Tri-City to the rescue! I went to get a second opinion on services for my vehicle. I went to a big auto chain first and they gave me a quote that was extremely high. I told a friend about it and they suggested I give Tri-City a tri (see what I did there!).So glad I did! They gave me a quote a 3rd of my previous quote! Not only that, the customer service was very helpful and pleasant, the facilities were very nice, clean, & well kept, & they did a great job on my vehicle. They were able to get the job completed days ahead of the expected completion date and the cost was lower than the original quote.Overall; amazing experience, can’t wait to go back! (Well, I can, that would mean my vehicle needs work, & let’s hope that’s not soon! 😆)Thank you so much Tri-City!!

This was my first time using Tri-City Auto services. As a female I’m always wary when trying to find mechanic services for my vehicles. I’ve always heard good things about Tri-City so I decided to give them a try and I was not let down. The staff was friendly, courteous, and honest about appointment times and servicing times. They were swift with diagnosing and addressing my vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable as well!! I’m so happy I found a place that made me feel comfortable and trustworthy! Ladies!! I have been trying to find a new repair shop and Tri City Auto was suggested to me. Took my jeep Grand Cherokee in for ac work. The staff was very courtesy and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Cost for repairs were very reasonable. I currently have another one of my vehicles there for some work. I highly recommend.

This place is horrible. I have had a lot of work done at Tri City Auto the last few years. Almost everything he done was done a second and third time. The brakes that was done about 18 months ago are out now. I will never go back to this place. Bart is very dishonest. They will put used parts on your vehicle also. Tri City once had good service years ago.

I really need another car that will not break down so often but... If it does take it to Bart and his group of guys at Tri City. Ive been going for years since before Bart and have always been treated very well. They will tell you whats wrong and let you know if you should get your vehicle repaired right away or if you can wait a bit. Charges are fair I think but its mostly about the trust.

These guys are awesome. I had a discontinued part on an old dodge that needed to be replaced, which required the whole dash be removed. I had another auto shop flat out refuse to do the work. These guys found the part I needed, did amazing work, and knocked it all out quicker than expected. Couldnt be happier with Tri City Auto.

I have had the pleasure to deal with Jamie Louks on two of my vehicles. I never second guessed his diagnosis, he was quick, professional, and trustworthy. He will shoot you straight, and give you options on your repairs. I would trust any of these mechanics with my familys vehicles, thats how much I trust these guys. The shop is clean, everyone is nice, and they will get you back on the road as quick as possible. I cannot stress enough how happy I am, to have somewhere to take my rides if something unfortunate arises, and not worry about being ripped off. Saw the reviews and took my truck in. Not only did they have amazing prices, they are honest. Brutally honest. They will not try to upsell or lie about what needs work. My truck is old and not worth much but its my work truck. They told me all that was wrong but also told me what would be worth fixing. I appreciate honesty and i appreciated them telling me what they would personally do. They didnt harrass me if I chose not to fix something either, which is a relief. Definitely will always take my business to them!

I had two of my trucks repaired with them and they were great. They were speedy and repaired only what they diagnosed. I recommend going them if you want to get good results at fair rates.

My dad and I have been going to Bart and Tri City for several years. They have always done great, reliable work. Prices are very competitive compared to dealership repair shops. The staff have always been very friendly and professional. You feel like theyre genuinely doing whats in your best interest, you wont leave feeling like someone keeps trying to upsell you on services you dont need. Just picked up my car today for some repairs and its running great.

Overall I am pleased with my experience with Tri City Auto. There were some issues with getting the right parts to make the repair on my first appointment, which is why I docked one star. Howeve this was resolved and my car fixed quickly when the parts did come in. Tri City was extremely friendly and courteous and the work seems to have been completed thoroughly and with high quality, at the price quoted. I would recommend this Auto service to a friend.

I had a very bad experience with Tri-City Auto. I was towed in to have an alternator replaced. They got me running again, and a few months later it went out again. I took it back and he replaced it again, or so I thought. This time I checked and it was the same alternator. I also had an issue with my throttle body on my tundra. I paid them to put a used one on my truck. Soon after it went out. I finally had him to replace it with a new one. Two months later my truck was doing the same thing, I took it to another shop. They diagnosed the issue and found the problem was in the wiring. They fixed it for a fraction of what I paid Tri-City. I had this shop to look at my alternator, and they told me it was old, but still working. They said it would be good to replace it soon. I have used Tri-City Auto for years. I never questioned the charges. Now I know for a fact that they are not honest.

Service was 5☆, the staff was extremely helpful during the whole process and the shop was in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Freeport area. Every auto repair shop says we will call you. Tri City is the only auto repair shop I have used that actually does call you with an estimate in a timely fashion. They only repaired what we agreed upon and got me back on the road quickly (and they called!!!). Tri City has definitely earned my future business.

Had my truck towed here in January due to a carb issue and it took a week or so for him to get it in (the shop had to catch up because it had just been closed for a week) but once in the shop the carb rebuild was done very quickly and the price was great.

Their green truck doesnt stop for stopped school busses. Ownership doesnt care.

We had Tri-City replace the power seat mechanism in our 12 year old minivan. They were able to track down the parts even though Chrysler no longer stocks or sells them. Over the years we have taken our vehicles into Tri-City several times and they have always done a good job with diagnostics and repair, been good with their pricing and honest. When someone asks me for a car repair reference in the Lake Jackson area, I send them to Tri-City.

My vehicle was damaged over 1-1/2 years and Tri-City made it like new again. The truck is 13 years old; I repaired it due to sentimental value. I received a labor discount on one of the item because so much was wrong with the truck. Thank you Tri-City
