When a Chicago style monster pot hole swallowed the front left wheel of my car and snapped a suspension component, I was sure I was looking at an equally monstrous towing fee. However, I pulled over and got my hometown Stanfa shop on the phone. Jim walked me through an anatomy lesson of my cars frontend and we determined the vehicle was still operable enough to limp it to the shop. A couple of stabilizer bar control links later, and a thorough check out for other possible damage, my Honda Fit is fit as a fiddle again. Onward to 200K thanks to the crew of Stanfa Tire and Auto.😎

Wow! I was on my way out of town for some business I needed to handle this weekend and my wires started to expose on the free way. I call a few stores up and they tell me the best they can do is suggest I drive miles away to their other location since they didn’t have my tire. (How am I supposed to do that?) but Stanfa just so happen to have the right tires and we’re super friendly on the phone and even helped me find humor through what I saw was chaos. I brought my car in and the turn around time was better than me driving to a different location and definitely better than waiting for another store to order it in. Highly recommend you all come here for your tire and care needs!

I called Stanfa in the morning to see if they could squeeze in a used car inspection the same day. They confirmed they could indeed do it same day, saying to try and get there before noon as they generally arent as busy as they are in the afternoon. I arrived around 11:30 and left before 1. The service was friendly, courteous, professional, descriptive, fast and pricing was fair. They told me everything I needed and wanted to know about the used car that I was interested in purchasing and gave me great comfort in my potential purchase. They also performed the service quickly and described their findings in great detail. I was impressed with their knowledge and speed. Great service, great people, great experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS!Came in to have brake pads and a caliper changed on my Jeep. The maintenance guys tried to tell me that I needed new disks and rotors with a brake flush front and back. They tried charging me $1100 at first. After we told them that wouldnt work with our budget, we asked if they could just fix the brakes enough to get the sound to stop as we only plan to have the vehicle a little while longer. They said they could just change everything on the front only and skip the brake flush (which was actually needed desperately with the state that my caliper was in) and said it would now be $950 with a coupon. Again, we told them this was way over budget and with half the work not being done now, how does it make sense that the price is only $150 less? They then began to be rude and condescending, acting as if they were the only people in town that could help us. Took it to a different mechanic and got the right diagnosis and fixed for $200. These men are untrustworthy and scammers. I recommend full heatedly you take your business else where.

I’m from out of town and got a flat tire that couldn’t be fixed. I decided to put all new tires on and was given a fair price. That did it in just a few hours so I could be on my way. Highly recommend.

Came in today for a new tires and a wheel alignment. This was my first time here. I definitely love this place. The workers are so nice and they even gave me a list of stuff I need to fix afterwards. I recommend that everyone comes here to get they car looked at and fixed. If I can give ten stars, I would have.

My tires blew out while I was an hour away from home. I was a block from here so we just tried it. service was great, and funny, price was good and considering my last minute emergency only took them about 2 hours to get the tire from thier warehouse and put it on my car. should I need more tires or be in that area I will use them again! great work guys!

I could go on and on, since I have been a customer for years. But what made me write this was my wife and 11 month son got into an accident and I called them when I started my hour and a half drive to get to my wife and son. All I had to say was where she was and that they were in an accident. Then I was told we will handle the car, you handle the family. 10 second phone call and all my attention was able to be on my wife and son. Everybody is fine.....we will see about the car tomorrow.

Highly recommended! Broke down off the expressway and was worried about local shops taking the opportunity to price-gouge for towing and getting my vehicle fixed. I took a chance on Stanfa and Im glad I did- quality work, fair prices, honest business, clean facility and very friendly customer service. They keep in contact with you while they have your vehicle and they dont try to sell you services you dont absolutely need.I had two flat tires and one bald tire replaced, an alignment job, and oil change. After I put 7500 miles on my car I am going back to get my new tires rotated, because they will do it free of charge!I had such a good experience with Stanfa that, even though I live 30 miles away from their shop, I am going to take my vehicle there for all of my car service needs.

Terrible. My car wouldnt shift gears and could only go 40mph. They checked it out and told me it was and electrical problem and kept my car almost 2 weeks. Afterwards my finance company got it towed to another shop and they checked it out and saw my transmission fluid was low and realized it was because my transmission line was broke instead and not an electrical problem and it took them only a couple hrs to take care of that problem instead of the 2 weeks this place had it so be sure if you bring your car here I suggest get a 2nd opinion

Called for info about tires and they were so kind and helpful. Ive never had that experience with any car shop so much so I live in Oak Lawn and Id take the trip to come to this specfic shop ! Customer service really does matter to me and they are expectional!!
