Not sure his name but the guy with the mustache with little man complex is very rude. Prices are higher than almost any gun shop I have been to in polk county, guns, ammo, everything overpriced. Only gave a 2 because at least they have inventory. But definitely last on my list if I ever need anything

Several months back I decided to have a rifle shipped to Shooters in Lakeland. I tracked the package and it was delivered. I contacted shooter and they said it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to shooters, they gave me the ran around excuse that my new rifle was not at the store. Next day they called me to go pick up my rifle. I inserted a q-tip in the rifle chamber and it was full of carbon. The gun powder smelled fresh. Shooters excuse was that the rifle was used. The rifle was new. I have purchased other weapons in the past and I never had this problem. Stay away from Shooters.

Great little gun shop / indoor range. Staff was really helpful and attentive. Prices at the time I went was $15.00 per hour per person and $3.00 for safety glasses and ear muffs if you didnt bring your own. Decent size lanes and pretty clean place. The shop part had plenty of guns to look at and purchase and also had some really nice mounts on the wall to look at. Keep up the great work guys.

The staff were very helpful and the firing range was great. This was my wife s first time at a. Indoor range, she is ready to go back. Give it a try.

I was very unhappy with my visit. I was 1 of 2 people in the place. I was interested in a revolver in which my knowledge is better than most. After being ignored for about 10 minutes I asked a gentleman if I could take a look at one, at which time he handed me the one I would have bought, then walked off. While looking at the item, I turned toward the wall and attempted to check the hammer locks. The gentleman came running up grabbed the weapon and yelled at me dont let the cylinder turn like I was a child. If your pieces are all for show and the customer does not get a chance to operate any of them then their should be a sign. Do Not Touch. You lost a great customer and a large sale that day due to the rudeness of the employee. I will not return to your store. I do see some good reviews and no bad ones so this review will not be posted. Im not trying to be mean. But I have never been treated, in any firearm store with such indignity

Weve purchased two handguns from Shooters. A WWII British and a S&W. The knowledge of the staff was tremendous and they accommodated all our inquries. Excellent service all around!! Will buy a 3rd gun soon!!

Me and my wife went to shooters for ammunition for our guns hunting and some personal defense the guy not owner but the other when asked a question couldnt answer you clear to understand him or speak loud enough to hear him and when asked about a certain type of ammo he gives a list of what they dont and everytime you ask about a different one its added to the list will not be back

Called the store to check if the had 9mm ammo in stock some guy named john answered like he hated life. I asked if they had the ammo he says yes I tell him thank you and he just hangs up on me. Awesome customer service John you should win employee of the month 🙄

Great place and nice people, went over our allotted time a little and they told us not to worry about it. The prices were very reasonable as well even if your looking to purchase a new firearm. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase or practice.

Definitely the best Gun Store I’ve ever been to. Bill is such a stand up guy. He knows what he’s talking about, his guns are priced very well, especially for being a physical store. His range is clean and well lit.I just wish I didn’t live 30 minutes away! Makes for a frustrating drive but hey, it’s worth it

A fantastic range and shop! Went with my daughter to try out their gun range and was not disappointed! The range was very clean, nice sized and the air was circulated very well. Afterwards, we checked out the shop part and ended up leaving with a new gun lol! They have a very nice assortment of guns including handguns and rifles. If you are looking for a nice gun shop and range be sure to give Shooters a shot!

In the past I have purchased 2 pistols and a shotgun from them and everytime Ive been in there they have been professional and informative. Almost always have the best price around. Just a stand up group of guys. Ill be back for future purchases.

In and out with my pistol in 30min tops. Cant wait for the range to open, itll be great having one on this side of town! I dont know what Russ its talking about below. 6 months ago and hes on a no reload rant? The range isnt open now! Russ your only reviews on Google are about ranges that dont allow reloads...buy some ammo if you want to shoot that bad!

Very qualified and helpful willing to go way out of their way to help out any customer that may be acquiring information on a particular weapon or newbie buying their first gun I have purchased long rifles from there they have some of the very best prices and a wide selection so if you are interested in purchasing a new weapon I would not recommend anywhere else to go but two shooters in Lakeland Florida they now have a shooting range that is open to the public they rent guns for firing in the fire range you couldnt ask for a more dedicated group of employees outstanding service and quality merchandise I give it a 10 star rating

Remember no reloads.i dont know why but it seems to be the norm for a lot of new ranges .i dont think its for insurance reasons, thats why you sign a waiver when you shoot.maybe they want you to buy there ammo?but i will not be going there.
