We went in had a tiny issue, about to leave without a truck but the manager stepped in fixed the situation and well we purchased a truck! Only real issue was when we picked it up and drove off the detail they provided was horrible..dust everywhere, windows streaky...it wasnt visible until after we got into the sun! Definitely need to rehire new detail department crew! ⛔For a brand new truck the detail should have been immaculate, it wasnt!

Friendly service and they handled my requests. My only issue is that as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed something poking up from one of my windshield wipers. When I got out of the car to investigate it, I realized that it was one of my plastic battery caps from the engine. I was able to easily figure out what it was and placed it back on my battery but, that could have been hazardous had it flown off of my windshield while driving down the road.

Talk to Josh! Ive owned 10+ cars in my life and this was my best experience ever. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The price listed online is the REAL price -- unlike another dealer that jacked the price over $3000 AFTER I applied for credit and then lied and stretched the pmt plan to look like theyd lowered the price. So, let me say it again :) Don Davis lists the ACTUAL price online and doesnt play price games with you. Of course you can add things like warranties if you want them but it wasnt high-pressure at all. The finance manager even called and personally got my apr lowered for me. Josh was GREAT, he spent hours getting everything perfect and my Dodge Charger rocks!

Service was completed in a timely manner and the people in the service department were very friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish I hadn’t had to wait a week to get my vehicle in for service. And also wish they would get the shuttle service going again. Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to take you and pick you up.

I have only had to take my truck in a few times in the seven years I’ve had it. The service department has always done well in diagnosis and repair in a timely manner. This last time was for an a/c issue. I figured I would be without the truck for a few days at least, but it was ready at the end of the day.

Everything was FANTASTIC, but unfortunately they didnt check my tire pressure, even though they did a tire rotation.I was very appreciative that Johnny brought me home, especially since they kept my car for three days to do a 45k mile tune up.Like I said everything was great, except now I have to either go all the way back there or pay someone to air my tires up. 🤪🤪

Although had to schedule oil change 2 weeks in advance, I was received promptly when I arrived, waited in very clean waiting area and was ready about 45 minutes.

Took vehicle in for shutter in steering. They did a transmission flush. Took it back because it still shuttered a little. They said it was a program issue and needed to use 92 octane. When I picked it up they wanted to charge me $150 because they said programming it was not covered under under drive train warranty. I didn’t even know they were going to program it. I took it in for transmission. Now they want me to pay for diagnostic. I feel that I should not owe anything because I was not made aware of it. Trying to contact GM and can’t get an answer.

Buyer Beware - Went in to buy a new work truck after seeing a sales price I liked online. In speaking with my salesman I asked if the price I seen was my price and he confirmed with a yes as he looked it up on his phone. Well once I got in the managers office it was all of a sudden $3000.00 more. He said something about a truck shortage as I left. Definitely would not recommend as this “sales price” was clearly just a ploy to get you in the dealership.

My experience at Don Davis has been a nightmare. I bought my jeep Cherokee on 9/8/21. It is a 2021.It was towed 9/20/21. I got no communication from the service department. I had to call them. They said I didnt have a appointment. I reminded them my jeep arrived by tow truck. They said they were extremely busy. And that I had to be patient.I explained to them that I needed a way to work. They said they had no loaner for me.The warranty on the car comes with a rental. I couldnt get a rent because Don Davis has to do a assessment and send it to the warranty company. I couldnt get a assessment because I couldnt get my car looked at because they were busy.I had to pay 75.00 to get to work.The following day I called them. They didnt call me. They said it was a software problem. Reset it and car would be fine. I picked it up that afternoon.The next day(09/22/21) I drove it to work and experienced the same problems. Then at leaving for lunch in traffic the car had a loud bang, locked the brakes up at 25miles an hour. Causing traffic behind me to slam on there brakes. Almost causing an accident. The car slamming on the brakes sent my head into the drivers window. I was stranded in the street for 45 minutes .The car would not go forward or backwards.I called the warranty company,they sent a tow truck. It was picked up and taken to Don Davis.I called service at Don Davis and ask for a appointment for my car to be seen. Because 2 days previous they said I didnt have a appointment and couldnt get to my car. So i told them the car was on its way there.I also told them what happen. They never ask if i was ok. Or was there any damages.Again i have no way to work. No way home.I called to get a rental. Enterprise stated i could be put on a waiting list.I have never had such a awful experience with a car dealership. I donot want to drive this car again. I wonder what would have happened if I would have been driving 65 and this happen. I could of had a bad accident today. Hurt someone else or myself.My next step is the better business bureau. And then channel 2 news. I no longer want to have anything to do with Don Davis. I would advise buyer beware. This should not be happening with a 2021 car only owned for 14 day. I have not recieved any customer service. I really expected more.

I went through hunter and he was great. The company however didnt honor the voucher that brought me in in the first place and I never got the truck I purchased detailed. Bought it later than the detailers work so they had me come back. Brought it back and waited for them to clean it for 2 hours and they brought it out the same way. Didnt even bother to peel off the stickers they had on it to sell it. Only gave 2 stars for the because the salesman did everything he could. Not his fault the company doesnt care.

Mixed review, quality of work is fine. The reason for 1 star or less is: lack of communication, time for repair (nearly two weeks), length of time to have a tech contact extended warrenty dealer. I do believe if I hadnt called time and time again this would have taken even longer. I will never use these guys again, you would think a dealship would be better suited to make more timely repairs and communicate with the customer about the process.Work done: oil change, tire rotatio, recall work (drive link) and fuel pressure switch. Hopefully these guys get the help and tools need to resolve there issues - used to really like using them - wont be back

Made appointment online, when I showed up, they said their software has been out for years and online appointments do not register. I asked for wheel alignment, tire rotation and oil change. The only did tire rotation and oil change. When asked about the wheel alignment, the guy who originally took in my truck said yall didnt say anything about an alignment and that I had to make another appointment. I will not be going back to this place. They were unprofessional and did not have any shuttle services, even though on their website it says it does, and I specified in the request section that I needed shuttle service.

Quick, easy, went well. It was refreshing to talk to a salesman that is actually knowledgeable. He didnt just know the fact sheets, he is interested in cars as whole. Had a not so experience at a dealership on the edge of the city last week. Very happy with the deal.So here is a little update... Scroll ahead a few months and I decided to upgrade my truck. I go back to give them first crack at selling me a truck and tried out a Rebel to see if it was what I wanted. The only issue was I did not want the eTorque. They found me a very similar truck nearby and we struck a deal. Signed paperwork gave then a down payment etc. Told me they would have it by Monday. Monday afternoon rolls around and I get a message saying the other dealership had sold the truck. I was less than pleases and reacted poorly. They were great. They stepped up and found a better truck and made it right. I will definitely do more business and am happy to call them My dealership.

Sales team and deal was good.However, my jeep ended up with ABS and traction control issues. Got charged one time for a diagnostic when Im barley at 2,500 miles. Had to take back to the dealer a total of 4 times. They have driven it over 200 miles total to diagnose issues.First oil change and service was grade A. Easy, good communication, and appropriate time frame.

Then gave me attitude for not making the appointment earlier in the day if thats what I wanted. Im not the scheduler! Im the customer and I asked for a service!
