Good online shopping and pickup theyve added. Self checkout is better than before, some good improvements, starting to catch up to Lowes and Menards in technology. Might start shopping more often if prices are competitive, its easier to locate items in stock, and easier to checkout.
I rented a weed wacker today and needed some help getting it running and such. I was helped tremendously by Lisa who was at the tool rental area. Everyone was very understanding and helpful. I couldnt have gotten the job done without them!
Really good prices for paint and supplies its hard to beat it.

The store is overcrowded and under funded. Things are constantly out of stock and there is always a line at the customer service desk. Curbside pickup ends at 6:00 p.m so you have to wait in line to get your items.The employees do their best I honestly dont think its their fault. Whoever manages the store just doesnt have enough employees/funding for the amount of traffic the store gets.
The Employees are friendly and helpfulI do think the prices are a bit high but the quality of the items make up the difference.
There is nothing like having a place, when your in the middle of a project that actual carries the product you need when no one else even cares that product.
Store is clean and well organized. No waiting at the check outs, clerk was funny, fast and friendly.
I always enjoy a trip through home depot. I only wish they had more clearance and sale items, and like the rest of America Im ready for lumber to return to normal prices. Aside from that, they have just about everything for home improvements including various tools and equipment available for rental. I favor Home Depot highly over Lowes and slightly less than Menards however each have their own unique bargains that often times make one better than the other for certain items. Just do a little homework before shopping.

Dont get your flooring and install from here what a clustered mess. Already on our 3rd callback on a simple flooring strip install fail. What a joke!!!!

Self checkout and contractors desk was the only way to pay. I was 14 people back in line, so not exactly a quick trip BUT They had what I needed so I waited. Two cashiers for the whole store is insane.
Dustin went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my problem, but noticed that my purchase was for a business and got us signed up for their business rewards program. Great customer service today!
This was not a good day to visit this particular store. Many of the items we wanted to look at were blocked by product. There was no handicap cart available. There was no shortage of employees that asked if we needed help, and because that, I will come back to try for a better day
Hardly anyone around to help you.Which I understand.But did not have the product I was looking for.
Every time I shop there I always need assistance with something. I never look far for an employee to assist me. They are always so friendly and helpful. If the employee isnt sure, he/she will find someone who can. It sure does cut down on the frustration of trying to locate an item. In my experience I have also received great advice on products.
I shop here regularly. The main staff is nice, Mercedes, Randy and that one older black lady who never wears a name tag.
Absolutely terrible! I bought a 2 year replacement warranty and it took 3 workers trying to figure it out even though I registered the item a year ago, and now Im sitting here waiting for an email to get information on how to return this item, Im done with home depot
Returned a box of flooring well past the normal limit. No problem. Received my refund very quickly!!
On June 25, 2021 I arrived at the carpet section to ask questions about carpet after paying $35 for an in home estimate. The older lady would not even look up to assist and when she did she was short and dismissive. It was like pulling teeth to get answers on prices for padding. She even questioned if my quote was from Home depot without even looking at it! She finally got up and pointed to where I could find the carpet prices and said we don’t install everything, very rudely. She even backed up when I came close, as if to say, do not get near me! Many of your team members are helpful but someone should speak with this lady about her behavior. I am sure this not how you expect your customers to be treated!
This location lacks service. No one seem to care about the customers or how the store look. The lumber aisle is always full of flat beds, lumber carts and theyre full of srock. You cant even walk through the aisles without bumping into the carts.Furthermore, I have been in there for the past two weeks looking for an indoor/outdoor carpet. The associates are telling me yeah we have it, we just need to get it out. So today the second week, same old story. No actions at all. All of these big box stores need to go back to the basics of taking care of the customers and not just how much profits or sales they can make.
Helpfully staff and prices are comparable to other home Improvement stores or online.

Lori made the whole process of a return seamless, even though she had to locate an order# that was not printed on my pick list. All this while coordinating other customers with other employees, nice to see a true professional work...and I told har as much. You go Lori, great asset to home depot.
Got there just before closing. Good thing I knew what I wanted as 9pm hit the lights went low.
Employees are pretty friendly and seems to be willing to help when you ask without seeming like its a hassle and your bothering them. Ive had to go back a couple times ro get things and return items that I got wrong.
Clean and friendly. My Personal choice is to have cashiers back. Dont get me wrong checken out your selfs awesome when in a hurry or just not feeling well.
When you need home repairs, big or small....this is the place to go! The staff is usually extremely knowledgeable & helpful 😊 Its rare that its overly busy too!
The workers are friendly and prompt.I called the store to inquire if my order was ready and about 5 - 10 minutes later someone came out to find get my order details.I arrived at around 6pm and the email that said my order was ready told me that curbside pick up was closed.By the time the email came through someone had already came out to help me.I was confused.It was taking a long time for her to retrieve my order and the email told me curbside pickup was done for the day.Long stories are not short, lol 😂Eventually, she brought my order out.It took around 30 minutes for the entire process.I appreciate the help though.They seem like nice people.
Ordered a left hand storm door and got home and its a right hand storm door. Asked a couple of the staff where I could find something and they said they didnt care where it was. Shuch a nice experience.
Store was well organized so it was easy to find what I was looking for. Also the cashier was very kind and helped me check out quickly and was friendly, which I appreciate .
Go to menards!! Everything they have, menards has a better selection of and its cheaper at menards.
Picking up an ordered item on this visit. Parked curbside and brought up their website per instructions, most of my info auto filled - nice! A couple of associates wheeled my order out and helped me load it, all within a couple minutes - awesome! Great experience overall, thank you!
Customer service was lacking for curbside pick-up. If not possible to accommodate then do not offer it. I waited 30-45 min for service that never came. Had to go inside to counter.

Was able to find everything I needed for painting. They cary Behr pait which is pretty hard to beat for great paint, and coverage.
I love this place. Always a friendly smiling face when i visit. This is the playground for grown ups seriously. Find pretty much everything you need for whatever project youre working on.

No one answers the curbside pickup line and if you try using the app they never come at all. You have to call and ask for customer service twice to bypass there phone system and get to someone who can bring your order out.
Rental center is efficient and the staff is knowledgeable of their equipment.
I suggest you go elsewhere. I called to make sure they had the product I wanted, they said yes. When I got there they did not. Asked where can I file a complaint & was told I dont know. Not the first time this has happened. Not going back! Very unknowledgeable staff.
We needed a lot of handholding lol. I was shopping with my friend that is blind. The staff here is always so helpful assuring honest. Love them for how they treat the disabled with much required patience

Usually my go to home store over Menards or Lowes as I am familiar with the layout. Usually check with my hometown hardware first every time though
Great if YOU know what you need. Literally 0% of their employees know what they are talking about. Home Depot does not pay for valuable employees. They have no idea what makes sand vs. no sand grout appropriate in an application, nor building codes of ANY kind. Truly scary how many experts with 30 years they have floating around making $10/hr...

Nicely stocked, helpful people, and prices not too high.
I am trying to find materials I can use for a seam on my truck. HD staff are singularity uncreative about discussing their items or dealing with creative solutions. I wandered around until I found a solution. At the check out line, self-service, the attendant ignored social distancing when talking to me and didnt give me 6 ft distancing when I asked for it. She then seemed bound and determined to have me crowd a customer who was wrapping up at a terminal. Customer service and COVID precautions at this store seem to be low priority here.
Poor selection in lumber section. Out of a LOT of electrical parts. Did have the concrete coring bit I needed, though.
Good store, and if you are looking for it, y9u will probably find it here.

This location is by far the best place to purchase appliances. Great selection, but even better is Rutherford. He is the BEST appliance salesman! Knowledgeable. Friendly. Personable. Patient. Lets face it, when you need to replace an appliance its not really a fun task. Working with Rutherford, helps relieve the sting.
Rented a ground hog post hole digger. Gave us wrong auger. Had to make a 70 mile round trip to get right one. Machine was not properly maintained. Blew up on 10th hole. Wasted day and money!
Helpful most of the time...but CDC guidelines not as strict as Id hoped..workers do ok..but could assist customers better.
Love home depot, Im always amazed by the knowledge that the staff has about everything home related.
Worst customer service and product I have experienced in my life. We pay $1800 for carpeting and wait 5 weeks for the install, and here’s what we get:1) only one guy, when furniture removal was part of our contract2) didn’t bring enough carpet3) the carpet they did bring was 2 different colorsWhen we tried to resolve the matter, they told us it’ll be another 4-6 weeks and then wouldn’t give us a refund or promptly pick up their product (we live 1.9 miles away from the store). I will NEVER shop there again and I will tell everyone I know (especially all the contractors) about my TERRIBLE experience
Website said they had 2 in stocks when they were totally out but we found something else that worked so it was fine. Overall reasonable experience just making sure stock is updated better on the website would be nice so people dont drive to a store for something they dont have.
Went in to buy a battery operated finish nailer that they promoted on line, it was a decent price which included a charger and one battery. However; when I visited the store they only sell the tool itself and charger and battery sold ala cart! Which made it a terrible deal. How ridicules. Went home and ordered it online and saved $50.
Getting harder to find help. Was told by associate he couldnt help and walked away, I followed and ask if he could get someone to help me, was told to go to the desk.

Curbside pickup can take up to an hour, though no stores have this pickup stuff figured out very well just yet. Store is laid out so I can find things, staff always helpful when I need them.
Its a home depot, no one will be happy, but you will find what you need... after three trips.
I was looking at washer and dryer sets. I was told by the Home Depot employee in that department that when Im ready to buy something hed assist me in picking out something. I got the impression this guy doesnt have time for people that are there to make an informed purchase and only ready to help when you show him the $$$. This is why I shop Menards. The staff at Menards are much friendlier.
There was a little wait but there was a downpour of rain had to bring the people from outside in but the meal was worth waiting for more than enough had to bring some home and thats unusual I will stop there again if Im in the area

The staff are nice but know nothing we came in last night to buy a patio set took them an hour to try to find it they didnt but said it would be ready by morning so i paid for it to pick it up in the morning. They still cant find it. And at this point ive already paid for it and the umbrella and accessories. Train your staff better and get tou stuff together 😏
Staff is rude, barely knows anything about their own stock they hang up on you after putting you on hold if you ever call in for will call parts. I recommend spending your money at menards or lowes down the road or do business with an actual parts house if you want to buy more than a pack of screws or toilet seat.
Always have what you need when you need it! Shop there often.
Helper told me where to find what i was looking for walked right to it. Then picked up a few other things.it was a good trip.
I really enjoy this Home Depot. They have a lot of super friendly staff members. Mercedes and Jamie in the paint department, Pete and Charlie in plumbing, Penny and the flooring department and Crystal at the self checkout.

I loved it they had everything I needed to drywall my kitchen at a very reasonable price but they had nobody to help with the drywall no vehicle lift my husband is 72 years old we cant do that so I had to go somebody out somewhere else to buy my drywall Im sorry

Store is clean and fairly well-organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is reasonable and fresh carts were stocked.The only downsides are the lack of selection for things like PVC pipes. I was shopping for a project and couldnt find a longer 2 pipe connector. When I needed help cutting a 10 pipe, I had to wait about 10 minutes.

Excellent. The Home Depot associate was very friendly and very helpful. I asked her a question about my order and she went right back in to the store 2 make sure I had everything. So I will if in the future if I need to get anything from Home Depot do the curbside service. Plus its free. I dont know what your name is that helped me but good job. 😃
I have no complaints about this Home Depot, my fiance and I found what we were looking for with no problems. We even picked up a couple different items as well, and the gentleman at the self-checkout was really nice and friendly
