I was connected through my insurance company and given an ETA. I was waiting for 30 minutes past my time and tried to connect with them. Busy signals or call was cancelled every time, I even had insurance try to get through and they could not. Had to switch to another provider.

These guys are awesome! Not only did they beat the price of everyone else I called, but they had my truck done before the promised time, even considering one of the parts was somewhat difficult to find. They even picked me up from home and took me to work while my car was being worked on! Now my truck is 100% and it wouldnt be without them. They made me feel like a VIP. Pretty good service from a pretty honest crew.Before I met these guys, my car had been having a few issues with jumping forward and starting slowly for a few days - eh, its probably just the cold, I figured.Nope.I tried turning the key one night only to hear click click click: the telltale sound of a battery with no juice. I looked these guys up, and they showed up right quick, battery chargers in hand! After they hooked up the charger, they offered to take it into the shop and take a look. Not long thereafter, they let me know they had tested the alternator and battery, and gave me the rundown on all the options for repair.When I went to pick up the car, the price was exactly as discussed. They also let me know all the things they noticed while testing it that might require additional repairs in the future, PLUS, they taught me how to diagnose a few basic car issues. All in all, I think they provided a pretty great experience.

Have had them do major work on two different cars. These guys are friendly and very honest. Theyll give you the best price in town, get the work done properly and completely, and do it all very fast. An added bonus is that theyre very good at texting and keeping you updated.

We had taken one of our company vehicles to them for the brakes and they were very honest and time sensitive to our needs. I felt as though they knew what they were doing and within a couple of hours we had our van back and on the road with quality workmanship and parts. I would recommend them to anyone for their repairs.

I wont speak bad about this place.... But Ill just stick with my regular mechanics at outback automotive if they are booked Ill just wait because $1,200 is toooo much money to be spending on guessing something that wasnt even the problem I needed a engine then I got the run around I was told that they had one around the corner then he told me he never said that... I mean they could of at least offered all or some of my money back or fixed the problem themselves free of charge they could of stole a GOOD paying customer but to each its own...The people are friendly though...

My car broke down on a Friday afternoon. I needed to have to towed and Able & Affordable was there to take the car in less then 30 min. By the time I had gotten home, the team at the repair shop had determined what was wrong. They gave me a great price on the repair - 4 ball joints, and the car drives perfect! My car was ready for pickup on Monday afternoon.Thanks again for a great job!

Able and Affordable is awesome. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and worked with me on some other things that needed done! I couldnt have asked for a better mechanic. They went above and beyond for me and my car without me asking. They are definitely not like othe mechanics. They arent trying to just get you for your money, and actually care about the person driving the car. They were flexible and had a lot of knowledge about cars.

Able towed my car in for me and was very quick and responsive they gave me a heads up on things I didnt notice and fixed my issue with no hassle

Im a delivery driver in East Lansing, Ive used Able & Afordable twice now in the past few weeks and I wont be going anywhere else in the future. Great guys that do excellent work! My Chevy prizm delivery car was damaged quite bad in the snow bent(control arm, shocks, links) and after being quoted almost the worth of the car elsewhere to fix it; Able managed to quote me under half price on the dealership prices. Was so happy with my service on that car I took my chevrolet trailblazer down for all new brakes and on top of that the guys gave my car a full inspection, and drive test with me in the car. This was to find the cause of a minor metal on metal rubbing noise which was found to be coming from broken plastic body pieces rubbing against the tire and rotor causing uneven wear. the new rotors and pads solved the braking problems and repairs on the broken panel will not allow this to happen again. Recommend these guys to anybody! Had my repairs done very fast! Trailblazer was a few hour turnover and my prizm was complete the morning after they picked it up, Oh yeah did I mention they picked my car up out of the driveway for less than any other tow service? Really happy I found this place!

I found RMB Auto Repair aka Able and Affordable towing on Google, and I could not be more impressed with their services. I took my car to the dealership at first, and they offered me an absurdly high price to fix my car. Then, I gave RMB a call and spoke with Rod over the phone, and he told me to bring my car in. As soon as I arrived, all of the staff at RMB were extremely friendly to me, and even offered me a ride back to my house. Rod (the owner) was able to fix my car the SAME day, whereas the dealership said it would take three days.A week later, my car was broken into and the passenger window was completely shattered. Rod and his wife Maria took care of me, and were 100% compliant with my auto insurance. I could not be any happier with the services that RMB Auto Repair has offered me. If you want a reliable, fast, friendly, and cheap auto repair shop then checkout this place. Whenever Im in the Lansing area, I will be taking my car to RMB.

I took my sons car there and they had it for 6 weeks and didnt fix nothing they stole my sons money. I had to have it towed out of there because they kept asking him for more money and come to find out the engine was blown and my son was giving them money for nothing I wouldnt even take a bicycle there they are terrible people and so money hungry.
