Great experience all the way around. As a matter of fact we drove nearly 20 hours round trip to Don Davis for our vehicle. From keeping us up to date with our in transit vehicle, to telling us about hotels near them, to finance, it was all smooth.Where many dealerships were charging thousands over MSRP for the new yukons, Don Davis didnt follow that pattern, which of course we much appreciated. Christopher King (Jr) must be mentioned as well. He did outstanding as our salesman and couldnt have asked for anyone better. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

I asked for a part to repair my truck they ordered it, called me when it was in and I arranged to get my oil changed and part in on the same day. Then I called for a lift and Mike met me at work and brought me to the dealership. I couldnt of asked for better service.

Other then they forgot where they parked my truck in which my reply to Mike was, You lost my truck? I love that truck more than my wife we all got a good laugh. Other then that good job guys!

I had a great experience. Vicki Turner is amazing. She did the majority of my purchase over the phone and she knew I was super busy so she had everything ready for me to sign when I got there. I was in and out in about 30 mins. I dont have the greatest credit but she and her team were still able to get me into a new (to me lol) car and I absolutely love it. Mike Garcia the service manager is the WORST!. I go in to have my brakes done and get quoted $241 total, which I know is a little high but I needed it done yesterday. The manager said he would call or FaceTime me to show me what was wrong before they did anything. Never got that call. I called them 3 hours after dropping off and they said the calibers were good and it was ready. I get there and they hit me up for $1159. Said they replaced all 4 pads and rotors. Why did the rotors need to be repaired? They didnt even show them to me to justify it. Saw a female walk in and decided they were going to screw me over. I had to pay it to get my car back, which I needed to drive to work today. I should have looked at the reviews on yelp before I went there. Will never go back. Contemplating hiring an attorney. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Just purchased a used Ford Ranger over the weekend from Jessica. From the moment I called her last week she was extremely polite and straight forward with me. I live in Houston and it seems that all the dealerships in the area are very misleading/dishonest. I made the decision to drive all the way to Lake Jackson to see Jessica. She had the car waiting for me when I got there. The price was the same as she quoted me previously. There were no hidden fees or add-ons that I had to pay for. Her demeanor made the whole process very enjoyable. I also worked with Caesar the Finance Manager to finalize my paperwork. He was very up front with me and we even joked a little. He made sure to explain everything as I was signing. I was in and out in just over an hour with my new (to me) truck. This dealership was AMAZING. First thing Monday morning he contacted me for the specifics and had everything repaired that day. James was courteous and professional while providing exemplary customer service. Friday my husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Don Davis Dealership. Vicki and EZ were great to work with. I truly give them 5 stars ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️.The GMC Service Dept I cannot give them a positive review. I don’t believe I have run into such rude unfriendly people in a business environment in a long time. Service writers sit in their chairs on their phones, they acted like I am disturbing them. The cashier is Just rude. So disappointing. What ever happened to customer service? Is this the result of pandemic? Is it that the employees are dissatisfied with their jobs? Is it that upper management and ownership don’t treat their people with care, therefore that attitude trickles down? I will tell you there is night and day difference between the attitudes in the sales dept and the service dept. I give the service department 1 Star ✳️.The overall average is 3 stars.

Christina from the GMC sales side was very helpful! She assisted and helped me out as much as possible, I had a very poor experience with the service side of GMC as they could never find out what was wrong with my 2020 Sierra 1500, but I went with a 2020 Dodge Ram Rebel and it’s pretty awesome so far and she also helped me out with my purchase on my new dodge!

Made my appointment to get my oil changed on the app it set it for 9am today. When I arrived the service person said the app wasnt associated with them I asked for the service manager he was very rude and basically said the same thing .It was a few dissatisfied customer there complaining awful customer service

Service department quoted $3400 for work needed. Took it to Tri-City Auto and had the needed work done for less than $1000 with a 1 year warranty. Don Davis told me that I needed 3 extra things replaced and my car shouldnt be driven until repairs were made. Tri-City said they couldnt recommend the extra 3 items since they didnt show the excessive play listed by Don Davis.

Don Davis had an extensive inventory and Alyssa showed knowledge and patience as I constantly changed my mind. Highly Recommended.

Omg!!! My daughter gets her driving learners permit today!!! I had taken her to check out the new Sonata bc she loves mine and so she had already decided on the car. Very bad experience here. I purchased a used vehicle from them and the customer service has just been terrible. I’ve called and left messages for the manager or sales to call me back in regards to the key they owe us and they never returned my call. They called me to bring the vehicle back almost two weeks later bc they still had to do an inspection on the vehicle. It was very upsetting bc we don’t live close to the dealership to drive back and forth. Everything that needed to be done should have been handled the day of purchase. Would not recommend this dealership at all .

They advertise one price then when you go to purchase the vehicle then its suddenly a higher price than advertised. I wouldnt waste your time. That is a pretty shady business practice.

After an initial knowledge check on trade-in value ( gotta try, right?), I was able to get a very favorable outcome on a new vehicle. Everything after that went incredibly smoothly and was completely up-front and as advertised. I havent bought a new vehicle from Don Davis since about 1996 and I was completely happy with the way things went this time around. Ive also been to the dealership several times for service on vehicles obtained elsewhere and always had a very positive experience.

I took my truck to Don Davis car service because i notice that something wrong with my truck, they check my truck and they told me that was the engine, so they replaced the engine so they give me the truck back 4 weeks later and after that 2 days later i took the truck back again because check engine light they checked it out and they told me was the battery i was like, 😱 what 🤦‍♂️ so i went back home with my truck 9/25/2020 so i drove my truck over the weekend and the check engine light was on all the time so i took the truck back to don Davis car service this morning and they just call me to let me know that was the fuel inyectors and is not under warranty 😭😭😭 now Im going to pay almost $1000 dollars out of my pocket so Im not very happy for all this i hope you all can help me out i have no job, since june 8 2020 thank you
