I had warranty on my new tires had a blowout they didnt have any of my tires and stock anymore so instead of them upgrading me to the next for free they charged me an extra $216 to put a tire on my truck that does not match at all and they should have gave it to me for free.

This place is amazing! We went online to pick out my tires- ALL 4 - got the next available appointment time, and paid. I didnt receive the confirmation email, but had everything else and showed up 10 minutes early as stated. I arrived at 5:05pm, Patrick had me checked in and ready to go next at 5:21 and I was walking out the door to my car right there, keys in ignition, at 5:48! I have always been a big fan of this company, have not purchased tires from anyone else, but have to give the guys at the Lake Jackson store a perfect 10 for their customer service and always welcome attitudes!!! I grew up in the automotive industry and was thoroughly impressed. Thank you and for reminding me of true customer satisfaction! Manager Patrick and worker Cole are both azzholes. I tell my employees leave your attitude at the door. Do not come to work smelling like a brewery. I think some serious retraining of the manager could do this location well. I will follow-up with the region managers concerning Mr. Patrick and croney Cole..

Showed up without and appointment for a new tire because another place said it was unrepairable and needed to be replaced immediately but didnt have the tire in stock. Jacob the front desk rep took his time to help me and made sure they had what I was asking for. He not only made sure they had they tire in stock by physically checking but also double checked the issue with my current tire and turns out the tire was okay and did not need replacement! The honesty, consideration and customer service I recieved from this location is the reason I will come back here for all my tire needs!

I knew not to go to this store but I did and regret it. Its under poor management facilities filthy u stocked restrooms and poor service tendered. I will go to my many other discount tires from here out as discount tires is a good store under all others I visited. Avoid this one like the plague. Ruined my wheel simulators and was unwilling to make due compensation. Never will I recommend or wish this specific store or location on anyone. Bit ise all others as I have I the 0ast found them excellent. Just not this circus 🎪🤡

I went this store 9/20/20 to have my tires replace on my Infinity. Me and family got back on the road around 5pm. On our way to Houston my low tire pressure alert came on and two of the tires that Discount replace was completely flat. We was on the side of the road for 2 1/2 hours until roadside assistance arrived. After paying right at $800 for new tires I was very heated and still is. I will not recommend this store or any discount tire location!!!!

I called to order some new tires for a special car I told them what I had and the man said he knew Exactly what I needed but after a week of waiting the tires finally come in and guess what they were the wrong size so I was told they will order the correct ones another week went by my wife goes in after we we we were told that when my wife got there they would take her I as soon as she gets there and was rudely told No you will wait just like everybody else so now they got eight tires for a very special car that they can’t sell for a while I have done business there ever Since that place opened and I’ve never been treated this bad things are changing people just don’t give a damn anymore

Ricky helped me out a lot my tire was not in stock and not fixable so my insurance on my tire threw discount will fix that but the following day due to my tire not being in stock well I found out my spare tire was older then the truck so what was spouse to do Ricky put a spare tire loner till the following day when my tire comes in ! It’s that what makes them the best along side Clute as well. The workers never fail me ever thank u guys again! it’s because of y’all I come back !

Only reliable place to get tires, but other than arranging for social distancing, they were not keeping customers safe from Covid 19. They allowed customers who were not wearing masks, in direct violation of the Lake Jackson mayors mandate, giving the excuse that they had no signs telling the customers that they must wear them (how hard would it be to make signs?). Employee who brought our car out was not wearing a mask.

This place from management, customer service reps,repair reps, the combination of all of them and their knowledgeable, kind, compassion of a strangers situation from Idaho no less. Greatly helped me out. I cant express my gratitude fully with only words. However from this Grateful aging lady I say THANK You to Each and all who are Employees of the Discount Tire Brazos Mall!!!

I went in for rotation and balance on my f350. I was told they put 65psi in front tires and 80psi in rear. I drove home to Matagorda and checked air pressure. One front tire had 38psi, the other had 48psi. One rear tire had 60psi, the other had 48psi. That was checked and verified with 3 different gauges. If I was misled about the tire pressures, was I misled about rotating? In their defense I did see where old weights were removed and new weights were installed.

The store had a helpful and knowledgeable crew. They were following Covid procedures and still getting the job done!

I recommend this place for anyone looking for tires. The staff at this location has always been courteous to me. You should expect to wait though, sometimes longer than the original estimate given, because this place is usually always packed, and some vehicles take longer to service than others. So realistically you cannot expect an exact time estimate. That being said, Ive only ever received quality products from this company, and if ever a mistake was made (only one minor one for me) they are corrected immediately and satisfactorily. The bottom line though for this or any Discount Tire is this... Their prices can rarely if ever be beat, and their warranty just cannot be beat at all. I have never, ever had an issue with them honoring either the tire mileage warranty or the road hazard warranty. Get a nail in your sidewall? No problem. They wont even ask questions they just put on a new tire for free. You cant beat that. (you do have to pay around $15 though only if you want to renew the warranty for the new tire) And they have hundreds of stores nationwide so you can get your warranty repairs or replacements done anywhere in the US. The manager there is very friendly and helpful and I for one will always use discount tire. I dont mind waiting an hour or two at their store for the piece of mind I have knowing Im getting quality products at a good price with an unbeatable guarantee.

Wonderful job! We were on vacation from NC. We had a screw get in our tire the day before we were scheduled to leave. The employees at Discount Tire were awesome and nice! Thank you so much for fixing our issue with no complaints! I hope there are more businesses and people in the area that are like this company!

Always helpful! I know it is their job to protect the customer in the way of tire safety but the difference with these guys is that when they talk to you about the condition of your tires, they arent just trying to sale to you, you can see it in their faces that they have genuine concern for your well being if you decide to drive away from them with bad tire(s). I like that alot.

Late evening call to the Lake Jackson location. I knew they would be closing soon, and I knew I had to wait on a tow truck to get me there. Blaine told me my car needed to be there no later than 6:45p to get it taken care of. Several calls to Roadside Assistance, and a couple of towing companies, resulted in my car being there, and unhooked in good time. Blaine, Zack and Antonio, were all great to speak with, and great assistance. To all the employees at Discount Tire that helped put new tires on my car, you are all Rock Stars!!!!

Lake Jackson Texas: the csr who assisted me informed me that it will take 45 mins to fix my tire so I told him we were going to eat across the street. Once we were done with dinner we walked back to discount tires and saw that the store was closed. No one ever called us or contacted me in any way letting me know my tire was done. So with 2 kids in tow we are now stranded with a risk that our car will be. Worse service ever and will not come back to this store. I will also post on every social media letting everyone know about the poor service

Watch the rebate system. Got $269 in rebates. As soon as I got home to file online. I got denied. I called customer service. They fixed it. A week later I received a email. Two of my rebates were denied!! I’m Glad I keep up with my emails. I called customer service and they fixed it. Hmmm shady! why do I have to follow up so much.

All I have to say it’s that Mr. Wright has excellent customer service. I went in there to get new tires and I had explained to him that I had order the tires online but never received an email from discount tire. He quickly took care of me and made me feel good. I was amaze at the wonderful customer service he has.

Excellent customer service and quality work, you can trust these guys to do a great job. I bought a new set of pirelli tires, and they fit me in during a busy time. Tires are perfectly balanced.Theres a reason these guys are so busy all the time while the competition next door has an empty parking lot.

Always really busy so make an appointment online if you dont want to wait too long. The guys here are quick and do their best to take care of you and get you back out the door.

One star because that is the minimum I have to put. Had a flat on a new tire due to a nail, and this was the nearest discount tire. Waited nearly two hours for repair; they were busy and I understand this. What I DONT understand is why an hour later Im sitting at ANOTHER nearby discount tire, waiting for THE SAME FLAT to be repaired again.

Had some issues after I got there. Ricky really shouldnt be working with customers. He was very rude and aggravated over a charge account

The staff is pleasant. I arrived at 8, no appointment, paid for 1 new tire and was getting a rotation done on the warrantied tires we already have. The very pleasant man that checked me out said give us about 30 minutes. My car went into the bay at 1015. They apologized and said it was really busy. Busy I have no problem with but 2hrs when you tell a customer 30 minutes is unacceptable. I will DEFINITELY try the new location in the future

Great place, they honored the warranty on my tires and took real good care of me and my durango. I definitely repurchased the warranty and i will definitely keep doing buisness with these guys. My only compliant it that i wish they would do alignments within the discount tire chain.

They tried to pull a fast one on me last time I was here at the Lake Jackson location. Rotate and Balance was only a rotate. I called them out and they acted clueless. I will be watching this closely in the future.

DO NOT waste your time. This place is a joke if you are not waiting there bird dogging them and if your are just getting your tires rotated which means you are not spending money you will literally be there 1/2 the day. I went to get my tires rotated and they were busy but said 1 1/2 hour wait I said thats fine I left on foot and went to have lunch came back 3 1/2 hours later and my truck hadnt even moved I got my keys and left. I tried again today made an appointment and everything this time. They said 45 min tops with an appointment....again I went walking just came back at 2 HOURS my truck hasnt moved and they said there were two vehicles in front of me.........what is the point of making an appointment. Im done with discount

Very knowledgeable sales people.You can get road hazard warranty, free tire balance and rotation for a little extra when you buy tires. Redemable at any discount store in any town.

They lost the key to my spare tire, and, of course, I didnt find out out till I needed it. Do not trust any work they do. Double check everything they touch or do. Ive been pleased with Discount Tire Co off of the Katy Freeway and Beltway 8 in Houston, so I come to this one. Needless to say, I will not go back to any location in the Brazosport area.

When i was fresh out of the Army I was passing you store and got a flat tire. I pulled into Discount tire and had like 10 dollars to my name, I asked if they had a used tire I could buy for 10 dollars. The salesman said give me a second and went and talked to the manager. When he came out he said let me have your keys. Not only did he put a tire on my car that looked brand new They didnt even charge me for it....

The best tire place around. I wont go anywhere else for my vehicle tires. They always give me the best deal on my tires & that means a lot to me being disabled & on a limited income. Not only are the prices reasonable at no extra cost during the life of ur tires they will rotate & balance them for free. Not to mention they will fix anyones flat for free whether u bought the tire from them or not. If u get a hole in one of their tires that cant be plugged they will replace it for $11.00. I would give them 10 stars if I could....

Never had a problem and they always seem to know how to work with my budget.
