DO NOT go to this store to buy a screen protection plan for your phone. I purchased one and went to get my 8 dollar replacement and they didn’t even honor it because the employee didn’t register it with my account upon purchasing it. A rude, lazy, unhelpful employee named Tiffany said there was nothing I she could do with out the receipt even though I had the box, showed her my bank statement showing the store number, and the purchase amount. She proceeds to tell me, “you could have bought anything here, I don’t know you bought that”. I went to the Nelson road location and they fixed it instantly. An employee Christian said customers come in all the time stating the Prien Lake location is notorious for this. I’ll never shop there again.
Ms.Tiffany provided us with excellent service she was extremely polite and professional she never left us unattended nor uninformed she answered every question with out hesitation and she made sure we left very satisfied.. Hunter Fry was one of the most incredible salesman I have been around. He was not pushy about buying all of these extra things but instead let me share what I was interested in buying and made it a smooth transition. He was very personable and had a great personality and I would recommend him every time when someone is needing to buy anything at AT&T.

This store has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went to this location for what I thought was basic assistance. Instead of helping me the sales guy just badmouthed Sams Club because I purchased my phones there a few months back. He literally told me that if I had gone through him he would have saved me $800. I told him that Sams saved me $1200 over what you just quoted. The sales rep clearly just wanted to sell me. In the end, he refused to offer assistance and told me to go back to Sams - which I did. Less than one minute later my issue was resolved at Sams Club. Thank you Sams Club for having better pricing and superior customer service! I will NEVER go back to Prien Lake again and Im going to tell my friends and family about my experience at this horrible store.
No stars! I ordered an Apple phone of my choice, was told I would get it Sept 15. I got a phone yesterday but it was a small one. I am a senior and cannot use it. I need a large phone. I tried to return it to the store and was told there would be a restocking fee of 55 dollars. It was not our mistake. I asked to see manager and he refused to come out. I was told to mail the phone back. It was the clerks mistake. Not mine.
About a month ago I upgraded my phone at Sams Club because it lowered my bill by about $70 a month. Last weekend I was telling my sister about it because she recently upgraded her phone at this store and her bill went up. We started looking at her bill and come to find out Hunter (sales rep) added a new line to her account and didnt tell her. He told her that her phone would be free but left out that he was adding a new line and it would raise her bill by $40 a month. Now, her new $800 free phone is going to cost her over $1400 over 36 months. I wonder how many other people Hunter has scammed?
I visited AT&T on West Prien Lake Rd in Lake Charles, La to purchase a new 12 Max Pro and trade in my old phone. My agent was Yolanda Cook and she was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and helped me make the purchase and plan change very quickly. She was also patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this store and this agent.

I’ve been trying to resolve this since January I purchased a new iPhone 12 max December 2020 since January 2021 my bill has not been correct on making this purchase I did not get the $700 credit for the iPhone that I turned in that did not have any damage to it. Which they said I was going to get instill the sales person put on the receipt $189 credit I have the iPhone 11 RX. First they said for the January February that they were going to take care of this and make it right put the $700 credit on my bill my phone bill would be less because I upgraded my package in December when I purchased the phone but they didn’t post it on my receipt until January 21 of 2021 that’s their problem if they didn’t do it right they cut their mistake I keep getting the runaround by AT&T mobile. AT&T mobile is acting like their company DIRECTV
AVOID THIS STOREI recently purchased two iPhone 12s and needed assistance getting them activated. I went to this store for help and delt with Yolanda. Big mistake. While holding the receipt, she told me that my phones were stolen, that I never paid for them and thats why they wouldnt activate and then refused to help. The woman manager also refused to help.I went to a different location and my phones (confirmed as not stolen) were activated quickly.
I was assisted by a young man named Zac who was able to answer all of my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Mrs. Annie was a very respectful and knowledgeable retail sales consultant. Her patient demeanor was reflected in her positive responses. Questions were answered accordingly. I recommend her services with anyone, being that I am disabled
Today was quick, we went about 6pm, no wait, walked in and was greeted by an extremely polite young man who worked with us.
Usually I am not one to leave a poor review but unfortunately my experience was so disappointing that I have no choice but to describe my series of disappointments. I went there with my son to buy new phone to replace his old broken phone. We’re we’re greeted kindly by Mr.Hunter. He was eager to get out bill down and told us about an offer in which we kindly explained we weren’t interested in. And then after that he kept insisting again and again that we take the offers and we very bluntly said we were uninterested and only needed a phone. He continued to rephrase the offers until we ran out of time and had to vacate an uncomfortable situation without a phone. Went the next day again and unfortunately got stuck with same person and the situation repeated all over again. Mr. Hunter keep trying to sell me all the same services we had already declined and I had to repeat myself several times over and over again that we were uninterested and all I wanted a new phone and that I had to be some where. Finally he sold me phone; I paid for it and the phone was handed to be without any activation. And then we had to request for it to be activated and the asked for the old phone in order to activate a new phone which I found odd because they were unrelated. We did not have the old phone and so I asked for it to be activated without the old phone present and then we was able to do it. On the way out I ask for store manager to explain her my feedback and experience. I understand the need to sell promotions and offers, but after literally saying no more than 10 different ways, the situation was uncomfortable and infuriating. Ms. Brooke Fontenot, the manager answered bluntly that its our job to sell services and if I dont like i can buy online. I asked her in order to sell services how many times are you going to repeat the same thing again and again and she said as many times as we like. I wish I was making up or stretching the truth but these were the exact responses I got from the head of the store. I have been using AT&T for their wonderful service and the number one customer care but this is the worst experience of my lifetime I ever had. Hopefully AT&T will be able to improve from these upsetting encounters.
I was in a desperate situation and Yolonda the sales rep helped me with my issue. She always is at the store when I pay my bill or have an issue like today, and she always helps. I feel she’s my personal sales rep. Thank you Yolonda at AT&T!!!✊🏾
I’ve been a customer for quite some time. I’ve never left a review before, but today’s experience with Yolanda was awesome. She was upfront, honest, didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t need for her benefit. She instead arranged things on my plan for my best interest and saved me money. They were rude not the salesperson at first, she tried to solve the issue. I was told from the salesperson if I paid my phone contract out, that I was eligible for my upgrade !! So I paid $368.00....To only be told No...after I made the payment ! With no explanation but wait until March for your upgrade! And that I couldnt get a refund or nothing !!! I really wanted to cancel my service in all! I have been with At&t since 1999. The sales person named Trent, he calmed me down and explained to me what happened, but also stated that they should have explained my options better, before taking my payment !! I’m Very disappointed however I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Advice to the All Salesman at Att please check peoples information before advising them !!! Maybe you guys need some extra training classes on those little tablets !!
Went in the get a new SIMS card for my phone and the salesman kept trying to sell me everything in the store. Repeatedly told him i didn’t have the time to look at all the products due to a birthday party i was needing to get too. Will go to Sams Club to buy my new phone so i don’t have to go back into the AT&T store again.

I went to the Derek Drive store two days ago and the device I bought was not set up correctly. I came to the Prien Lake store and Bryce was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about tue device. He resolved my problem and I was in and out in no time. Will always come to this store from now on. Amazing service!

This AT&T location has had its ups and downs with quality staffing. We visited this location today to upgrade our phones, and we had a small mishap. The assistant manager was more than helpful correcting the mistake made by his representative and we left the store happy. Things happen, but as far as things go we will be returning for future service.

They said we just need your street address and well check for your area After a moment they came back and stated we cant look up your area because a man named Philip lives in your area with our wifi so anytime we look up your area his name comes up. So we cant get wifi to your area. I bid my farewell and left.

Nathan helped us immediately upon entering the store. Our bill has been extremely high for several months. He sat down with us and helped us figure out how to cut our bill in half. I would give him a 5-star rating but overall I would now give ATT a very poor 2. I have move to the kinder area where we experience 2-3 dropped calls daily and have several dead zone areas all the locals know about. Imagine paying $500 monthly to have such terrible service. We are planning on switching next month. Very unacceptable.

This place is a joke. They have unqualified employees and management i have been with them for less then a month and its been nothing but hell. Do not recommend them at all.
The staff were very friendly, but ultimately proved to helpful. Basically, I wanted to change from a prepaid plan to a post paid plan, but obviously I wanted to keep my old number. I was told that this was impossible. Instead they opened a new line, with a new number on a new account, and a new phone. Since the staff in store told me this was the only way to switch to a post paid account, I reluctantly went along. After I left the store, I called the ATT technical support line, and the tech on the phone told me that the in-store staff were wrong, and that it was possible to switch from a prepaid to a post-paid account and keep my old number. So 2 days later in the week, I went to the ATT store on Country Club by Kroger. The kind gentleman in the store was able to change my old account and I was able to keep my old number. However, I was told that I had to return the phone from the Prien Lake Store, but they would likely waive the recycle fee, since the confusion was not my fault. Not only was the recycle fee not waived, but they told me I would be billed for the remainder of the months service, even though I only had the phone for 36 hours.If you need to go into an ATT store, save yourself the trouble and go to the store by Kroger on Country Club. They have exceptional customer service, are very friendly, and know how to get things done.

Well i was in disbelief at just how shaddy the reps were being. I generally dont rant but i was there for 3 hours granted the were packed due to only provider that had a decent signal due to hurrican laura and the destruction that it layed on lake charles la. With that being said i stood and listened to not one but several sales reps push the 35.00 unlimited talk text and data with free phone to people who were just despertly wanting to get intouch or stay intouch with there loved ones not to mention the countless contractors from out of town here to help with the clean up like myself needing to stay intouch with our crews ..heres how my inter change went. I was told they were out of stock on any phone i looked at that was around 200.00 yhet the high dollar i phones and 500.00 lg and samsung phones they had. Was told 5g was here when in truth its 5ge was told for 35.00. I would get a pre paid phone with unlimited talk text and data but trueth is unlimited talk and text with 3 gb of data. So a phone i was under impression would cost me 35.00 a month in truth was costing me 70.00 to get out the door with and really no telling what the bill was going to be per month and im still in parking lot waiting on my phone which i tryed to pay cash for and that seemed to confuss my rep at which time i was told i need a creadit card with auto pay to get the phone going . me being the guy i am felt miss led and the ol okie dok run on me. Well im some dumb not plumb dumb so i looked for the guy who was doing the least but looking the best and sure enough i hit the jack pot cause now i had a big dog which ask what he could do to make me happy at which time i informed him of all of my observation and he assured me that he would check into it ...well 5min later i was told i would recive a free phone and service at no charge for im assumming leaving and shutting the heck up well its hot out here waiting and i still havent got a phone that i was willing to pay for cause im over a barrel here...so let me take a min to see whats going on and i shall return ..to be contiued...well my sells rep and since i never got his name the higher up we will call mr.hollywood were no were to be found but a pretty brunett did give me a lg arena 2 with a your all set message..so the at&t store in lake charles la will get a 1 star rateing from me ..

I spoke to a customer representative on the phone. They told me they called ahead and I would be in and out. Almost two hours later I was helped. Thats three hours of pay I missed. I get that you have to take turns. But when I call ahead I should have been next once I arrived. The lady with the tablet was also unhelpful. But they did make me feel welcome and once I was done the service was okay. Also... Go to Best buy for memory cards... Way overpriced
I purchased a NEW red iPhone XR and was so excited that I would be able to get messages from my sons who are long time iPhone users. I was an Android user for years. Once I had so many issues with that phone I started using my Samsung Note 4 again. AT&T sent me a white replacement and I was to send it back once the red one arrived. I had an issue with the third refurbished phone that was sent to me. It had a bad echoing sound that made my migraines worse. I was instructed to call Apple Care. I spoke to a technician who asked what was all that noise on my phone. I explained that was the reason I was calling. He advised me to go to Best Buy because we did not have an Apple Store near us. I went to Best Buy and this young man from the Geek Squad took my phone behind the curtain and returned TWO minutes later and informed me that he couldn’t replicate the sound therefore he couldn’t replace the phone. I called Apple Care and the gentleman told me, “If Best Buy couldn’t replicate the complaint, then they don’t just give phones to people who just want a new phone.” I asked him to repeat that again and he repeated the same thing. I informed him that I was not just trying to get a new phone. I am paying for a new phone and obviously the refurbished phone had issues. I picked up my damaged phone and walked out the door.I went to the AT&T store on Prien Lake Road and explained my ordeal to Ms. YOLANDA RICHARD . She could see how annoyed I was and asked me to please have a seat on the couch. I was so angry when I walked in the store but her calm demeanor helped me to calm down as well. Ms. Yolanda Richard should be commended for her PATIENCE and PROFESSIONALISM that she displayed to a very aggravated customer. Before talking to her, I had every intention to go on Social Media and inform all my friends and former students how poorly I was treated by Best Buy and Apple Care. But after talking to her, instead I decided to dial 611 on my defective iPhone XR as I left the store and explain my situation to AT&T directly. Technical support gave me another professional young lady and she listened and apologized for the poor customer service that I received. I am sorry that I don’t remember her name. The solution was a new phone would be sent to my home address so I wouldn’t have to go back to Best Buy again which I vowed I would never set foot in that store again. I have always worked for what I wanted and refused to be treated like someone looking for a handout. Customer service is very important and I had the best experience with 2 of your employees. Job well done!!!

While updating my phone system recently, Brooke Fontenot helped me by providing a positive experience of what could of been very confusing since Im not very technically savy. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my concerns offering solutions that I was able to understand. Not only did I get my new phone but I also got my internet and cable TV updates as well!! Im a happy senior citizen now!!

Omg!! I made the mistake by taking my son in the store during nap time!!!! Always treated well. At times the store gets quite busy and the wait time get somewhat lengthy. With that being said they definitely try to meet the customers needs.

In my 14 years with AT&T I can honestly remember only 3 individuals who stood out in customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Zac is now that third person to do so. His professionalism, knowledge and patience were bar none yesterday; Thursday, March 5th, 2020.I will be the first to admit that I am not an easy lady to please. I have high standards, expectations, and want only the best when it comes to someone assisting my daughters and I. It takes someone who is really there for the customer and not just a pay check. Again, Zac is that individual.I hope for this email to reach as high as upper management can be reached, because this young man deserves recognition for making this experience memorable. Zac, I hope your company knows what a value and true asset you are.

I went into the store on a Friday afternoon with an unusual business issue dealing with both a cell phone account and home phone account. It was an issue that I was not able to handle on the phone with the corporate offices. I was placed with Arin at this store and I have to say that she went above and beyond to help me, in spite of the ridiculous responses we continued to received from the corporate offices. It took some time, but she was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate your time and service Arin. I hope AT&T is aware of what a wonderful employee they have!

I came in 5 minutes before 6 after my fiancé’s phone JUST got stolen. He was waiting to make a report with the police. I went in asking them to please wait so he could get a new phone and they sent us out, saying they HAD to close the doors at 6 if he wasn’t in here. They had no empathy, just wanted to be able to close on time. So aggravating. No care for customer relationship.

Not a friendly place to go the supervisor doesnt want to wait on you and has no problem letting you know he only answers questions and gets only patrons who have online orders and then the ones who have no problem letting you know no matter how long you been there they will get their customers first very rude people and Ill go 10 miles away to go to a different location

Service was okay whole huge system set up to take customers in order but when I needed to speak privately with my wife, the woman helping us went to the next person and made me wait 10 min when my private conversation was only a thirty seconds. Other than that I was happy with everything.
