Came in yesterday, wasn’t able to work the numbers. Victor Estrada promised me he would keep looking for something that fit my budget and need. it was late, kid was sick and tired). He called next day and said he had a few if I came back in he wanted to show me. Came in today and loved the car. Now I am driving out with a beautiful car. Victor was very nice and very helpful. Shreko worked numbers for financing and got a good deal. All in all I’m happy and will return. Hopefully I won’t need a new car for a while but kids will eventually.

Bought my first new car yesterday here. It was an amazing experience thanks to Orlando and Srecko! They got me approved and were able to get my payments to where I needed them. I drove off the lot in my new car within an hour or so. Since I left, They both have checked on me to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you guys!!! I went to Regal Kia after car shopping for a couple of days. I have to say that the staff was warm and welcoming. Roberto who helped me get the car was honest and I walked away more than happy. My family is already planning on going to him when the time comes to change their cars. Even the finance team was excellent. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Victor Estrada at Regal Kia Lakeland goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and get the best deal. I cannot express enough how much Victor does to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership and one night he even drove all the way to my town to help me finalize the paperwork !!To tell you how true to his word he is… I had a verbal agreement about an accessory item, but there was nothing in writing. After the deal was done and I had the car, he honored the verbal agreement and ensured I got the accessory as promised. I honestly thought since it wasn’t in writing it was going to be a lost cause. But not Victor, he came through on his end, and once again he even met me more than halfway driving distance so I could pick it up. (On his day off I might add!!) He is truly a car salesman that is a man of his word.. a rare find!! All-around nice guy and pleasant to work with.Thank you Victor for a low stress car buying experience.

Really big mistake.. purchased a New Forte. Now have $10,000 of negative equity. Seems like I payed for them to go and eat and get massages after screwing me over. If your looking to pay what the car actually is sold for.. Not here… you have to pay so much on extra stuff You’ve never even heard off & I was a victim sadly. I’ve lost a lot of sleep & it’s been really stressful. But you move on.

We came to Regal Kia today after visiting Lakeland Toyota. We had no intention on purchasing a vehicle unless the numbers made sense. Victor Estrada (our saleman) made sure that overall experience was great. There was no pressure at all which made the experience eve better. Horrible experience. 10/9/21 . Went to look at cars guys tells me it’s sold Bc they already had a car “ready” to go for me. So long story short the guy tells me it’s “sold”. Worst visit I had today since almost 14 years I been visiting them..Seems they lost the customer service completely...Took two hours for just to diagnose the check engine light. It was too late to fix that Sam day since they were closing brought vehicle next day to fix..Still they took 3 hours for replacing a oxygen sensor ( even it was in stock and no other issues).. no one touched the car at all for hour and half...Even after taking 3 hours to fix no one did any complimentary multi point inspection service ... and never gave me any other recommendations or rwports... which they promise to do always...Vipul patel

Came into Regal Kia to look for a new car. We saw a car that we liked did some paperwork but nothing was completed and we left no deposit. They also wanted to sell us a warranty adding and additional cost to the loan telling us that we were responsible for oil changes and the cost of the oil would be 83 dollars. We went home the next day we made some phone calls to other Kia dealerships and they informed us the cost of oil changes were only 28 dollars. We called and told them we did not want the vehicle and they started harassing us stating we had to go in to sign release paper or it would effect our credit rating.Beware of Regal Kia they will keep calling you.

So I went last month and saw Mrs. Jen and she was amazing! She helped me grand in my car and was very understanding about my current situation and did everything she could to help me get out from a bad situation and into a new 2021 Kia Soul. The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because theres no option to leave any less...My friend went here and bought a Soul 32 days ago for which 16 days of those 32 it was been at the dealership. She paid for a used car inspection of their own product only to find out that thing continue to be wrong with it. To top that off, nobody there knows exactly what it is. One person says its one thing and another says its something else. I think at this point that she can guess better than they are. Nobody keeps her updated or even acts like they care once the ink was on the line and not even dry. She called later in the week last week and they spent over 30 minutes looking for the car or even finding anyone that knew where the car was. Terrible customer service and CSI.

Where do I begin? Coming from working at a dealership myself and consulting on how to operate businesses, we have certain expectancies. These guys are amazing. I was blown away by Malik (Sales Person) and the Manager Jorge. Their attention was second to none! I was really not expecting to buy but their attention and collaboration in getting my deal done was spectacular!! I definitely trust them and will definitely send friends and family their way. My previous vehicle had 120,000 miles, and I was way upside down on my loan. I didnt think I would ever be able to trade it in. I was introduced to Edward Box, and he hooked me up. I was able to trade in my vehicle for a brand new Forte with an interest rate that is way better than what I had. I am extremely grateful. Everyone from the sales reps to the service and finance departments was very welcoming and friendly. If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment on Wednesday for a 11:45am Friday appt for an alignment and brakes. I arrived at 11:27am and checked in. It looked like a zoo, ppl everywhere! I was immediately approached by sales wanting to get me out of my car. I responded ummmm, I have only had the car not quite a year. He assured me that if I speak to this other sales person I could Jist look at numbers bc their were sone great deals. While walking to sit in the waiting area the gentleman he spoke of came up, introduced, and said while you wait we can review numbers and just see if what the car Im in is worth me staying in. I said no I don’t want my credit run AT ALL bc I would be debt free shortly with the exception of my car. Long story short . He lied ran my credit without my knowledge, 1.5 hours later my car had not even made it in for service yet. I canceled the brake job and told them I have to grab my gbaby shortly and i need my car. While im waiting for them to see how much longer, several other ppl were complaining of being there 2/3 hours before me!!! Insane. She, service person, said my car was being pulled in and it would take 10 minutes to do my alignment, I said and alignment! So I said I just have to be gone by 1:30pm. I Get my car leave and get a mile down the road and my car is still pulling. $150 for an alignment?!!!!!! Thanks Kia! Not really.. clearly you have a scheduling issue, and Integrity issue too.. smh…. I monitor my credit bc it’s my life line. 4 points DOWN on Equifax !!! I was livid I went to the sales person and asked why would you run my credit !! I clearly told you No and you assured me You would not. I was in tears when I left from anger!!! Oh and the kicker was oh let me speak to my boss and see if we can get points put back on your credit !!! WHAT!!!Again thanks Kia sales and service.. my weekend is officially ruined..

I took my SUV to get serviced at Regal Kia. Every sales person that I met was very professional and nice. The overall wait time was great and they even offer a free car wash when your car is serviced. Although, the free car wash sounds great, I never gave the okay to do so. I wasnt even asked. Once my SUV was done being serviced, the sales person told me they were washing it for me and then they will bring it out. My reaction was Ooh, I didnt know. Anywho, everytime I go to a dealership or any place where I have to leave my car, I take pictures of EVERYTHING: the inside of my car, the outside, the compartments, the seats, everything. I took a video and pictures of the outside of my car. I went to this Regal Kia with no scratches and no dents on my SUV, but I came out of Regal Kia with a huge scratch and dent. I am so upset. I just recently purchased this vehicle. I appreciate the free car wash concept but I never gave the okay to do so. I dont even know if this happened during the car wash or while my car was serviced. Here are some pictures of the before and after. You cant really see the scratch and dent in photos but in person it is really noticable. I am highly, highly upset.

Normally I have good service experiences here and everyone is friendly, however this recent visit was a disaster. I had a recall on my car dealing with the engine it took 2 weeks to fix and when I received my car back my backup camera wasn’t working. I called the service department immediately after I left the dealership when I realized to let them know and my advisor was helpful in getting in it to look at first availability which was a few days out, I dropped my car back off and waited to receive a call, once I received a call back she informed me there was nothing they could do except me pay to replace it. I’m very upset I dropped off my vehicle with a fully functioning back up camera only to receive it back with it not working and then be told it wasn’t their problem. I think that’s terrible business.

Went in to test drive and possibly buy a used Kia. Trying to find someone to help us was next to impossible and the guy who finally did kept talking about how his boss had asked him to go move cars. Couldnt find the cars we came for and just wandered around the lot aimlessly instead of looking to make sure they hadnt sold in the five hours since I made the appointment. Pointed to random cars in the right color that even my husband could tell wasnt the right model. Finally left to get the keys. Ten minutes later and we left because there was no sight of him. Definitely never heading back to any Regal dealership in Lakeland.

Orlando is the best sales person. I would recommend him to anyone. He is patient, kind and extremely honest. He looks out for your best interest and works very hard to get you what you want. The person that I closed my deal with in finance dept was extremely rude. He did not introduce himself, he was not wearing a mask, and he didn’t give me his business card. I believe his name was Shrek and last name begins with a B As soon as I declined gap insurance he did not speak with me nor took the time to explain anything I was signing. He really made my experience not enjoyable. We would come back only because Orlando works there!

Sold me a used Soul and neglected to install a Product Improvement Campaign to monitor connecting rod bearing damage. The campaign started 2/19/2020, purchased my Soul on 2/28/2020. Now after the engine completely failed (connecting rod bearing failure) the dealership as well as KIA Consumer Affairs are refusing to replace the engine. Had that Product Improvement Campaign been done and the KSDS software installed the engine would of been replaced. Id be very cautious buying a vehicle from Regal KIA new or used.

Bought a Seltos 10 days ago and love the car. The first problem we had was the wrong extra key given to us was for a totally different vehicle. Same thing happened 6 years ago with our Soul and we were told we would get an extra key. Well, after 6 years we never received a second key. I hope this isn’t going to be the same time period. We were told they would contact us and have yet to hear from them. Have called and left voice messages and so far no response. I understand it’s a busy time of year but at least have the courtesy to call a person back and let them know what’s happening. Furthermore, they have a commercial that reads buy new vehicle and get $500 gift card or a TV through January 4, 2021. Did not specify in the commercial that you would be entered into a drawing but that’s what we were told. If you’re going to advertise at least hold to what you say in the ad. Very disappointed right now. Considering taking our vehicle to another Kia dealership for servicing because right now we have a bitter taste for Regal Kia.

This place is a shame. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO NO ONE NOT EVEN MY DEAD DOG. I had to keep going back and forward their, for stuff they say the bank need which they already had. The had my old car sitting there for three months no lie three months and didnt pay my car people so that put me behind on my trade in. Not only that made me keep coming in to sign papers cause the kept saying the bank want to lower the deal 40 dollars then 12 dollars........ but everything I went there to sign paper there kept running my credit dropping my score 61 points. I never in my life time experience this at no dealership.

This is really bad dealer I ever come. The sale and manager really bad attitude. We did spoke to the girl on the phone for the internet sale. She is tell me the price before I come over because I told her I have 3 little kids. I dont want to want spend so many time over there to be bargain. So please give me the out the door price and she did give me the estimate the price but when I came they let me wait for along and came out with different price. i told them its not the price I was spoke to the girl on the phone. They start changing their attitude real bad. I told them ask the girl, they said no they dont have to. And the manger is the one I have ever see in my life. i dont know how he can become a manger with that bad attitude to the customer.I went to buy so many car at so many different dealer already but I never ever meet any manager like that who is have bad service and is a bad talker i I ever meet . I’m hope when ever who come to buy car gonna meet the different manager have better attitude than that manager and dont have any experiment like me and my family. We had a horrible experience when my husband and I purchased our Kia Sportage in 2017. We really hesitated even stopping by and looking again. HOWEVER.... This go round was the best experience I HAVE ever had when purchasing a car. Jorge was amazing and made the financing easy peasy. Our salesman Pablo was also great. He wasnt pushy at all. He answered our questions thoroughly and patiently. We loved our experience so much that we bought TWO cars that day. A Telluride and a Stinger. I suggest anyone looking for a car to stop by and see these guys.

First the good news: I got the car I wanted at 0% financing, and a fair trade-in value. The rest was a headache I never want to repeat.The promotional voucher for $8,890 to be used on any vehicle in stock was a scam. The website pricing information for my chosen suv was a scam. I was told I could not use both but was given neither. No window sticker on the car and no one seemed able to tell me what features/options were included. (I later found the sticker online at home to print.)When you say, No maintenance contracts., prepare to be ignored. I later had them removed. Upon entering the Finance Office they will take your electronic signature. When he/she finishes the contract on the computer out of your viewing range, your e-signature is applied. You are handed a folded/enveloped contract and shown the door. You wont see it until you are home. I have been back twice to correct it. I would not have signed it if I had seen it. The finance officer gave me incorrect verbal information while preparing the documents which is what I have had corrected. I would have questioned the pricing of the vehicle further, and why 39 miles were recorded rather than the odometer reading of 1745 that I got while examining the car outside. I am 78 years old and still feel exhausted by this rushed sales procedure.To The Owner:I met with your Finance Manager last week. He told me that the sale price and voucher were ONLY advertising. I asked how the Purchase Price, which is even higher than the MSRP, on the contract was determined...no answer. I asked again where it came from and he pointed to my trade in value. He danced around and played shell games...no straight answers. I had figures to show that my Amount Financed should be approximately $8,000 not $13,000 if the sale price was used. I am considering an attorney consultation since false advertising and improper use of an electronic signature are legal matters, but I really would rather renegotiate this contract, if possible.

Sam Difillipe was completely upbeat, portrayed positivity the entire visit. Even though I threw every no his way HE NEVER LOST HIS POSITIVE UPBEAT PERSONA!!! Sam was very knowledgeable, and could even tell you cost per day for a new car vs. Costs of repairs estimated. Thats absolute dedication! My original intent was not to purchase a new car however I was completely swayed just by his personality alone. The regal team has always gone above and beyond in taking care of not only myself, but my cars. After my pain free trade in I am completely ecstatic to be in my new Kia K5!!! Beautiful car from an wonderful happy staff!!!

The salespeople and manager here are some of the best Ive negotiated with. They were upfront and honest with me about stock, pricing, and in general.Romello in particular was probably my favorite car salesperson in my two months of visiting 20+ dealerships. You can tell he is genuinely a car person and enjoys showing customers the cars theyll want. Regal Kia is lucky to have such a knowledgeable person on their staff.

I bought a Sportage there in October of 2019, trading my Camry. I went with a budget not exceeding $400 but came out with an almost $430 upscale. That’s not my issue, the issue is where they pretend to care because of sale. I was not aware my 5% interest rate was fluctuating and not fixed as I would have gone somewhere else and trade had I know this. I thought about turning in the car to the bank after I lost my job and pregnant due to covid and the thought of much my good credit would be ruined had me struggling to get by with a vehicle I am barely using now. It wasn’t until yesterday that I found out my interest rate is fluctuating with the bank. Now I would like to turn the car in for something of a lesser value and the same Kia value the car $10k less a 2020 vehicle with little over 10k miles. I feel trapped in a vehicle I loathe because of all the dishonesty. My advise is make sure you read All the fine print in their million paper work to sign,

Went here yesterday for an oil change and rotation. They texted me half way through the visit saying I needed a brake flush, brake job, 4 wheel alignment, and a mount and balance. All of which were expensive and all together totaled a little over 1,000. I said no to all of what they were recommending and had another mechanic look at it later. He said I needed none of it and doesn’t know why they would’ve recommended any of it be done. They also told me they topped off all my fluids, they did not. I will not being going here again.

The sales woman Leah Gorman was very professional and very courteous. I was very happy with her. But of course when it came down to price the add was unfortunately very misleading. I have been to a few dealerships where the price listed was the actual price given but it seems to be getting very rare now a days. This is in no way the sales staff fault nor does it reflect how i felt about the sales team. Upper management gives a go or no. We came to a negotiation point, where i felt i was not getting completely screwed i wanted the car it was there. I pulled the trigger and am very happy with the car. What sold me on it was the lifetime powertrain warranty that regal offers & they were generous on my trade-in which did surprise me, though my car was very clean.

On Friday I gave the dealer and manager Jeff a second chance, leaving my truck again at 8 am (fourth time) and picking it up again at 6 pm but my surprise was that they had not finished the pending things and I ended up taking it as it was because not I could go on there day after day. It seems and I am sure that they only dedicate themselves to closing a sale and not keeping clients who hurt because of the bad service and especially because of the management (Jeff) who shows that they do not care about the client and less if it is someone Latino. once again I would give it less than one star but there is no less. I hope they improve that and that they can observe more the managers and their dealings with the clients.

Started off great then turned bad when I was given a wrong vehicle key as the spare key. Then had to drive back to the dealer to get the correct key. Then had to drive back to the dealer for a finance issue. Was given paperwork with the wrong vehicle VIN and was not told the new loan was for 84 months instead of the original 72 months. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! THEY HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO CORRECT THE ISSUES OR CONTACT ME AFTER A ZERO MANUFACTURE SURVEY

Last year I purchased a car with them and they sent me to Barry Lucas to do my financial contract. I signed the paperwork but he said he could not give me the contract because the printer was out and that I could pick it up when I received the car the next week. When I did pick up the car I didnt read over it because I was going to be late to work but on my break I looked at the contract and realized I was being charged over 4000 in services I did not agree to. It was too late, I should have demanded a copy at the moment but I believed him about the printer not working so it went through to Kia Finance. I went to talk to Berry the next day and explained I did not agree to these extra charges and he kept saying yes I did dont you remember. He then said no problem and signed a cancellation form for the charges, this was back in June of 2020 and I have called every month since and no answer so I have to drive to the dealers location and Barry keeps saying its coming off dont worry. I had to go through another Finance person and she says I will not get the full refund because it was so long ago. This is a horrible experience Im never buying from this place again if they send you to Barry ask for someone else.
