I would have given Collision Pros 5 stars if they had stayed true to their statement and kept me informed of my vehicles timeline, after the initial date was missed there app was never updated and I had to call back after each date was missed. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the people at Collision Pros, they were the only shop I found that would repair my 1997 Dodge camper van that was rear ended. They searched and found the parts to replace the bumper and repair the body damage. Everyone there was helpful and respectful during the process, I would highly recommend them.

A certain Toyota Tundra decided his light was green when it was red. (Dash Cams really pay off. Never know when youll need proof). Smacked my 22 year old cream puff Chevy Caprice Classic a good one.Long story short, first body shop said it was totaled because the frame was bent. Got online looked around for Bent Frame Diagnosis. Found Collision pros. Used their laser diagnostic equipment, showed me their data, insurance company agreed to pay. I get to keep my 22 Year Caprice Classic. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I definitely would because these guys deserve it.

Went to get my rear bumper fixed on my red Honda Civic. Took some time to get it back and then had to bring it back again to get a scratch fixed but was definitely worth the wait. Car came out looking brand new like straight out the dealer. Customer service was top notch. Very nice and understandable people. Would definitely come get my bumper fixed again😅

We brought them our car after someone hit us running a red light. Rodolfo gave an original estimate of about $6,800. Rodolfo was supposedly communicating with the other persons insurance who had accepted liability. It was only after the car was finished and the total was roughly $11,310 (DOUBLE) that we were told Rodolfo had not recieved permission from the insurance company to finish at that price and we would have to pay the difference. When I asked Rodolfo to speak to the owner, he refused to let me and said I would have to speak with him. He told me to go ahead and contact a lawyer if I wanted, but if I want my car back I will have to pay the difference.

Tried to get 3000 out if me for parts labor and such. Turned out dealership did a 30 minute alignment and computer system update for no cost. During these hard times trying too scam someone is horrible and shameful and the holidays to top it off.

They did a horrible paint job on my 2021 bumper.

They lied to me about when change orders got sent to my insurance company and parts that should of got ordered at beginning of job did not get ordered till 3 weeks into job. Estimate started out at 4700.00, ended up over 13000.00, for at bumper, tailgate and some paint, they worked the system to get all money they could, with no consideration that I was paying for my rental vehicle, and to top it off rolando the manager, made me wait to pick up my vehicle, because they were sending it thru the wash station for the 3rd time, there was trash still in the bed of my truck, and rims were dirty. Took 4 weeks to do this. I really regret taking my truck there. Too many lies

Apparent Side Swipe in the Lowes Parking lot. Just scratches but they were deep. Searched for Car Paint Scratch Repair on my phone and Collision Pros popped up first. Tapped to call, Angel answered and said to come right over, that they may be able to get me in today. Drove over, got their estimate (Way less than my deductible), then she drove me home. About 2:pm the next day Angel called and said my car was finished. Then she came and picked me up. They did a wonderful job. It was like the scratches were never there. So, if your in Lake Elsinore and body shop work, I recommend Collision Pros not only for their high quality work, but their EXCELLENT personalized service.

Great shop, I went in for an estimate and the ladies lowered their rates to help me out since I was paying myself. Great service great price. My better half called it a fender bender. I just called it ugly. It was his fault and there was no noticeable damage to the other car. So he didnt want to file a claim. Great Service on my truck. I own a survey business and our trucks go through rough terrain. R/F Fender got pushed into the tire and was rubbing. Couldnt pull it out myself. Found Collision Pros online, and they not only pulled the fender out so it wasnt rubbing the tire, but it looked like it had never been bent. I think the operative word in their name says it all - PROS! Highly recommended.

Another Mom and I had backed into each other in a school parking lot and law is were both responsible for our part, so instead of going through my insurance I wanted to pay out of pocket. He also offered to get a rental car delivered to his shop, as he could see my hands were full with little ones.It was there in less than 30 minutes. Guy (My other half) has been talking about getting a bed liner for his F-150. His B-day is tomorrow. Today he took our boys to the train museum in Perris. I took his truck (Without him knowing) to Collision Pros for a Rhino Lining bed liner. I told Marie in the office I had an appointment so she wrote up the work order (Took my discount coupon) and said they would need the truck till about 3 oclock. My friend dropped me back at the shop at 3 oclock. Guys truck was ready to go and the new bedliner looked great to me. Drove home and put a big red bow in the bed of the pickup. Excellent Service and Ready when promised - my 2016 Impala (Company car) got side swiped - left rear quarter panel. Drivable but ugly. I Googled Body Shop Lake Elsinore, clicked on the first business listing. Drove over got an estimate in 30 minutes as a walk-in. I had a dent and pretty gnarly scratches on my accord right door. So i went to the collision pros and they live up to their name. my car doesnt even look like it was nailed and the paint looks beautiful. The guys that work there are rad and they had my car to me within 3 days. They also cleaned the interior and exterior so my ride was looking clean too. Any ways good guys good shop and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Have been to Collision Pros twice in 5 years, both times were a great experience. I 1st came across them in Menifee in 2013. There was a small shop called Tent Styles that did window tinting and body work, they tinted the windows on my Cadillac CTS V and my pickup. I was impressed with the way that shop was ran and liked the owner. That shop closed and reopened in Lake Elsinore as Collision Pros. In 2014 my pickup was backed into in a parking lot. I called and took my truck in for repairs. There work was over the top. My truck was returned to me in better shape than before I got the dent in the parking lot. Then in mid july of 2019 there was an attempted theft of the same pick up. They didnt get it thank God. There was no body damage but the steering column was ripped apart, two of the power windows were damaged as they forced their way inside it. There was also damage to the tauna cover latches as they forced it open as well. The shop shows great diversity and that they can handle everything, even me as I think I was kinda of a pest. But there entire shop and the girls in the office just took me and everything in stride without even the slightest bit of annoyance. And again my truck was returned to me in better shape than before the incident that sent me there. If anything happens to any of my cars it will be Collision Pros that takes care of it. I also highly recommend this outstanding business for any type of damage to any type of vehicle. I will return as needed, thank you everyone at Collision Pros for a job well done. Collision Pros took my truck in on a Monday afternoon with a promise to have it completed by the weekend. They came through delivering a completed repair, done well by Thursday of the same week. Good Job Collision Pros!

If you want to be deceived, lied to, and taken advantage of, then this is the place for you. Big dude seemed cool at first, but after they collect insurance money for work, you are on your own. Did some insurance work to the front of my Beemer, the only good thing they did was replace my headlight. However, the quality of their work is subpar. When my car was ready, I went over to inspect and could not help to notice all the “fish eye” (small pockets between paint and clear), so I addressed to Bigger dude, and he seemed to show some empathy and said he would check out, called his boss over to inspect and said it was rock chips. Really??? As if I don’t know what fish eye looks like. Anyway, say they were rock chips, would you paint and spray clear over it and jeopardize your business’s reputation if that were your shop? So now we have two guys who suppose to know what they are doing and neither have a clue. To make matters worse, they lied to me and insurance saying that they replaced my front bumper cover, which totally was a lie! They fixed my part and billed us for a new one (I had previously marked my part inside), but they lied to me then said they didn’t have the used part to show me anymore, the one claim they “took off” my car. These guys could not even affix put my BMW emblem on straight! The second guy who claimed that my car had rock ships I learned was the boss...lol. Now that made more sense to me, as I could not tell the difference between him, and a rock; dumb! I could not reason with either, had zero human relations skills, and dudes tried to intimidate me at one point as well. Totally explains his behavior and lack of knowledge. Needless to say, I reported this unethical business and their behavior to my insurance company and they assured me they would investigate them. Maybe they did do honest business at one point, who knows, but I totally experienced the opposite. The only positive I heard from them, was offering wave my deductible to earn my business (which they later charged me for once the insurance got on them) and to to fix at the end, but by then I was furious, disappointed, felt deceived, all kind of emotions were flying, as as you could imagine, I wanted nothing else to do with them so I took a loss. My advice to anyone, due your due diligence and ask to see their work before you commit, but buyer beware. Would not want anyone to experience what I went trough with this shop. Would give zero stars if I could.

Glad I found Collision Pros. My Escalade rear bumber was dented really bad in a parking garage. At least it looked bad to me. Of course nobody left a note or anything.A Friend of mine said to take it to Collision Pros. I looked them up on-line, got directions from their location page and drove on over. It was around 3:00 OClock and all I really expected was to get an estimate.After the owner Kevin, looked at the damage, he ask if I could spare an hour today to get it fixed. Long story short, 1 hour later I pulled out of their parking lot with my bumper looking like brand new.I will definitely recommend Collision Pros to all my friends.

Excellent FAST service on dent repair. My husband and I bought a new/used Camry a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I was at Lowes and came to find a pretty big dent in the drivers door. No other cars parked around me and of course no body left a note.I was on kind of a panic not wanting my husband to see it, so I Googled Car body Dent Repair Lake Elsinore on my phone and found Collision Pros near the top of the page. I clicked through, clicked on the Tap to Call button and the owner answered the phone. He told me to bring it in and he could probably have it fixed the same day. I did and he did.Fast efficient low cost service (I didt want it put on my insurance) and I was back on the road in 45 minutes and the door looked like there was never a dent there. I think Kevin called it Paintless Dent Removal. I had never heard of such a thing but Im sure glad Collision Pros knows how to do it right. Thanks to Kevin and his crew.
