We were not disappointed!My husband and I needed to find a new mechanic and we had heard good things about the owner, Todd. He was very helpful and honest. His shop dog is adorable too. I thought I was going to have a repair bill not the case. He has to be one of the most reasonably priced mechanic I have ever meet.

Todd is a great mechanic, he makes sure everything is done and also goes a step further to replace a thing or two that may be effecting what hes fixing. Instead of the other guys that just fix one thing and a few weeks later you are back in to fix more things. The more you keep him busy the more you will probably save as well, I dont think he wants people paying too much even when he did all the work! Great guy, honest mechanic.

Todd is honest and as fair as a mechanic you will ever meet. There has been times where he said not to get something fixed when the dealership said it needed to be fixed (turns out it didnt) Prices are significantly lower than a dealership, in some cases almost double. Highly recommended.

Great service! I had to make a long distance drive last minute and Todd (the owner) got me in the day of when he had a booked schedule. Service was great. Todd also offered to drive me to and from work! He seemed sincere too. Will be going back here for sure in the future.

The owner has many times over gone above and beyond for me and my extended family with parts, prices and availability during emergencies. You will find honest and hometown dealings doing business here.

Great service, honest, and an overall genuine sincere guy. My car broke down about 1/4 of a mile away from his shop and he pushed it over for free. Had me back on the road the next day. You cant find a better shop than this.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop...My daughter had a repair crisis with her Jeep coming home from Detroit, and Todd went above and beyond to not only help, but rectify a repair that had been done recently, but wrong... I would heartily recommend them to everyone

We were really happy we were referred here. Our car broke down on the highway and we had no idea where to take the car. At Enterprise rental they told us to go to Hufnagel. We had recently spent over $1200 at the Toyota dealership and another place who fixed some things to turn off the codes, but the same problem happened on the highway 5 hours from home and finally Todd fixed the problem! Its been almost a month now and no problems, no engine light. And it was only 200 bucks. We really appreciated his help and believe his experience helped him get to the root of what even Toyota couldnt. Also the price was reasonable.

My daughter broke down on a Friday afternoon near Exit 90 near Lansing. It was a warm day and she had 3 small children with her. We rescued her and her husband arranged the repair over the phone with Todd at Hufnagel Auto Repair. The repair was made Tuesday. Its nice to know there are honest competent people like Todd to take some of the grief out of breaking down out of town. Thanks Todd!

Fair prices, good work, Todd is easy to work with.

Set a appointment a week ago, so I go drop the car off then get called and told they think its something else so I tell them go a head and fix it. Was told it would be done that day. Come to get my car only to be told they didnt get to it and theyd be closed for the next week due to holiday, and to call on the 5th to try and get me squeezed in.....is that really how you run a business now a days
