Did a great job fixing the big scratch and dent on my driver side door and the lft front fender. Color match was spot on. Only issue was that they forgot to place/press in the bottom left corner windshield rubber seal. That was easily fixed by me. But all and all they did an excellent job on repairing my driver side door.

This shop is a joke.. $1300 out of pocket and 3 weeks later I pull my truck out of the shop with a Radiator leak that it seems as if you are all willing to wash your hands of.. No worries..Insurance has documentation of customer claiming the fluid leak so nothing more is needed from your shop, Temecula Valley Toyota will be handling the supplemental damage properly as should have happened originally..shame on you.. Randolfo.. Lawrence the lead mechanic actually advised I go in an tighten the clamp on the radiator hose myself to see if that works.. After they got more than $4000 for repairs.. they asked the customer to see if they can fix it..LAUGHABLE-Stevie Pinero

Service was great! My insurance company recommended them and they did a great job! They kept me up to date and gave me my car back earlier than expected. They also took the time to detail the inside and outside of my car which was a verte pleasant surprise. Jon did a great job keeping me up to date. I called fix auto to get an estimate on my 2011 c300 Mercedes that was involved in a rock avalanche severely damaging the undercarriage. I went through insurance and Jon from Fix Auto helped to make the experience a breeze. My car was unfortunately deemed a total loss.Jon explained the whole process and went above and beyond to aid me in my first total loss incident. He was incredibly diligent in tracking down my total loss adjuster to get answers in order to move forward with the process when I couldn’t get ahold of the guy to save my life.The quality the entire staff possesses will certainly have me keeping them in mind for future referrals. I was really impressed with the quality of the repair. The damage was in a spot on the rear quarter panel that I thought would be difficult to repair. I had them repair scrapes under the front bumper at the same time to save some cash. When I got my car back I was very happy with the quality of repairs and equally satisfied with the cost. I would definitely do business here again in the future.

Presented us with the breakdown of cost/ paperwork showing part prices and labor. Discussed time frame in which work will be completed. Z-Best is not the best. Take lots of pictures of car your before you allow them to fix the issue. AAA recommend them to me so I left my car with them to fix the fender-bender problem. Unfortunately, they broke my windshield glass in the process and lied about it. They did not have any pictures of my windshield before any work was done.I will never use them again.

I just took my boat dash to be painted. I didnt get it back yet but they get a 5 star now! Everyone there is super nice and they really took their time with me. I learned new techniques to get my dash to where it needed to be before paint. I cant wait to get them back. Said it would only take 2 days!

I would like to say i am happy with this place but I am not. The body looked good when i got it back but there was an issue from the accident I was in that wasnt addressed. When I followed up on it they never returned my call or email in regards to the issue. Then they called the insurance company AND LIED SAYING I BROUGHT IT IN TODAY when I brought it in Aug 28th and never heard a follow up or reply. I am mostly upset that they not only didnt reply to me, but they LIED TO STATE FARM. doesnt look good very displeased.

THIS COLLISION CENTER (ZBEST BODY & PAINT) WERE AWESOME. I RENTED MY MOTORHOME OUT TO A FAMILY AND THEY ENDED UP HITTING A GAS STATION POLE. From start to finish they were courteous and keep me up to date with progress, and car looked amazing!

I had a bumper and Left Quarter panel repaired by FixAuto. The quality of the work was perfect. I dropped off my car with a check engine light on, musty smelling odor coming in from the A/C vents and they went the extra mile and fixed it even though that wasn’t the reason I went there which I thought was pretty cool. It did take fairly long but that was due to broken parts that came in that was not their fault. The ONLY problem I had with FixAuto is their automated messaging system telling me my vehicle would be delayed without giving a reason, a phone call would’ve added a nice personal and customer service oriented feel. Regardless they did an exceptional job.
