Brittany at Tmobile in Fruitland park was professional, courteous, refreshingly polite and friendly. They could certainly teach our Leeaburg store how to act. I would not recommend Leesburg Sprint to anyone, but Tmobile in Fruitland Park, you rock!

Brandon was very efficient and professional when I came to make changes to my Sprint account.

The ladies here are amazing! Some of the guys are too, although the guys can come off condescending at times( I dont think it is intentional.) Though they work partly on commission, they are not pushy and all about the sale like somee places are, and that is wonderful! They are willing to work with you on any issue and should you buy something they make sure to help you with every question you have about it. They are no longer my closest store but I still make the trip to see them.

Employees do not have knowledge of some phones, therefore can not help customers to solve problems. Also they charge for you to pay CASH... $5.00. On your sprint cell phone bill... Really... I have to pay extra now to pay CASH for my bill. IN PERSON? Wow. Blew me away. Not happy. Been with them over 15 years now, spent a lot of money with them over the years. Loyal customers shouldnt have to pay extra 5.00 bucks to pay cash for their already high bill. Ridiculous to me. Sprint is great for selling the phones, but that is it. Going to cancel asap when i can. And switch to something else that dont nickel and dime the customers when they already buy high dollar phones and accessories from them. Awesome service and if you are lucky you will get an associate who really know the tech side as well. But the sprint customer service cannot be beat. I always get a person and they always follow up to be sure your problem is solved.

Terrible service, terrible plans, terrible prices. If you need a repair center Sanford is the closest one but we got sent to Orlando. When we got there it was the wrong one. We were 45 min out of the way
