The staff are knowledgeable and personable, and able to advise you on the best stone choice for your home. They have an amazing selection of hand-picked slabs, instead of cheap builder grade spec stone. Another plus is that Massimo is up front with pricing instead of vague verbal quotes that can run up by thousands. This slab is the focal peice of our home, and nobody else had anything close to something so unique.

The people at Massimo were nice enough and pretty easy to work with. The installer, Edwin Espinosa, who the staff at Massimo recommended to install granite on a vanity and tub deck in our bathroom is a terrible disappointment. Edwin and his brothers have managed to break the same piece around the bathtub twice, the job which he said would last four days is now on day 10.We tried asking Massimo for help with their recommended installer and all we got was a shrug and the statement he did work at my house.Really bad experience.

Most of her product is direct from Brazil. Its a family owned and family run business with no middleman to deal with. If its not what you are looking for, ask because she may be able to find what you need.
