My Nephew paid over $3000 for repairs and the day we picked up his car it stopped on the side of the road. Once we came to the shop the mechanic to inform them they refused to car or give back his money. I don’t recommend this place to NO ONE!!!

Too a last minute appointment in the evening. Pretty happy about that. Not overly friendly, so I got to sit and read without being bothered. Some people might want that chat with the service manager, but its nice when they arent pushy to talk. Didnt try to up sell me on anything either. Just answered the questions and got to what I asked for. Pleased with the service there. Maybe not giving a vocal sales pitch means a good inspection wasnt done, but its more likely that it was late in the day and time to get home for them. Recommended service station.

Went in for an oil change and they did not change my oil filter. Then over tightened my oil plug to where another shop could not take it off. They talk a good game, but watch out. Always “find” something else wrong and try to pad the bill

I paid for a major tune up which includes changing the spark plugs as well as wires and they didn’t change my wires. They also charged me almost $28 a piece for spark plugs. They get over on women and it’s not right.

I find the prices fair and reasonable. They do good work. They are courtesy and pleasant to talk too

They price gauged me when I brought my car in. Then my girlfriend took her car in for oil changes regularly and found out via another mechanic that they were not putting in the proper amount of oil and has caused issues with her car. Stay away!

Ive been going to this shop for all my maintenance needs for the past two years now and have never had an issue. Always a better price and very knowledgeable. Also they dont add on extras or try to force you into unneeded repairs/maintenance.Great place and if you are unsure about something just ask, especially if you are having a major repair job and need to know full cost and time of repair.

Ive been patronizing them for years. Today I had them service my vehicle as usual but after I brought it home I decided to check the work. Myself being a former mechanic determined that they havent been properly lubricated my vehicle for quite some time. This can result in several hundreds of dollars in repairs. I take my vehicle there to prevent the malfunction of my parts. I have lost all trust in them. I will also inspect and determine what their lack of quality service will cost me in regards to damage. Dont trust them.

Very nice place and fast friendly service, 4 stars because I paid more than what I was quoted over the phone, I had been there before so the man said I would save a certain amount of money making my oil change roughly $40, I end up paying $50 plus dollars.

Only good for oil changes anything else they will RIP YOU OFF!!! Charge 77 dollars just to look at the problem. Better off going to a place that will help you out not force you to use their service. They honestly dont give a f*** do your car a favor and go to a real shop.

Ive had major work done here. Electrical Work done on my Ford Escort which was inexpensive and quick. Less than 6 hours to track down and fix a short in the electrical system. As someone who has worked on cars, thats phenomenal. They also replaced the intake head on my Buick LeSabre. Again, inexpensive and quickly. 1/2 the cost of the estimate from the dealer. They also did the exhaust on the Escort. I hope and pray these guys stay in business a long time. Thanks for your time.

I had a nice experience with the car center on Ridge Road about 4 months ago. I did stop in the afternoon before I brought the car in and asked if I could drop the car early in the a.m. when they opened, and I did. I walked hom from there, about 4 blocks, sat down for about 30 minutes, and got a call that my car was done. It was a very good deal for $30 - oil change - tires rotated and free windshield wipers to boot. I will definitely go back with a good attitude and respect for the workers and their time spent on other customers and repairs. They get an A+ from me!

I use to take my car in for oil change but I would check my oil when I got home and my oil was still dirty.I feel they take advantage of women, complete rip off. Will never go back again

Brought my truck in 2 weeks ago for an oil change no issues...... Got a nail in my tire today went in to see if they could patch it but they were booked so instead of pushing me out the door he gave me the tools needed to fix it. Thanks guys....Great shop

This place is a joke. They advertise an oil change for 14.99 so I stopped in one day. There was no one at the counter when I arrived and had to wait 10 minutes until someone came out. I asked how long it would take to get my car in, and the guy gave me some excuse about employees being out and it they couldnt do it for a few hours. The guy was nice enough and asked if I could come back. I did the next day and got another excuse about being short staffed. Today I went in at 11:15am. Had to wait another 10 min just for someone to come out to the counter. When I asked if I could get my car in, the man at the counter cut me off, telling me how busy they were with other major work, they were short staffed, and how the owner was on vacation, etc, etc. He seemed like I was bothering him for even being in the place. This place is run extremely poorly. I hate to be one of the folks that actually had this major repair work done. I mean, if they cant even deal with a simple oil change, well, you get the picture. GO ELSEWHERE

I have been coming to Complete for 20 years. Started in Burnham Il then and now in Lansing Il. They use Pennzoil and the price for an oil change is very reasonable. Thats why I go to COMPLETE !!
