We did not have any idea what to expect when we stopped by to look at furniture. Jeannie Thompson greeted us and let us browse without following us around, very low pressure. When we were ready to ask questions, she was so helpful. The prices are better than the big box-stores and the delivery fee was only $35. (Compared to the $249 we were being charged at the big box-store for delivery.). The prices and selection were so good that after purchasing a living room set, we cancelled a bedroom set from another store and bought one here! Highly recommend!

Mr. Chris has always gone above and beyond to help me find what Im looking for. He was also able to price match other local competitors! They are honest, dependable people.

(Update: Removing 2⭐️s: $$$ recliner that was purchased was poor quality and had problems soon after purchase. Furniture SP never was able to repair it. Eventually, an entirely new chair was purchased, but no break was given on the price.)Furniture Showplace has a large showroom chock full of displays and individual items. Their selection of recliners alone was amazing; we were even able to find one on the showroom floor that was just what we were looking for. The salesperson was top-notch, answering all of our questions and giving us her undivided attention without being the least bit pushy. I highly recommend the Furniture Showplace for your next furniture purchase.

The issue was addressed immediately and we also received a follow up email and phone call. It was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this business to anyone.

My mother has been dealing with horrible customer service for over a year with this company. She purchased a leather chair where the leather has worn down shortly after her purchase. They came out and took photos and that was the extent of it. She was told recently that they werent going to do anything about it. Shame on this company!
