I told them no that is NOT what I said when I came in. I told them i would not take the phone. I said to cancel the charges on my credit card-all of them. They agreed.I left and later found they charged me $50 for a restock on a phone I never even touched. I contacted Verizon and after 2 days and many hours I think I have received a $50 credit on my bill.They are rude! They do not care about customer service.I have two friends who report problems with this store and say they would never step foot in there again. One friend ended up at AT&T the other went to the Verizon Retail store at 16810 S. US Highway 441, Summerfield,Fl. Angie there is excellent.

Had an awful experience here,they are great if you are trying to purchase but do nothing to help you resolve issues.i even asked to speak with the manager and his only solution was to call the customer service line...after calling the customer service line,the first solution they offered was to go to the store to get a return for the defective product that was sold to me. I had to explain to the customer service line that they were unwilling to help me within the store so she is taking care of it for me but I now have to wait 2 days to receive a phone that will be shipped to me rather than having the store do anything to be of assistance.great salespeople,but they refuse to solve issues.
Sugar couldnt melt in their mouth when they sold us new phones and switched services then when we had problems nobody knew anything or was willing to call anyone to do anything. When I went to the sprint corporate store the manager there went up above and beyond to help me and literally spent an hour on the phone calling multiple departments and even got me money back I didnt ask for.
Love Verizon!!!!! Been with them for almost 5 years now. Sure these other companies offer lower prices but they just cant stand up against Verizon service. Well pay the extra money to never have issues with service. 10 star location. I always come to this location and have never had any issues.
Nice staff. Fairly helpful although they didnt know how to transfer photos from iPhone to android which beat buy did easily on the spot.

The lady associate who took care of us was friendly but the manager is an absolutely incompetent. We were going to buy over $1,000 in products and my account has over 13 lines and he couldn’t even throw in a google mini which was $30. I thought Verizon cared about their people but obviously they dont. I thought people got paid commission and therefore would benefit from the larger sale. There was a time when companies made you feel special because they cared keeping you around. There were about 10 employees just standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Not hard to see why this store is not getting a lot of traffic. I can see why the guy in the Verizon commercials is now with the competition.

Salesman brought out a bunch of stuff and told her they were free since she had been a long time customer. Said her bill would be lower but it wasnt. They charged her for the free stuff. Saw several customers come in to dispute their bill and other issues. They are way to high. They dont offer discount program for seniors like other phone services do.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. However the associate who helped us suggested a wireless charger saying it was the fastest on the market. Thats only true if you have the corresponding device which is not what we purchased. Now I have a charger that is slower than dial up because I was swayed away from the proper charger which Id already chosen but false statements due to lack of product knowledge.
Went inside a store that had only 1 other customer inside but the employee insisted on me wearing a mask. This state doesnt require masks everywhere and there was plenty of room for all of us to stand over 10 ft apart so why should I be denied service? Ill never return!
One of the rudest Verizon stores I have ever been to. My phone died last evening, and within 1 minute of meeting my salesman, I was of course told I needed a new phone. He was very happy to sell me the phone, and was also very quick to let me know that there would not be any assistance in setting up the new phone. He would tell me what to do, but was too busy to spend any of his valuable time helping me. Like almost all of the people in the Villages, I am a senior citizen and technologically challenged. He also advised me (3 times), that had I purchased insurance, there would be assistance for me. We are not treated like this back in Ohio. Needless to say, I walked out and wont be back.
I ask for help finishing set up on my phone I purchased at this store and they gave me phone number to call. If this service that is, maybe I need to go to another provider. It seems if you been a customer for twenty years they assume youre for life.

Every employee tells you something different. Word of advice if they offer you a deal get it that day because it will change and the original offer will not be available or they have never heard of that offer. Have been to this store trying to get wife new phone and each time have been told something different.
Apparently a business with multiple lines needing face to face assistance with there account is not deemed essential to their employees working in this location. Apparently essential services only includes selling new phones to new clients.
Morris is top notch at listening and getting done exactly what you need done.
I couldnt get to the keypad to enter my password to retrieve my phone messages. It was an unusual problem they had never seen before. They kept working on the problem untill they solved it. Thanks Verizon.
