They were always accommodating through the process. Car was completed earlier than estimated. They were able to find additional damage and communicated that to the insurance company so I didnt have to. Meghan communicated with me through the whole process. When I got my car back, it had been detailed inside and out. They took great care of my Tesla. They are the only company I could find certified. No complaints.

What an incredible experience. My brand new Mazda CX-5 Touring was parked infront of my home Chirstmas evening. A drunk driver veered onto the wrong side of the road, side swept my car, and fled the scene. The next morning I came out to pieces of my vehicle scattered down the street. Needless to say this is a situation I hope none of you find yourself in. But if you do... this is the place to come. I was really nervous about taking my car somewhere and getting it back not loooking as good as new. I have terrible luck and I love this ride! I did my research, and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to take a leap a faith and good golly I’m SO glad I did. I just picked my vehicle up yesterday and it truly looks as good as new. The paint is immaculate and so is all of the other work that needed to be done. From the very begining Claudia was an absolute dream. For example; reserving a rental car for me, walking me through exactly what was going to be done to my car, and even ubering me home so I could get to work on time(terrible enterprise encounter). I just remember hoping the whole time my car was in the shop that the work that was being done to my car would match the incredible service Claudia had provided through this entire process, and it did. I know this is a long winded review, but seriously look no further bring your vehicle here. You will not be dissapointed.

Claudia made Everything hassle free, answered any questions I had, and called (or messaged me) with frequent status updates. I used Platinum Collision in Lake Elsinore, Ca. I did know know it was just a satellite office at the time. This made me a little skeptical since, my car needed to go to Corona to get fixed. They took two weeks which I thought was long but, its been a long time since my last repair. They did a fantastic job the back end looks great. They detailed the car inside and out. The people were helpful friendly, kept up to date on progress throughout the process. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Had my truck repaired here and service was good but when I picked up my truck it pulled so I had to have another alignment done to fix it. A day later my center cap fell off my wheel, so decided to check everything els and found several bolts loose. This couldve been a very bad accident if my rear end came apart. Also my truck had to be shipped to their corona location because they dont have the equipment in the lake Elsinore location to do the job.UPDATE: Tom the owner called me and lets just say I had to hang up, I left a bad review and if u look, there are all new reviews with 24hrs. Wow talk about fraudulent!!!! I was told if I didnt remove the review, he would call my insurance and tell them that I jumped my truck.

Im a skeptic. I saw the reviews and noticed a) they were all recent and b) all but 1 were positive. My Durango has a lifetime warranty so I typically have the dealer handle any issues. Well someone backed into me and severely dented my right fender (thankfully no axle damage and very minor hood repair needed). DCH Dodge recommended a body shop in Temecula but it wasnt a USAA preferred shop, Platinum was. Denise reached out within an hour of filing our claim. She was our main point of contact. Throughout the whole process, Denise kept me updated with phone calls and text messages. My car was actually ready 4 days earlier than originally quoted. You honestly cannot tell there was any body work done. The car was returned very clean and overall Ive had a pleasant experience with platinum. While I hope Im never in another accident, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.Side note, the Lake Elsinore office is a satellite office. They tow the vehicles to and from this location to their body shop in Corona.

Platinum Auto Shop did an excellent job on my Kia Sorento.I received a call from Dennise every two days and she would update me on the progress from the very beginning, all the way till the end.
