Ordered two tires online and brought in my 1963 Ford Falcon. Despite being a 13 inch rim (very rare size) they had them mounted and balanced within an hour, great service, nice waiting area. Drives straight and smooth now.

Guys were great today! Got 4 tires, Alignment and Ball Joint replaced. Weve been going to them for yrs after Tasmanian tires sent them to us. Cant imagine going anywhere else for our tire needs. Great prices!

IT WAS CRAZY.BUT LIKE I SAID THE GUYS WORKING THERE WAS GREAT TO US.

Took my wheels to get new tires mounted to them and left overnight to return the next day. Came to find 2 big dents that was fresh as can be with 2 employees telling me they were sorry and would pay to have someone come to my house and fix it. A hour later the manger walks in and says they didnt do it and told me I can unmount the wheels/tires and you can take your xxhit somewhere else... Even called Justin at Corporate who called down there and basically said we didnt do it... Ended up getting taken for as they cussed and said that I brought them to them like that. please look at the picture and you will see how fresh it is and how it just happened as the metal shaving is still attached. no way it would have been on there still from when i dropped them off 30 hours earlier. Avoid this place if not for fear of this but for the fact they will just screw up and say we didnt do it even after saying they did and they will pay for it.

Based on all other reviews this company has a history of destroying customers custom wheels. came in had the wheels inspected by a employee he seen there was no scratches on it whats so ever. they scratched the whole lip of the wheel would not take responsibility for it and even the manager put his hands on me which i have filed assault charges on please beware of this tire shop NONE of there employees are trained for the job i recommend going to RIM KINGZ instead.

Went to have new tires on my car. I have special powder coat rims. I asked to them please be careful. But they decided to treat them like stock rims and scratched one all to hell. Now they will not even take responsibility for their carelessness and treat me like Im lying. I know my car inside and out and know there was no scratch on any of my rims.

They do good work here Ive used them and havent had a issue since, needed a tire rod replaced. Prices were fair. Their extremely busy though (usually a good sign) so I recommend going at open if you wanna get in and out with a quick free estimate. Else wise plan on leaving your eide over night. Staff is cool to. They do have a waiting room to sit in as well with a tv and bathroom if you need to wait.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with the tire place they scratched custom Powder coated wheels when they were warned if they can’t do it not to touch them they would not take the responsibility for the damage that was done by budget tire. My lawyer will be handleing this situation.

The staff are very dishonest about line priority. They wouldn’t give you an estimate of waiting time and they would lie to get a customer ahead of you in the line. I have waited for 90 minutes to see two cars being serviced ahead of me while I was told there is only one ahead on admission. There was no apology offered. Those people have no courtesy whatsoever. Old saying if he lied in what you know, he is most probably lied in what you don’t know.I wouldn’t trust them.

Dont waste your time going to this trash can. Horrible customer service and complete disregard for customers. Wont be making a second mistake going back here.

Did not like the service as waited for an Hour and they did not bother to tell me as they have only one mechanic available after the inquiry they told me It can take more then another hour and we always give 1 hour of estimate wait time. If you cannot provide required service you should at least let your customer know.

The guys here did a great job! They were able to sell me in a much better set of tires for less money than nearby competitors. They also replaced an air pressure sensor for me. Overall it was a great choice. If you need tires, professional and speedy quality service, give Budget Tire Center first. They match and/or beat their competitors prices.

Cant beat their prices but it seems staff is over worked and agitated. I always go here for tires and alignments but I know ahead of time not to expect friendly service. Also most of the time they are very busy so expect to wait.

Been going to the Lansing location for years and never had many problems. Brought my f150 for an alignment and to have to like new tires that I had installed and they left my suspension loose from the alignment and have been back 4 times in a month to have tire leak fixed. Brought in today and was told my rim was cracked and upon getting home saw side wall damage to the inside of my tire that was not there before they serviced it. Will be calling corporate Monday.

Benny fixed my tpms system in 15 minutes. They had the part and an empty bay. Had gone to Vision Tire twice for a flat in same tire in the last month and it seemed like a temporary fix until Benny fixed it correctly.

Busy. They are a first come first serve business and you need to be creative to get service in a timely fashion.

Went in for an alignment with brand new tires I bought. Not even a month later my tires are cupping and wearing uneven. When I called about having them look at it they said i could come in and pay again for another alignment? On top of that tried to talk down to me on the phone. Youd think if you wanted to keep customers you would do whateber to keep them after they just spent money there. Never replied to any email or returned phone calls. Never will they get a dime out of me.

All of the staff really seem to care and want to help you. Roger and Steven made a $600 quote bearable, especially for a struggling student. They clearly cared about my comfort, safety, and not breaking my bank. I didn’t feel swindled like I do at most other car places, I just felt taken care of. They found things right away that were making driving extremely dangerous, and made it affordable to fix. I couldn’t recommend them more, it’s like driving a new car!

Nothing goes to plan when dealing with this tire place. Had them replace shocks, tires, and brakes on my f150. Not once have they been honest about time or customer care. I am stuck dealing with them since they lost my lug keys to my rims and cannot produce them. Impossible to rotate my own tires or have another dealer do it for me without those. Avoid this location, youll be happy you did

Spent about $700 on four brand new tires from budget tire. Had it done on a Saturday woke up Sunday to 2 FLAT rear tires and the fronts low. Took it back Monday waited 4 hours before my car was even looked at. Then tire sensor monitor and rear tires continued to leak! Took it back a third time they said I needed new sensors on the rear tires... Even though none of these sensors went off until they touched my car. Bought new sensors. Next day they were going off again! Managers excuse we must of forgot to reset the system. Dont you kind of think thats common sense and this is your job. Took it back a fourth time for them to reset it and now were going on the fifth time of me taking it back. They have not reimbursed me any money, NEVER apologized for making me wait and I will never buy tires or give them any business AGAIN!

Went in for an alignment (5/20/21).. came out with only one lugnut on my vehicle as I was driving home..they forgot to put my lug nuts back on the tire.. as I was driving home, my steering wheel started shaking real bad that I had to pull over because if I would have driven any further I would have been in a accident or worse.. I usually take my vehicle out on the highway for a test drive after they have been worked on..but that day I didnt..thank God I didnt

Seller is dishonest. Bought a set of new tires and seller tried slipping one of them as used. We returned the one used for a replacement of a new, and seller slipped another used tire. We at this point rejected all 4 tires and seller refused to give us a refund. Will have to go through my credit card to dispute transaction.

Paid $180 to swap tires onto other wheels, they put the wrong wheels back on not a big deal but they lost my tpms sensors valued at $80. Waited around an hour for them to find them to only get 3/4 of them back. Left my number incase they found them and havent heard back in weeks. Service writer was good to me but the people who worked on my car were rude and disrespectful when i asked for my part back

Great place to buy and service your vehicle. I used to be a Discount Tire customer for many years. I realized that they no longer focus on their customers. I called Budget just to see if there was a different and wow. Not only were the prices 15% lower but they are local and care about their customers!! I bought a set of tires for my car a few months back and came back today for a couple tire mounts and balance. They had the best price again and were very professional and sincere. Thanks again for reminding me that local really is better!!

Worst display of organization and communication I have ever experienced. I was told there was 1 car ahead of me for a front-end alignment, 4 hours later I’m still sitting and waiting for my car to get pulled in and aligned. They come out at closing and tell me it can’t get done today and somebody should of told me that hours ago. Most ridiculous display of professionalism. Will never be going back here. Do not go here. Pure trash.

Got in got out. Didnt have four tires in stock that we wanted so, they substituted a better tire for the same price.

Never do a battery change at this place. they use recycled batteries and claim it is brand new. This is how they are able to offer low prices. You can tell its recycled battery if you look carefully. Of course, they will not admit it and claim it is brand new.

Terrible experience would not recommend at all. Took my car into this shop to get a new tire installed on it and they installed the tire improperly with the rim of the tire rubbing against my sport red caliper covers causing a screeching sound when driving and permanently damaging it by scratching and denting the surface as shown in the picture. When I took it back to them and asked them to fix it they were able to fix the screeching problem by putting distance between the rim and calipers as youre supposed to but would not reimburse me for the damage they caused to it with their negligent tire install. Go to Belle Tire down the road or Discount Tire instead, much better customer service and attention to detail.

I would recommend staying away from Budget Tire Center in Lansing. I have been a long time customer. I had damage done to my vehicle. I tried to work out the situation with the Joe, the supposed manager. We went outside to look at my vehicle. He seen the damage and said he wasnt paying for S***. He pulled his mask off and got in my face very disrespectful person, especially with the whole Covid 19 thing going on. Even if it cost more go somewhere else you get what you paid for, is the lesson i learned...

Changing tires and wheels on my truck, found we were shorted two chrome aftermarket lugnuts. I called all over the place, finally called here and they had some, I picked them up and they gave them to me for free. I work at a diesel shop and it really says a lot for the guys who give even when their business may be hurting during this pandemic. I will definitely be paying it forwards, thanks guys!

Came for 2 new back tires...they switched 2 tires around one which was no good and they were told that..then they said oh we thought u just needed a tire rotation..was there over 2 hours and the kid looked and acted like he had never changed a tire in his life ! So really when do u charge 167.00$ for just a tire rotation?? Common sense ? Never again !

I have used this business for previous service with good results. However, very disappointed by the service received today. Actually, I received no service. I took my vehicle in to have brakes checked at 9:00am. 9 hours later, and after I placed a second status call, I was told that it was not looking good for my car to be looked at today. Picked my car up at 6:00pm without it being looked at. I understand that this business operates on a first come, first serve basis, but there were no attempts to contact me regarding the status until I inquired. When I picked the up the car, i asked why my car could not be looked at. I was told there was only one mechanic on duty, and they had multiple cars leftover from Saturday. No mention of this information when I dropped it off this morning. Unfortunately, looking elsewhere for more reliable service.

Ive bought tires from them twice now. The first time was about 5 years ago, and got a ton of miles on the tires I bought from them, well beyond their guaranteed life. When it came time for swapping them out, I tried going to their competitor (Firestone) first, as they included replacing the TPMS systems with the tires, which a nice incentive. However, when I got there, they didnt have what I wanted, and tried to get me to pay 50% more that what I wanted to, with no other options.So, I got an appointment here, and while they didnt have what Id requested, either, they gave me choices to either order the tires and wait a bit to replace them, opt for some cheaper tires that they did have in, or go with something pricier. Was in and out in under an hour and saved $40.

They are very unprofessional and have no customer service. They will up charge to beat you out of as much money as they can. Cheap alignment, poor service. You get what you pay for, dont recommend Roger as a service or Scott.

Ive been getting my tires from this place for over 10 years. I wont go anywhere else. I recently went in because I had a nail in my tire. I took it in to get repaired and they rotated my tires and fix my flat and since I bought my tires there it was no charge. I waited less than 30 minutes and all all of their bays were full. But the staff was awesome and was able to get me in and get me out. I highly recommend them and Im sure youll get the same quality of service that they have given to me

If u enjoy living Dont go here. I was told I needed new tires. Left there to home felt shaking and heard a noise went back a couple days later and told the balancer fell off then left with the same problem went to a shop and was told the lug nut were losse on my driver side the whole time. I drove 40 mins to budget because I have been a customer for years but never again! My life wasnt important enough for them to look at my car and noticed they didnt tighten 4 of my 5 lug nuts

This is the only place I go to for tires. They have never charged me for tire rotation. I had a chain repair shop tell me I needed $1200.00 for front end repairs. I said no thanks and brought it to budget tire. All I needed was a stabilization bar. They charged me $110.00. They have never tried to upsell me. Ive gone here for over a decade and always had great customer service.

While coming into East Lansing for a football game, I hit a pothole and needed to get my tire replaced that day to drive back to Chicago. We called Budget to see if they had a tire in stock and they were able to get me in a door within five minutes of arriving and back on the road within 40 minutes with plenty of time to tailgate. And about $50 less than I was expecting to have to spend. Could not have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend their business.

They always get the job done right according to what I can afford and what I need. I appricate that they always work with in my needs. They listen to my situation and provide options that will work. No high pressure sales lines. Staff are down to earth, know thier business and professional.

Worked at belle tire but sick of the scamming.These guys at budget are amazing. Got me right in for alignment only about two hour wait plus my car feels and drives perfect down the road. Thank you guys; will do more business in the future.

I recently dropped off my 2018 dodge journey in the morning to have 4 new tires put on it and when i picked it up later that evening the tires looked nice but the dent on each front fender did not look nice at all. I showed them and repeatedly contacted them to talk to the owner and figure out a resolution but they keep giving me the run around and not taking responsibility for what happened to my car while it was in their care. Thats bad business. I work hard for my money and its not right. I work for a local tow truck company and weve done business with them and it doesnt matter to them. I wanted to share this bad experience that i had with them.

Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode when they go to the Chinese restaurant. No matter how long theyve been there, whenever they ask how much longer, the answer is 5-10 minutes. Their answer is about an hour. It was super busy but a little better accuracy on the time estimate would be nice. Good work n price though.

2/6/2019 - About .25” of ice on the ground and I blew a tire on a pothole. Threw a donut on and called Budget. Said they had my tires in stock and I drove all the way over to them. Once I get there, they tell me they can’t replace the 1 tire, they have to replace all 4. I told him that’s not true as I usually get 2 tires replaced at a time. He keeps refusing.So now I have a donut on my car, in an ice storm, and they are refusing to help me. Terrible people that clearly only care about money. Would not recommend. There’s better people out there more deserving of your money
