Well I must say your service advisor Rogelio is a prime example of customer service excellence. From the time I pulled in he acknowledged me. He then greeted me and proceeded to ask about my concerns for my vehicle. He constantly kept me updated without me having to look for him and even got me a complimentary car wash which was a bonus. Rogelio needs to be promoted to a position where he can teach others about how important customer service is because he has mastered it. If I could rate less than one star I would. I bought a 2020 Equinox a year and a month ago. The engine light came on so I called. It started out fine but definitely did not end that way. I called to check on my car and Sean the assistant manager was not exactly rude but definitely was not helpful. He sounded bothered that I called. I had to ask questions regarding my vehicle instead of him simply explaining. Then not even 2 weeks later the light is on yet again. Why, well they changed the vacuum pump but didn’t bother checking the sensor. Again, Sean is rude and the manager Vince wasn’t much better. My light came on a third time. I requested a service advisor to call me. Well needless to say my call wasn’t returned. I won’t be back to purchase a vehicle.
The staff is always friendly. The service is excellent. They come out and explain to you exactly whats wont with your car and how theyre going to fix it. Off your car is in need of something they explain the part to you and show you exactly what the party is. Its always clean in there.

I’ve been to both Phillips Chevy in Lansing and Phillips Chevy in Frankfort. They’ve both been amazing but Phillips Chevy in Lansing has Eric Pickett who helped me from the very beginning! It’s been smooth and easy and he is very patient especially with me a 21 year old who wanted a specific color, but Eric helped to change my mind.I really appreciate all the hard work and help he has provided me on my car search. I can’t say enough about the experience but the bottom line is if you are looking to buy a car go to Phillips Chevy and ask for ERIC!!! 20/10 recommend!

My visit was pleasant and my service without any issues.
I started to to cancel my oil change because I had forgotten that I had another appointment at 2pm My appointment at the dealership was at 1pm, I got there at 12:45pm so I asked if you had a courtesy shuttle to take me home and my tech Manny said sure, I had to wait a little while for it to come back so going was fine it was the return trip, I received a email at 2:45pm stating that my Service was completed so I called service dept at 3pm for the shuttle to pick me up it seems service was so busy they could not answer the phone so it transferred to the office I spoke to Valerie about 3 or 4 times and the other young lady that was there once, by the time somebody came to get me it was 6pm. I would have thought that since Manny knew I took a courtesy shuttle home that once my oil change was completed on my truck he would have made sure to let the person driving the shuttle know that he needed to pick me back up. But obviously that wasnt a courtesy that he extended to me. So it took me from 3pm to 6pm to get a ride back there, and he didnt even apologize or took something off my bill for the inconvenience or my next oil change free, nothing. I was so upset by then, I will never ever take a shuttle from your dealership again if I come back, I came to your dealership because it was so close to me and your service was good since I started coming there, but with service that I just received Im not sure if Ill be back I wasted 3hours of my time. Never ever ever again.

The customer service was great ! I came in looking for a bigger car/suv and left with exactly what I wanted. Michael Dalton helped me and made my process fairly quick with no problems.
I love the technology to check in. And I feel they are prompt. However I scheduled service for fixing my trans and gate lift for my trunk. My oil was down to 8% and they never even mentioned it. No idea how they missed this detail.

Wow- a commercial dealer that has actual commercial salespeople and inventory. Great staff - tried the GMC commercial dealer in Indiana and what a joke. Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing needs to work on their transparency when dealing with customers. I had to call quite a few times after I was told I was going to receive a call back to set up an appointment for my bumper replacement. Also, they’ve failed to complete my repairs on multiple occasions within the last 3 months. The most recent one being my passenger side air vent when I checked in my car on August 30th, 2021. All of these repairs were covered under my vehicle’s warranty.
Mike was amazing! Unfortunately I chose to get a car during the time of the chip shortage and had to wait for the car I wanted to come in. Throughout the entire process Mike kept me updated and helped me decide on the perfect SUV! He made this journey of finding the perfect car feel like a breeze and I’m super thankful to have him guide me through it!

The Manager Sean was very polite and knowledgeable, however, I DO NOT recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at this location. My vehicle has been back three times within 5 months for the same repairs. Each time my vehicle was diagnosed & the same codes appeared (so the repairs were covered under warranty). After repair other codes magically appeared which meant I had to spend additional dollars. I am very frustrated and I feel like I’m being yanked out of money.

I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. First of all, have to thank Troy and Justin for the outstanding customer service, including Mike in finance and David as well. I had a great experience purchasing my z71, I had first went to advantage boilingbrook for a similar, cheaper older z71- and advantage was absolutely terrible. They definitely lost out on my business, but I’m glad because I got the best treatment, an excellent certified vehicle for a great price. I had to come back to get my front plate bracket installed and they took care of it quickly. Even the porters at Phillips Lansing are great. They’re all polite professional and don’t abuse cars like other porters do. Even the car washes are great, not half done or missing spots. Stop contacting me if your sales people have no clue what theyre talking about, and further insinuating that I have no clue what Im talking about. Do not contact me through 4 different people on my phone or emails. I simply called asking about your C8 corvette allocations and if you sell at MSRP. Initially a salesperson told me there was a mark up and then a day later told me there wasnt. I keep getting emails from someone from your dealer that are clearly designed to have information filled in but are missing the details. Another sales person called me today and tried to push something I didnt want onto me. He was absolutely clueless on the process of obtaining a C8 corvette. Do not treat your customers like idiots and expect them to pay your horrendous markups because you assume the customer has no clue whats going on with that specific vehicle.
