For a store that is supposed to be open for 24 hours she seen us pull up and locked all doors and turned away several paying customers so she could sit around and drink coffee and eat snacks. She refused to to help any one and told us she wasnt in the mood to to business. Very professional for a store opened q3 hrs

Lovely ladies who work here make this place special. This has become my go-to spot in Lake Jackson. Veronica is a busy body who has been greeting customers with a smile going on 20 Years. Julieth makes the best sandwiches and Esmeralda is always helpful. Great place to gas up, right at the corner of 332 and 2004. Super friendly staff who are bilingual and always aim to please. There’s never a long line. These ladies are fast and efficient. This Shell station is a well-oiled machine!

I work in Clute... I tried twice to use this location as one of my last stops before I go into bay City to go to do what I have to do. And the store is not 24 hours as posted...was turned away twice in one week at the early morning. Now I DEMAND a managers response to this why be 24/7 when your clerk wont open up for me or others who were at your store!?!?!?

Not only is it convenient at this point, because they have one door locked so you have to walk around. The cashier at 8:50PM exact was extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply walked in to use the bathroom and my friend went to get cigarettes. I am 22 but because I wasnt buying ANYTHING. Made me walk all the way around the store to get my license just so she could get cigarettes after I told her I dont smoke. I am very unsatisfied and all my friends who normally go here WILL HERE ABOUT THIS. Another tip, you should know prices of the products you are selling if you work at the establishment. This store has gone downhill!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean bathrooms (womens, at least), hot coffee, and pleasant employees. Lots of entrances into and out of the station on both sides of the intersection.

Gas prices are ALWAYS higher than any other gas station in the area. If you are traveling and looking for gas there are more close by gas stations like Circle K and Walmart

Customer service was horrible,no acknowledgment when entering the store then got to counter cashier didnt even say my total and to top it off not even a thank you upon leaving...very rude and not customer service friendly...the cashed name was sergio...
