Had battery replaced and asked if could fix ear speaker problem. They wanted all as good as could be . Replaced speaker and cleaned out screen cover. Good as new. Owner friendly and professional. Seems to work hard at building and keeping customers.

Good ppl. Checked to see if the phone I was selling was Blacklisted. Most companys dont care if device is stolen or not, even tho a phone is quit literally someones entire life, they seem to care. ofcourse mine was in fact legitimate, but the 3 stars is because I was told by staff after they called the owner who would only offer $100 which I took due to unforseen circumstances, chasing work,for a $1,300 Note20 Ultra. when that series was less than 2 months old, and that was In premo condition, that just happend to be my fall back. Ofcourse I know there has to be meat left on the bone, but geez...basically left the entire meal. But they do have descent prices and the employees seem cool.

LCD screen repair on my husbands phone and my phone. Two separate times. Excellent service, no issues, and fast! Received call to pickup within an hour of dropoff. Pricing was great!! - iPhone 6 Plus x2.

Tried to get my camera fixed on my phone. Charged me $40 up front, which I was fine paying. Said it would be 3-5 business days. After almost 3 weeks with nothing I messaged them. No response. Very unprofessional. Heard and read bad reviews of this happening but decided to give it a shot anyway. Waste of time and money. Will never use again.

I came in there today and the guy that helped me his name was Kevin and I needed answers about my phone and he was very polite and I would recommend asking him questions for the future, such an intelligent young man. MOBILE MANIA IS AMAZING!!😁

I had to get an iPhone 6s battery replaced. They were super helpful and straightforward. They charged $54 roughly (after tax) and got it done super quick. Very polite and friendly. I will definitely be going back if I ever need any electronic help again.

I would be careful about bringing your phone here. They are only concerned about making money and not about customer service. I came in today with a broken phone that the LCD had gone out of and they didn’t inform me beforehand that they were replacing the entire screen. Ended up charging me $260 and didn’t even fix my Face ID, told me that it would be an additional charge.

Went in with a friend of mine, asked these folks if they would be able tohelp us with a problem. We dealt with a nice guy, named Spencer. He is very knowledgeable, and hooked us up, in no time. We had been to 3 other places, asking for the same service, and were unable to get any results. I would highly recommend dealing with them, for all your phone needs.Thanks Guys, Jack Bemis

So- I have been around David and Rachel since they started Mobile Mania at their first spot by little ceasars. I have had quite a few transactions with them and have been pleased every time. David even helped me out big time when my phone was stolen. Gave me a great deal on a great little phone in my budget. I dont know why people say they have poor customer service here. I am in customer service and no matter who has been in this store they have ALWAYS been knowledgeable, understanding and professional. I believe that David has built a great business that is supported by the desire to take care of as many people as possible each and every day.

Ive had an i phone for a year its completely cracked front and back and recently stopped working all together. I went into mobile mania to buy a new phone. Instead of just selling me something. James so kindly discovered my battery was just loose and fixed the issue without charging me a dime! I highly recommend Mobile Mania. So my I pad screen went black and I took it to Mobile Mania thinking at the very least this was going to be $100.00 dollars. They told me it could be the LCD or a loose wire so I told them to check it out and fix it. I got 5 mins away they called and said it was fixed! All it needed was a hard reset. They didn’t charge me anything. We need more businesses like this. I would strongly recommend them for all your device repairs. Thanks again guys

I had a problem charging my phone and then it died and it would not hold a charge. So I waited until Friday to come in so I would have ample amount of money to fix whatever it was causing me problems. I showed up at 11 and I can’t remember his name but he helped fix my charging problem in 2 seconds by cleaning out the port which had a ton of lint built up in it. So I went to my car to charge my phone and after 20-30 mins of it not charging and coming back on I went inside and told them I think my battery was done for. So initially dropped my phone off for service at around 12, the guys here told me it would be 2-3 hours and I called them up at 1:30pm to see how things were going and my phone was complete! Awesome people here, willing to help and at the right prices! Highly recommend.

I wish I could write a positive review on this local business. I compare my experience with these guys as snake oil salesmen. I purchased one phone prior to Christmas as a gift with Net 10 service. It was a debacle! The phone did not work properly and had to be returned. The service did not activate for several days...FOUR days, to be exact. I thought, These things sometimes happen, and returned to give them a second chance. I recently purchased another phone for myself - same thing. The phone had a defect as was explained to me after leaving it with them for several hours. I traded it in for another. I was told that by switching to Net 10 my bill would also drop to $40 and $45 respectively for each phone I had purchased from them. NOT TRUE. I just received a notification that my payments were being processed (again) for $50+ each. In addition, the service is terrible! Calls are dropped left and right and it takes forever for texts and calls to go through. As much as I like to support our local businesses, I can honestly say that my family and I are DONE with this one. Sorry Mobile Mania, but all we asked for was a good product (which you so confidently sold us on) for all the money we spent at your place of business. I cannot recommend Mobile Mania. :(

I have an iPhone 6 whose battery is losing charge as advertised on-line. Apple authorized a reduced price for the battery of $29 so I went to this store and was quoted a price of $50, which seems to be the average of all places in Lake City. I was told that the $29 price only applied to Apple stores, the nearest being in Jacksonville. I called Orange Phone Care in Gainesville and was quoted the $29 price and 15 minutes to replace the battery. I guess it doesnt pay to deal locally in Lake City.

I went in to see how much I could get for my iCloud locked iPhone and was treated very rudely and offered 25$ and when I said no to that they kept telling me its useless! No one can unlock this for you so why are you going to keep it?! Because I will not be treated like Im stupid when I know they will turn around and sell my perfect condition iPhone for 600 after they replace the motherboard!

The folks here are super helpful and friendly. I came in for a battery case for my Iphone 6 Plus. Ive shopped around a few places and they had the type of case I wanted for less than any of the other places ive looked. They are also a locally owned small family business and seem to take care of their customers. Ill be back in the future.

They placed my screen wrong and banged up the side of my phone. They tryed to cover up the damage with a case of my choice but didnt do very well when I realized that my screen was popping out of my phone when it was returned to me. It turned out that they didnt even glue it back on but just placed it and hoped for the best

I have had several experiences with David and Rachel at Mobile Mania, and have been nothing but pleased. They have been extremely helpful and have explained my options at every step of the way. They even corrected a problem I created when I unlocked my iPhone and messed up the settings, and the fee to correct it was much less than what another store quoted, and they didnt lose any of my data. Then today, when I came in having done another dummy and updated my OS (without consulting them, since my phone is jailbroken, unlocked and on a prepaid plan...) and I lost my internet and messaging capabilities, Rachel did the necessary fix free of charge. They have a great selection of products and accessories at prices that are extremely competitive, their store is very clean and beautifully arranged, and the service is PHENOMENAL! I wont go anywhere else. :)

I called to get an estimate to repair my daughters iPhone 5C screen. She had dropped it on the sidewalk and it shattered despite the Otterbox Commuter case. They told me the exact price. I checked around and found a Groupon deal for a Gainesville repair store that was $20 more than Mobile Manias quoted price.We stopped by a few days later and they had the phone fixed within 20 minutes. We also purchased a new screen cover and protective case for a reasonable price which they put on the phone as well - the screen protector was applied perfectly. Very happy with the service and cost of the repair. Exactly what they quoted me on the phone and her phone is good as new! :-)

This estblishment has devolved into a business with extremely poor customer service. Be aware.

Told them my phone was overheating, they assumed it was the battery and told me nothing was wrong. Phone continued overheating.

I work a Verizon retailer store and when I run out of options for helping customers I send them to these guys. One of the women I sent there gave me a rave review of how they were able to solve her issue for her and help her by replacing her motherboard.

Hated it. Worst service ever. They were supposed to fix my phones back camera and then completely fried out the system to where it was not repairable whatsoever. Had to buy an entire new phone and they refused to compensate me whatsoever.

They are lucky to receive one star, because if it was up to me theyd receive none. The people running this establishment are scammers. I paid for my Iphone 6s screen to be replaced (lcd and glass). I got my phone back and the color in my screen was faded and my touch ID wasnt working. I took my phone back and they said I must have gotten a faulty screen and theyd replace it. I got my phone back and not only were the previous problems still there, but now I couldnt make a phone call unless it was on speaker. I had it at that point, I took it back wanting my money back and they insisted they work on it again. Turns out they had lied and used my same LCD and had just refurbished it. Not only that but my touch ID still isnt working. They put a black screen instead of a white and told me to come back and theyd put on a white screen when they got it. (My touch ID still wasnt working but they insisted it wasnt their fault). I take my phone back today to get my white screen, wait for 2 hours, then finally the owner comes out and tells me my phone isnt working and the more he tries to fix it, the more it breaks. They told me to come back and they will put an apple screen on it and I can take it to the Apple Store and have it replaced for 400$. They said theyd give me back my money, but where are they compensating for the damage they caused?! I am extremely dissapointed but the story goes on. My dad tries to call the store to speak to the owner and they lie and tell him the owner isnt there when I was speaking face to face with the owner at that same time! Ridiculous. Scammers!
