I gave them an extremely simple job, which was to mount some components inside an electrical box. Much to my chagrin, they were very confused about how to accomplish such a menial task even despite me having positioned everything out in the box beforehand. All they had to do was drill the holes and put the screws in. They billed me for many hours of work on one small box, just about $400. Way to screw your customers...
