I came in without an appointment for an air conditioner issue. They were able to get me worked in, accurately diagnose and repair within a couple of hours!! I was back on the road with super frosty AC for a very reasonable price. These guys are the BEST! Honest, quick and dependable. Ive been coming here for over 35 years with many different vehicles, they never let me down!!! Thank you ARA!!!

We had an excellent experience. Reasonable diagnostic fee, were able to get us in pretty quickly, and did the repair overnight. All were polite, helpful and informative. Hopefully we wont have another problem with our air conditioning for a while but we will certainly consider them for any future repairs.

Made me spend 343 bucks on new hose and repairs. After a few days the ac stops working and now they say the condenser is leaking. So didn’t they check that the first time. And now wants to change the condenser for 450 bucks. Basically if they had told me it’s going to be 800 odd bucks I would have not given the car to them. So they decided to break up the expenses and get money out of me in 2 big installments.PLS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE

I have been going to ARA for over 10 years now for a variety of service needs from full AC replacement to minor $20 charges. They have always been honest and reasonable and explain my repair options to me and the cost of each. They always have great service and make me feel like my car is their first priority. This is one of the few places left that trust completely!

Car fixed the same day. They warranty their work for a year. Fair prices.

The people are excellent and very trustworthy. They will answer any questions that they can prior to working on your vehicle. They treat you and your vehicle as if it was theres and they stand behind their work. Thats hard to find any more.

Excellent service! This is my second time going to ARA for air conditioning issues with my vehicles. A few years ago for a 2003 Explorer and recently for my 2012 Explorer. I dropped my vehicle off by 5:00pm, it was stored inside overnight, and fixed by 9:00am. The charges were very affordable too! Enjoying the cool air on these hot days. I wouldnt go anywhere else for air conditioning needs.

It’s hard to find good people to do business with. Went to ARA after it was recommended by a friend. Very honest people, professional people, no games extremely impressed and I recommend anybody who meeds work to go there.

I was told by other vendor my car compressor broken and needs a replacement. I went to ARA based on friend suggestion, they fixed it replacing a relay circuit for compressor. They know their stuff. Experts in their field. They are honest and trusted people.

Ive been in twice, and been happy both times. They always seem to repair my car accurately and I dont feel overcharged.My only gripe is that my steering wheel and shifter had some grease on them and when they wiped steering wheel off it did some damage to the wheel.

This was the most fairly priced place in town. Had my AC out, called all over and ARA was the best deal and they have great service. Three months later and still working like a charm and they gave me a one year warranty.

They treated me like family. Got the job done and did it right.

I called and asked them to identify a part by my description. They asked me to stop by. Walked outside, and were able to identify the part in a few minutes. Gave me an estimate within 10 minutes. Only downside for me was the estimate was on the high side.

Outstanding service. Too many shops are quick to just replace the whole system. These guys will fix the faulty part of the system rather than replace the whole unit. Theyre on our side and they know what theyre doing.

Charged me $725.00 to replace the full A/C compressor & components in sept 2017. I came back 10 months later because the new ac was slipping snd broke two serp belts (while it was still warrantied), he repaired again and said other components to my vehicle was making his ac compressor stop spinning. Here I am, with no other issues to my vehicle and his compressor once again is not working properly, causing battety issues etc, also his $725 worth of work was absolutely pointless, as he installs refurbished equipment but tells you its brand new. Im out $725. No longer a warrantied part. I suggest you find yourself a competent A/C mechanic. This place IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO.
