This place is the best. I just got hit in my brand new car and I have to say that they’ve done the best job ever. Paint matches exactly you can’t even tell it ever got hit. I am very amazed with the work. I’ve added the before and after pictures and if you say “well I can’t really tell with these pictures” then let me tell you that it’s just that good here.

They were very true in their assesments and very attentive. The job was completed 3 days earlier than expected. Very professional and somewhat reasonable in their pricing.

Will definitely recommend this business. It is hard to find a reliable shop our Nissan looked great. Advisor (David) kept me updated was right on with the estimate. Progress text messages were great especially for a business man. As for the car the body work was as if it was a new vehicle body tech (Gus) did a great job.

Explain to me how you have a business that says “gerber collision and GLASS “ and on your photos you show technicians putting GLASS on a vehicle IN A place of business BUT you don’t do glass . Tards!

Going to Gerber Collision & Glass was my first choice for the repair of the bumper (from a rear ender) and added paint work I paid for. Great service and quality work!!

Super efficient service, barely even needed the rental car. Work was flawless. Couldn’t even tell there was a fender bender. Don’t know what kind of black magic they did but the car was good as new.

Didnt like being told two different things. When booking the appointment, was told I could stay in my vehicle. Upon arriving I was told I would need to get out of the vehicle and step away from it for the inspection.

Greg is one of the hardest working guys out there and he has such a great team working alongside him! Thankful for him and Larry both for taking such good care of my fiancé and I. You guys are the best in the biz and we are blown away. They didnt have to clean and detail my car when all was said and done but they did! My USAA auto insurance recommended this shop after a hit-and-run accident on Easter Sunday that damaged my 2007 Ford Escape. The repair took several days longer than expected, but they worked directly with my insurance and made the process much easier on me, and gave me regular updates by phone and text message. Someone always answered when I called for information, and I appreciated the above-and-beyond communication and service they provided. They genuinely care about their clients at this shop. I will be coming back if I have any need for similar services in the future.

The work they did on car was great but their customer service was terrible. It ended up costing me $450 in car rental because they could not work with my insurance company. There was also items missing from my car when I got it back. I reported to my service advisor and he told me to call the manager. Once I figured out the managers extension I left him a voicemail. 5 days later still no response from anyone regarding the missing items.

So grateful to International auto crafters, the assistant manager came out and fixed my problem fast and professionally! The customer service was great and I will be taking my other messed up vehicle (that I can’t fix on my own) in ASAP. Reasonable prices and excellent service! Ric is so happy!

I took my 2018 Corrolla in to get the bumper replaced after I had an altercation with a brick wall. I was impressed with everything, from their quote, to the repair, to their communication, especially their communication. The repair was reasonably priced, cheaper than Caliber Collision, and the workmanship was great. But best of all, they were in constant communication with me via text and following up with a phone call to let me know the status of my car. They even had it finished a day earlier than their estimate. And you get a lifetime warranty on their work. I hope I dont need body repair work again, but if I do, I would go here again.

Excellent job on some minor repairs from a sideswipe fender bender. They even shined up the wheels and tires real nice to make it look as new as possible. 4 instead of 5 because I needed someone on call on Saturday to release my vehicle (so my wife could have access to her car) since I had to leave out of town for work.later that day. Unfortunately they are closed on the weekends and I had to change my plans as a result.

Leticia did an amazing job to keep the timeline the estimator originally gave us. Amazing job and we were kept very well informed during the entire process. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Simple got in to an accident needed a body shop so doing a search for one they came up in google. Took my car in all good so far. IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR BACK SOON DO NOT BOTHER CALLING cause they ARE SLOW. So far 3 WEEKS. They have NO CLUE EVERy TIME I have called they like passing the buck! From he no longer works here to that is an automated system and is not accurate. JESUS!

Unparalleled service! Ive used this place on two separate occasions over the years and couldnt be happier with my results. They TRULY care about doing everything to absolute perfection. When a minor but ellusively mysterious vibration/noise occured a couple of weeks after my first repair, they completely dismantled multiple sections of my Scion IQ to ferret out the source, even though it was unclear that it had anything to do with their repair. It was an exhaustively insidious process, but they didnt give up until it was vanquished. These folks are consummate professionals who clearly take great pride in what they do.

I had an early morning appointment & when I get there, Leticia Verduzco, the customer service rep met me with a smile & was 100% attentive to all my questions & requests. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction & all my reasonable requests were granted. She filled out all the necessary forms & we agreed on the work to be done & the delivery date. IAC sent out periodic automated texts on the progress of the work-this is a cool feature that made me feel I’m part of the process. And this was supplemented by my follow up phone conversations with Leticia. She never failed to immediately return all my phone calls. My car was ready for pick up ahead of the promised date. The checkout process was smoothly handled by Leticia & Karina at the front desk. I will definitely recommend IAC to all my friends & relatives without any reservation.
