My phone was really damaged I really did not think it could be fixed. I started off in Jennings they could not fix it, they had to order more pieces. I drove to lake Charles stoped to one phone repair store and they also could not fix it. My next stop was accessory world. Willis Jackson was the person that helped me within a hour my phone was fixed and not to mention my phone that was literally in pieces now looks like a brand new phone. ACCESSORY WORLD will not disappoint you I promise!

Great locally owned business! The employees are very professional, informative, and help solve any issues I encounter with my electronics. I have used them for all of my IPhone repairs. ( I always receive my phone back in a very timely manner.) I also use them for my Boost Mobile bill pay. I was told they also service multiple other companys bill pay inside the store. I ONLY use this company for all of my repairs & bill pay. They also give you cash for the electronics you no longer use. **Added bonus they have multiple video games for all systems and sell pre owned consoles. ( Im an avid Nintendo gamer and they have & can get any game imaginable.) I said all this to say... If you enjoy great customer service and a place that has all the amenities of an electronic ONE STOP SHOP. This is your place !!

I traded in a Dreamcast (with all cables anda controller) plus a copy of Super Mario World for the SNES here for about $60 store credit. They didnt have anything I wanted at the time so I decided to come back later after giving them my phone number. About a month later I went back only to be told they had no record of me ever trading anything in and wouldnt compensate me in any way.On top of this, the customer service (when they would even pick the phone up, that is) was incredibly rude. In one experience there one of the employees would rather talk to his girlfriend on the phone than tend to any questions I had.DO NOT buy from these people. This store was one of the worst I have ever been to. There are better places (like GameXchange, near the Prien Lake Mall) to support than these thieves.
