First off I wish I could give Grand Kitchen & Bath 10 stars. The entire process from start to finish was easy. Sean at Grand Kitchen & Bath was very honest, accommodating and kept me updated with my order and thoroughly explained all of my options in detail. I ended up settling for a quartz I liked even though I had a more expensive one in mind. When the quartz I ordered came in, Sean pointed out that it was scratched so he ended up taking the hit and gave me the quartz I wanted for no extra cost. Sean and his crew made sure I was completely satisfied before paying them too. They get perfect scores across the board from professionalism, quality of work, friendliness, product knowledge and work ethic not to mention out of 5 kitchen cabinet places I shopped they came in way more affordable than anyone else. I ordered my kitchen cabinets way to early but they held on to them for me and patiently waited until we were ready for them. Once I was ready they were able to come out that week and install the bottom cabinets. There was a small communication problem with the second installation date but they went above and beyond by coming to install the uppers and granite on not just any Sunday (which is unheard of) but on Super Bowl Sunday. I am very pleased. Thank you!

I think I might have been scammed.The showroom was awesome — best in Lafayette. That and the prices were the reason I chose this place.However, not one interaction with them was positive after that. The main issues were:- almost zero communication- incredibly unprofessional and argumentative- had to redo the work twice- left my place an absolute messAfter reading all the reviews here I feel like I was scammed some how because I don’t think the people I was dealing with actually worked for Grand Kitchen & Bath.I used to be a contractor and I can not believe these people are still in business based on the service I received.

One word for this amazing business...OUTSTANDING!Sean and the team are so far and away above every stone company we met with that there is no comparison.Just as one example, the original stone (quartz) that we looked at was no longer available and we were under the gun...The plumbers and electricians were scheduled and we needed the stone there and installed or we would lose our place in the queue with these contractors setting us back weeks (and our drop dead move in date was CLOSE!)So Sean kept sending me sample after sample, and picture after picture until he found the perfect slabs, and I mean perfect. Better than the ones that we had originally wanted that were out of stock.Now here is where it gets interesting...We were under the gun, going to miss our date with the electricians and the plumbers, and that would have set us back weeks from moving in when he HAD to be in our new house...One problem...the quartz slabs were in Houston and wouldnt be here for 3 weeks.I said thats it! We are missing our dates and nothing we can do about it.That is when Sean said let me see what I can do... That was Friday and our Electricians and Plumbers were scheduled to be there Tuesday.I kid you not...Sean took the truck to HOUSTON, picked up the quartz and he and the team were there first thing Monday morning fabricating and installing our quartz.OVER AND ABOVE anything I would have ever expected.I only wish I could give this local Lafayette company 6 stars.I will ABSOLUTELY be using them in my next house and all my spec/project houses in the future.-VMo

Great work and very easy to deal with. Our kitchen came out amazing and didn’t cost as much as we thought it would! The granite is beautiful and way cheaper than anywhere else we prices. Sean is easy to deal with and friendly.

We use this company pretty often on our projects. They are ALWAYS professional and do work in a timely mannor. As a new construction and remodle contractor i highly recommend them to my clients. I read the bad review on here and all i can say is if you change the layout or cuts on the slab or add cutouts then yes the price ALWAYS goes up and any countertop company will tell you this. If you want great work by quality professionals then hire them!
